Jensen's SB is showing us a physical explosive meltdown. Homelander has his calculated tortures and petty violence SB appears to just lose control. I hope they can aim him at Homelander.

It would be awesome if Jamie came out of nowhere and went for Homelander too.

Hughie also is losing his nails. Is it SB or temp V? Is the radiation hurting SB? He's absorbed it and it weaponized him. They did show levels rising with his mood swings.

JA is channeling an old school Hollywood guy as if he's 90 and still a horn dog coke head. Basically the Legend's hotter wingman. It's hilarious. And yet he is uber competent which many of the 7 are not. Nina is angry not just because of the Boys activities. SB took out 3 KGB and got to the States no problem. Yes. It's an amazing cast, amazing writing. I hope JDM rumors are true. I like that Chris Pine made kirk his own. I really do not dig Urbane's Bones It's a good cast too... the new ST fleet.

I read that JA auditioned for SB by reading his part and Butcher's part... here's to hoping for the gag reel. Do you suppose SB is the father of the 7 somehow except Noir... either by being a horn dog or they used his genetic material...

There is a lot of great acting on the show to be honest. If you like what Starr does with this role check out Banshee. Urban is usually great although I dislike him as Bones. I love the Deep. I think the actor is amazing in the role. MM. Frenchie, kimoko.... all outstanding. To say Jensen is one bore because of his voice is missing the facial acting and body acting that any Supernatural fan knows well... some people are not nuanced. His acting is. And he was a get for the show. The initial announcement blew up Twitter. They know it which is why they are promoting him like crazy. Haters going to hate. The dude is hot any way you define it and this season is awesome. Don't let anyone negative stop you from from enjoying yourself.

In the comics Noir is the one double crossing, making Homelander looking like a bad guy, cosplaying Homelander to do evil things and he takes Homelander down as in kills him. That's why I speculated that BN might have been the one to throw the bus through MM's house not SB. He may have been cosplaying SB and doing terrible things while SB was actually fighting or who knows what. We know nothing about Noir. He is an unknown. Stan's man.Totally rallied the team behind Nicaragua.

Obviously the fight in this episode was exciting. We are learning what's can do by observing because he doesn't know what he can do in that regard... he blacks out and does not remember almost every blast except presumably the CC one. It looked like his first blast was possibly uncontrolled too... IDK ... because he woke up and was angsty. Once Kimiko and Frenchie get back with them they may start analyzing his power and the blasts. I see Homelander/SB/Butcher ending in a cliffhanger. If/when Homelander dies it's at the very end of this and in the comics.... see spoiler and spec thread

Silly humor. SB is wearing something like kevlar not a spandex leotard. He made fun of Homelander's Cape. I thought it was a funny thing to do in such a brutal fight but it probably establishes his mindset. He wouldn't be caught dead in something like that. Of course it could also have been psychological warfare... IDK.

I speculated on this in the spoiler/spec thread... agree that I do not see him tossing the car. He is a great foil to Homelander and I like the contrast of his Independent style and absolute competence with the current crew's highly curated presentation and .... highly variable competence ... I love the Deep but... yeesh.

It feels like way too much to tie up satisfactorily. Well we know Homelander will still be around next year as will Vought and the Boys... some things will have to be left hanging for next season.

There's something we are missing... or it could be exactly that .. temp V gets a pass. SB was weakened and he weakened Homelander but did not completely knock him out. What mattered was that Homelander ran and was scared. It will get interesting.

But they really marketed they heck out of them now now... that's the part of the storyline too with the Legend and SB and all the marketing, numbers and branding nonsense. The 7 are manufactured to fit what Vought says. SB was... like the legend he was a legend and that's why they took him out. SB was the real deal. He can actually do things. Yes he is flawed but he can actually do things. My guess is that he could not be controlled. That's what it's looking like to me. It's interesting seeing someone really normal and real besides Starlight who is so self righteous. Of course the others are the heroes. They do look silly in their outfits The acting is superb. It is out of this world this season. I hope his head doesn't pop.

I like him so much better than the others and not just because he's Dean bamf Winchester. It's like when GI Joe shows up and he is so much better than Ken is. He is bigger and more muscular. His joints are more bendy. He is more of a guy. You know it and Barbie knows it. The Ken's know it too and they hate it when GI Joe comes out of the sand box to play. SB is just cooler than current iteration Vought plastic supes with their make-up and silly unitards. If it weren't for the some modern tech he would not need the Boys. Homelander, Deep... the are useless. BN... what has he been up to... he is SB adjacent in his skill set.

The Herogasm was what happened on MM frankly by definition... But yes the fight was collectively fangasm. The Deep managed to save Timothy 2. He will have to kill his wife to keep him off the dinner menu.

They can get it from another source. There was the stuff Stormfront was using... maybe there is some of that somewhere. There is the stuff the Russians were using... that could tie the Boys A-team back to Frenchie and Kimoko through Nina. A mutual hunt for her... Butcher will want to be juiced even if it's permanent. He tasted Homelander's fear. SB may even be the source material for the Russian V. That may be why the Russians kept him locked up with the hamster.

I had some thoughts after Herogasm and after reading after Ahrftee's comment that were note suited to speculation/spoiker. 1. JA has said that he Hope's that he's invited back for season 4.... make of that what you will. 2. According to my husband, in the comics BN goes around doing horrible things pretending to be Homelander. I am going to say that it was BN pretending to be SB that threw the car at the house killing MM' grandfather. Why.... This SB is substantially different than his comic ititeration. Like Starlight he appears to be one of the most human Supes. He has vices however we see regret that he killed in the blasts. It really doesn't like he would just throw a car to kill for no reason at innocent Americans. Just my spec. Those big blasts wear him out. It would be interesting to see him against SB full strength. Butcher will want the full juice now.
