MM really wants to know who won her state. What state would that be ? State of confusion or state of annoyance ?

Loved Joy telling MM " Let her answer this question first. Can you do that ? " Just like she was scolding a kid. Then , after a bit of talking about what Sessions replacement might do , MM butts in and in her most sarcastic tone says " I love talking hypotheticals" This , from the same person who probably has a permanent blue card that says " If Obama did that " Just once I'd like someone to say " But he didn't. Why do you want to talk about something that didn't happen when we could be talking about something that actually did ? " As if that isn't bad enough , she didn't even recognize the 2 people in the picture. I can understand the average person not knowing but come on , she's been in politics all her life and they're well known in political circles. How is this even possible ? Speaking of Abby , I loved when she said in her most serious voice "It's a complex issue " and Whoopie fired back with " No it's really not " Abby didn't look too happy at the end of the all too short April Ryan segment. She wasn't going to contribute to making the segment about a reporter.

What I can't believe is the lousy quality of the picture that Michaela took.

Joy said she'd bring along a food taster, Probably not a bad idea. Once again we got the classic MM reaction when Joy said " Let me talk. " She threw her hands in the air , rolled her eyes and looked around to see if anyone else was as mad as she was. Of course no one was. Poor Meghan .... she never gets to talk. Wait , she did get to talk and totally bring down the Queen discussion .

Why do they always cut just when it's getting good ?

She could always become one of the Real Housewives.

But he says he likes her because he can have a respectful discussion with her about politics. He should do a special episode of his show " MM - the unseen side "

I remember that whenever the TV repairman had to come over, us kids were told that if we acted up he wouldn't put the cartoon tube back in. Needless to say, it worked every time. Four kids on their best behavior. We knew what was important.

They're going to have to do a special 2 hour edition. And who could blame them ? After all , this will be her first birthday without her father. I'm stocking up on Kleenex this weekend. Boo hoo !

I'm kind of surprised that Meghan didn't use today as an excuse to tell us how her father celebrated his 50th birthday.

I wonder if another reason could be as simple as they both have the same name and the royal Meghan is well liked and popular. I know that would be pretty shallow but remember who we're talking about here.

If only I had a picture of me with John McCain. I could probably get on the show.

And it's our 5th day of being reminded. I'm beginning to sense a trend here.

And let's not forget the ever popular "We don't know. We weren't there" when one of her friends is accused of something.

Maybe it's because she's had to work every Friday for a while now ,,,,,, just like us regular folk.

Way back in episode 1 it was a certain date at the beginning and 5 years later at the end. Does that mean this show has already been on for 5 years and we're now in the sixth and final season ?

This place is becoming my new favorite forum. There's a lot of good smart comments and a lot of hilarious snarky ones as well. What more could you ask for from a show ? ,,,,,,,,, except that it be good. I know it's only week 2 but it shows a lot of potential. I just want to see it go in a smart direction instead of becoming too ridiculous to take.

I think this show has a lot of promise. It's a funny thing ..... I have no problem accepting the fact that they disappeared for 5 years but when it comes to the way everyone has acted since they returned , that's going too far . You would think that the press would be all over them. They would be the biggest story in the world. I know it's been a whole 4 days and our attention span isn't what it used to be , but come on. I want to see more of how they readjust and the psychological effects. I'd imagine that if I went shopping one day and when I returned was told it was 5 years later it wouldn't just be "that's nice , what's for dinner ?" I wonder which returnee will solve a crime next week ?

The return of Meghan .... just what the worlds been waiting for. Let the lack of celebrations begin ! Get ready for all the guests to be tripping over themselves with their praise for her and her father. Everything we've heard before will be nothing compared to what's coming. Who knows ? She might be a totally different person ..... but I doubt it. We're just about due for a good shrieking match.

Speaking of doctors ..... it always gets me when one of the bad guys get shot and they grab a doctor to perform a life saving operation on him using something like a pair of scissors and a roll of tape. Then they stand over the doctor pointing their gun at him. What are they going to do ? Shoot him ? Yeah , good luck to your buddy then.

The worst is when there's a post that makes several points. Sometimes I totally agree with 2 of them but couldn't disagree more with the third. It's a real dilemma. To like or not to like .. ... that is the question. I guess that in the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter but it is something I think about. You're " but, wait..." cracks me right up.

There have been lots of times that I believe something and then hear something from the other side that makes perfect sense. It may or may not make me change my mind but at least I can understand why they feel the way they do.

I remember a few years ago they asked the non jurors to tell the other players something that they now knew about the game that would surprise everyone. It was great seeing all the reactions as the players learned what was really going on. This was after the vote so it wouldn't affect the outcome. It seems crazy to me that the finalists have to explain 3 months of gameplay in only 3 minutes. That's the kind of thing we want to see and hear. Let the jurists ask real questions. Show more of the roundtable. It's always too rushed. I know it might mean losing segments like the Swaggy proposal , but I think I could dig down deep and somehow find the strength to carry on.
