Some pics and info about Friday filming on this Twitter feed. Seems like part of filming was a flashback with Robin, Marian & Little John. (Marian looks all kinds of badass!) JMo, Colin, Ginny, Josh & Jared filmed at a different setting in the park.

Yes, I support Spotted Octopus! Since Ursula is a sea witch, I could see her swimming back to the Enchanted Forest a la mermaids.

Honestly, I think a large portion of the appeal of OQ to its fans is that they love Regina and just want the poor dear to be happy, darn it all. Regina wants Robin, ergo they want Regina to have Robin.

And yet a not-insignificant portion of the fanbase DOES think Outlaw Queen is romantic, root passionately for it and want Marian dead. Sometimes I do wonder if the show is really a psych experiment to see how many awful things they can have a character or couple do and still have fans root for them.

And they've got six more breasts to push up in 4B!

So it is true about Regina's house then? If that keeps Emma from moving in with her, I'll send the new owners a fruit basket. Though maybe why they can't afford a place for Emma is that they're spending the money on a Regina house set.

That may be the real reason Emma won't get her own apartment. They just blamed the budget as a convenience.

Yep, exactly. They simply don't care enough about Emma to make the slightest bit of effort to give her her own place. As y'all have illustrated, there are a TON of things they could do cheaply, but they simply can't be bothered. And I still won't be surprised AT ALL if they have Emma move in with Regina, the way they've been courting and queer-baiting SQ fans this year. Though I read some rumors on Tumblr about the house they use for Regina's house being sold and no longer available to Once. Don't know if that's true or not.

Script tease. Yawn. Colin retweeted it, so I'm guessing maybe she says it to Hook instead of the obvious Rumple.

Yep, SporkedAndBeans, I'd say you've pretty much nailed the problems that so many of us have had with the show and the way it's written. I wish I could sit Adam, Eddy and the rest of the writers down and force them to read your post over and over again until it sinks in. It all boils down to lack of realistic characterizations and lack of payoff.

Honestly, for once I'd rather there be little to no Emma or Hook in an ep. Let Scott Nimerfro have at it with Outlaw Queen and leave my favorite characters out of it.

I'm guessing all their money was in Marian's purse (because they don't understand banks), so now they'll be penniless and will feel forced to return to Storybrooke.

Katmtan said that yesterday was 4.17 filming, because there was a different director than 4.16. Also, there's a Disney Robin Hood storybook called Heart of Gold.

As much as I wouldn't put anything past that guy, I think it's probably something technical that will require some work. He later re-stressed "production" team.

A few fans on Twitter were telling Adam that the writers don't care enough about plot and only care about ships, and that Scott Nimerfro is the only writer who cares about plot. Let that sink in. There's not enough plot in this show. The writers don't care enough about plot. After checking to make sure I hadn't been somehow sucked into Bizarro World where the show is a carefully nuanced character study, it was all I could do not to reply with pages and pages of LOLOLOLOLOL. I can't even.

Maybe he stole it from a carriage-ride company? He's just returning to his horse-thief days.... ;)

I can certainly see why you'd give up after the crappy seance ep. Honestly, if you're out, I say stay out. Nothing has changed for the better, so you'd have the same reactions. Personally, I'm hanging on by a thread, strictly for Emma, Hook & Charming. I'm pretty sure if I continue once it's back, it will be heavily fast-forwarded through the magic of my DVR.

4x17 title. Based on the title, it's either about Rumple or Regina.

They ran out of time? What kind of valid reason do you suspect? I truthfully can't come up with a single good one.

I don't hate or fangirl for any of the current crop of skaters. I do have a soft spot for Mirai, so I felt terrible for her when she hit the boards. You could tell it really hurt her, probably mentally as much as physically. I also have to wonder about the rink size, since I also noticed a lot of close shaves. I have to give Ashley major props for coming out and laying down a kick-ass performance. I haven't seen the men's free-skate yet, because I went to the Skating Spectacular last night and had to leave home before the men's was televised. A few tidbits from that: Jason Brown and Jeremy Abbott got the most crowd response when introduced. (JA was a "special invite" performer for the SS.) The applause for Ashley and Gracie both was a bit tepid. Max Aaron was playing to the crowd like he was Phillippe Candeloro. Also, he needs to tone down the hair product. The programs I enjoyed the most were by Alex Rippon, the Shibutanis and Karen Chen. The Junior dance champs did a two-couple routine with their training partners that was fun.

I don't want Emma to go dark, because it would only be used as yet another way to prop up Regina and show that she isn't so bad and that the heroes are just like her. So bow down to her, you stupid viewers! The heroes suck and are even more evil! And then Emma would crawl to Regina and beg her to help her deal with her trauma of doing something bad. There's zero chance that this show could ever handle it well.

E is for Emma's past. We've gotten only a small glimpse of a period that had a huge impact on who she is and her issues.
