I was able to watch the show using the computer (with a full operating system like windows). Apparently If you use mobile you will have to deal with a paywall. I think it is to encourage you to pay for their service if you use your phone, tablet or tv.

The Nobel Prize arc lessened my enjoyment of these last episodes. I liked Sean Astin and Kal Penn but this storyline, personally didn't do it for me. I did like seeing Kripke though especially since I love his character from Speechless. I'm glad this storyline finished and won't dominate the next three episodes which will give us the endgame and hopefully some good moments.

Don't forget that Gendry is smallfolk and has lived like one for most of his life and Arya is one of the few nobles who respects smallfolk, she defended Mycah in season one.

I like how Oliver views his grandfather as this great guy. That was really sweet.

I don't think this so called Sansa vs Dany rivalry will last more than half an episode, if that. I think they are just following social media and somehow there is some sort of rivalry between the two about who is the better queen when in reality I don't really think there will be a rivalry. Somehow one of them can do no wrong and the other can't do anything right. It's understandable that Sansa will be wary of Dany at first but Dany's intentions of coming North is to help them. Dany's not coming to take Winterfell away from the Starks or to conquer them, she's coming because she saw the true threat and wants to stop them and that was before Jon bent the knee to her. I doubt that Sansa will be hostile to Dany once she knows the whole story. There is a certain segment of fandom that either wants Sansa to put Dany in her place or Dany to put Sansa in her place which I doubt will happen in the show. The producers don't really want to give away anything really juicy in these promos. I'm more interested in what is going on with Arya and Bran and considering that we are getting nothing in these promos so I'm concluding that whatever the story arcs for Arya and Bran will be GOOOD.

Most likely Bran would be Lord of Winterfell. Most likely Arya will end up with Gendry (and you know marry a lord just like what Ned wanted for her) and be the Lady of Storm's End. In the books both Bran and Arya had doubts about being a good lord or lady. Bran because of his accident and Arya because she wasn't good at traditionally feminine skills. I think that in the end both of them will realize that they can be a lord or lady. I don't know what Sansa's fate will be. I think she will survive and be part of the rebuilding efforts. I think that Sansa's next marriage will be for love and will not be politically important since people used her for her claim before.

Honestly if Gendry and Arya get together and get married I think it will be more likely Gendry takes the Stark name. Gendry doesn't really have any attachment to the Baratheon name but Arya DOES have an attachment about being a Stark. Being a Stark is what saved Arya from losing her identity and her family is very important to her.

I second whoever says that Chidi needs to be the new Captain America. I wonder how the end of the season will go with the group just doing good deeds to make the world a better place. I know that there will still be challenges. And setbacks. And I think that we will see the actual Good Place at some point, I just don't know when. This show has a great ensemble cast (so did Parks and Rec and Brooklyn Nine Nine).

I probably worded it wrong. I think it was absurd that GRMM were punishing people for being "uppity" when we have countless examples of innocent people being terrorized.

This doesn't make any sense. Pretty Pia, Tysha and Lollys were punished and I doubt they were uppity.

You can't ignore the books/interviews etc. The show is based on the books. Even with other shows, you can't ignore the interviews cast and crew give. Before Season 7 I wouldn't think Sansa could rule Winterfell either.

I don't know if we will get any future books but the show is based on the books and the endgame GRMM told the producers. We have to consider the books in the endgame because the producers are using GRMM's endgame. The books that we have is a resource that we have to speculate on what the endgame might be. Most likely in season 8 they will show that Arya and Bran spouting out Nedisms and letting the audience know that they can rule.

From the books it seems that Bran didn't think he was good enough to be a lord (because of his accident) and Arya didn't think she was good enough to be a lady (because she didn't fit a narrow definition of what a lady should be like). I think the definition of what a knight, lord and lady will change after the threats to Westeros have been eliminated. I don't think any of the Starklings will die. I do think Sansa/Arya/Bran are all important and that they each have a different skillset that complements each other. I think Littlefinger's trial is the Stark wolfpack working together. I do think that Bran will be the ruler of Winterfell in the end. I think that Bran is also more worried about the Night King and the threat he imposes as he should be. In the books, I don't see Sansa as ruling a region (even though she will step up if she needed to). I feel that Sansa just wants to be loved for herself and not be used for her claim to Winterfell (the Lannisters, Tyrells and Littlefinger are all using her for her claim). I don't think Sansa seeks or wants to wield power. That's not the impression I get from the books. From the books the impression I get is that she wants to be loved and wants to go home. I think that after Sansa sees the abuses of power and how people play the game to get power that she wants to stay as far away from it as possible. I need at least one more person to verify this information. And if the twitter fan says that Sophie was talking really fast, maybe the twitter fan misheard what she was saying. Sansa is learning on how to play "the game of thrones". She is learning from people like Cersei/Tyrells/Littlefinger who are invested in the game. I don't consider Cersei or Littlefinger as teaching Sansa on how to rule. Sansa is the perfect lady and she is very good at it. But that is a different skillset than being a ruler. Bran in the second book was ruling Winterfell in Robb's steed as the Stark in Winterfell. And Maester Luwin who Ned and Catelyn trusted and who is a learned man even said that Bran will make a good lord someday. I would trust Maester Luwin's judgment over Littlefinger's judgment on what a good ruler would look like. I believe that GRMM was planning on showing Arya's ruling arc in future books. It seems to me that Arya was being set up as being the leader of the Brotherhood Without Banners. But that is just speculation on my part. In the books it was shown that both Bran and Arya observed how Robb ruled. We see it in Bran's POV. All of Ned's lessons about ruling that Arya knows about is what Arya overheard Ned telling Robb. In Bran's first POV, Ned was teaching Bran a lesson in ruling. In many of Jon's memories he grouped Robb/Bran/Arya together because those four has spent a lot of time together. We see it in Jon's POV. Agree. Sansa now has modest expectations. To go home and to be loved. That's what she wants. They did that already in the show. They did that with Robb.

Did anybody else except that one Sansa fan live tweet the event that is not part of any media outlet? Who knows if the statue has any significance. It could just be for some promotional material. idk. I don't know if this means anything. Or where this is going. So far in the books, only Lady's bones have been sent to the crypts. I doubt that Grey Wind's, Summer or Shaggydog's bones are in the crypts. I also don't think that Sansa will be the ruler of the North in the end. My guess will be Bran will be the ruler of the North. We also have to remember that Lyanna's statue is in the crypts and neither one of them were rulers. Also, Robb was a ruler and I don't think there was a statue of him. So statue doesn't necessarily mean ruler. But I don't know if statue means dead either.

I would hate it if Brienne is just Sansa's personal muscle. Brienne has done her duty. Let Brienne have her happy ending. She is more than Sansa's glorified bodyguard. I think Gendry is either injured or either crafting a weapon to help Jon/Arya/Davos. My money is that he's injured. That's the only reason I can think of why he's absent from those scenes. I would also like a scene between Brienne and Gendry considering they interacted in the books.

That's where I've seen her. I knew she looked familiar too and couldn't place her. Do you think the Good Place will be able to get Alison Tolman on the show. She was on Brooklyn Nine Nine.

Glad this show is back. Ever since Parks and Recreation I give Mike Schur's shows a chance and I'm always entertained. I just wished we had a Good Place/Brooklyn Nine Nine Hour. That would have been perfect. I'm also on board the Eleanor/Tahani train. I like Chidi's new love interest. She is gorgeous and has such a lovely accent. It's so sweet how supportive Eleanor is of this relationship. Jason plays better off the main cast. He is a good actor. It's not easy playing stupid in movies or TV. I'm glad Adam Scott will play a bigger role this season. He plays the jerk well. :)

We are going with GRMM's ending so that gives me hope.

I have this very weird theory that Bran will be married to Lyanna Mormont in the end. Don't know why I believe this, I just think it will be cool. Especially Bran. I think that Bran/Arya are very important. I read somewhere that Bran was the reason GRMM wrote the series in the first place. Arya is the only character to be in all the books. I also think D&D did a disservice to Sansa's story. From the books, I think that Sansa's story arc is to be a diplomat and not a ruler. From the books, I don't think Sansa wants to be a ruler or be used for her claim. It seems to me that Sansa wants to go home and to be loved for herself and not for any claim.

I don't know if it is relevant here, but I love Vince Gilligan's characterization of Mulder and Scully, especially their friendship and the respect they have for one another.

Does that mean that Sansa will end up with Hot Pie?

I don't know about Tyrion's fate one way or another. I think that Sansa/Arya/Bran are 100% safe.

I was thinking that maybe Tyrion's betrayal might be that he is the valonquar and he murders Cersei. Maybe he kills her because Cersei might have a hand in Jaime's death.

I hope that Tyrion's betrayal is something other than betraying Jon/Dany/Starks to Cersei or Euron. I hope it's something more to it. Maybe he betrays them for a wholly different reason which we won't know until season 8. If Tyrion is put on trial, why aren't Jon or Dany there. They both care about justice. They are either not ruling or are dead because I can't think of any reason why they won't be there. Does Tyrion's betrayal lead to Jon and/or Dany's death. I think we will be blindsided on the why on Tyrion's betrayal. Does this mean that Gilly is alive? Why are Sam, Brienne and Gendry there? Why are the Faceless Men there? Also this makes some sort of sense. Tyrion was involved in two show trials previously for things he didn't do. So now he is in a real trial for something he did do. Also for anybody saying they like Tywin's line being wiped out it is kind of poetic considering that Tywin likes to extinguish houses and now his house is extinguished. Also if the Lannisters are all gone, who will get Casterly Rock and who will be the ruler of the Westerlands.
