I’m kinda bummed out that Picard or Riker didn’t immediately reinstate 7 of 9, when Shaw transferred command. And how did Shaw do that when Picard took over at the beginning? That didn’t make sense. Beverly had to have been 70 yrs old by the time she had Jack. And it’s not like they tried to make a go at it, Picard had a love Intrest in at least a couple of the movies. I don’t think they were much of anything by Nemisis . Not to mention Picard had a huge falling out with Starfleet at the beginning of season 1. All he was doing was tending grapes and painting. No sorry her excuses were just very weak.

Sigh… first what has Gates McFadden done to her face! That’s not natural aging. All of this! The writers threw out logic and sense for a gotcha moment, it’s terrible writing. I realize Picard did not want to step on toes, but man I’d verbally kick Captain Shaw into next week if he talked to a superior officer like that. Alas he’s on a frayed shoestring taking over the ship now. I feel for Seven. I also think a year at least at Starfleet Academy would have prepared her better for an active starship role. Janway babied her, Fenris toughened her up but gave her a lot of freedom, while Picard offers pithy comments about becoming a captain soon! Well she would have made a perfect captain for La Serina but everyone insists she has to be the perfect little Starfleet star! Shaw is clearly a bigot and a huge jerk who hides his inadequacies behind rules because he can’t think outside the box the way Riker and Picard can or even Seven. Hence why he’s assigned a explorer ship that has apparently been downgraded from the capable fighter it was under Riker. Although if your going to send out exploratory ships, why would Starfleet cut them off at the knees and not arm and shield them well? Im really hoping there is a twist to “Jack Crusher”, because again is such an old a stupid worn out trope at this point. I’m going to speculate that maybe he’s not fully Picard son, that maybe Bev was fiddling with DNA , augmentation etc hence why she had to keep him secret. Still as mentioned above, there is just no way Weasley or Deanna could not have known, heck even Starfleet Medical/Science had to know about him. Picard whines that Bev just up and left 20 yrs ago without a word and never contacted anyone from the old crew. He couldn’t look up what she had been doing in logs or records? If he was created during the second season when she was gone, when did she and Picard get it on? How on a ship the size of Ent D did gossip about them not circulate? Again I’m thinking some DNA messing about on Bev part. As for Raffi, I never even bothered with her scenes, until Worf came out. Raffi in the Underworld of crime is just not interesting.

That is one very huge recruitment center. What’s so important there to have such a big Campus on a outlying planet?

Turn up the lights, CM! Just because you have a dark and gritty storyline, does not translate to using dark lens for filming. My goodness, I could barley make out JJ at first, and the ending with Sicarius and his uncle was just as bad especially with that dark orange palette mixed in. Make up and styling is also off. Why make Tara suddenly look like she hasn’t bathed in a month? Prentiss still looks like an old hag. Sigh… why and how does Penelope get all the guys? Normal people would be turned off of her childishness. So did Sicarius murder his family? Or did the “uncle”? We’re we suppose to look at him and suddenly feel sorry for him? Because it really didn’t work. If anything I hate him more now. This show is so point and click, they are in desperate need of another lead male because Alvez is dumb as rocks.

Star Trek animation is hitting all the nails, while live action suffers. This was a very good ending. The opening scene of the carnage was surprising but well done. Finally Gwen gets to shine. Only to leave in the end. The thing is won’t she or Starfleet create some butterfly effect as she finds her home world. Or some other time traveling whammy? Or a loop effect? So the crew becomes warrant officers while training? Do they even ever get a chance to join the academy? Ironically this reminds me of 7 and that she gets to command her own ship soon, while never attending the academy.

This! That whole scene was sooo unbelievable. There is no way they would go in the middle of the night, with no backup. It’s not like they had a tip of people being in the bunker. There was no urgency. It was just a plot hole of stupidity and bad writing. As for Will, I’m think he lied about not having cancer. It was too neat. I can not stand the character or the actress. Anyone else would have been fired or let go for that behaviour.

I can’t decide if the health scare is better or worse than a divorce/ cheating/ tired of “the job comes first” storyline. 😂 Wow it actually feels like a downer when they have a normal case. No politics this ep! That’s some serious brainwashing if they go that route. I don’t recall Elias being so controlling with the wife. The guy in the memory had a temper and was a control freak .

At this point if they do a JJ and Will break up over the job, it would be too depressing. It’s like not one agent working there can have a actual long term relationship. Which is just sad. The story quality went down the drain when Erica Messing took over. In stead of slowly giving us clues about the unsub and why of the crime, the writers just blurt it out . That’s when the mystery leaves. The idea that covid drove killers indoors? Silly . If anything it would have become a optimum time to hunt and kill. They could conceal it better etc. I did like that they called out the feckless FBI for focusing on domestic terror and lumping serial killers as domestic terrors. Still it’s an insult to the BAU and those agents. What’s the point of the organization if your state or local police can do the same thing?

Well I’ll start off I guess, strangely this is on Disney+ in Canada. I’m go8ngbto comment on the characters first before the case. Rossi, wow Joe Mantenga really lost weight and looks terrible . I get they were going for the haggard look but hmm too much. As for his depression? He knew his wife was terminal when they married, I would of thought he would be more stoic about her death than going depressed rage workholic. Prentiss seems to have lost her touch? I hope she goes back in the field she doesn’t belong behind a desk. JJ is still JJ. I’m amazed she and Will are still together. Alves and Tara whatever. Garcia, why is she back! I’m sorry but she’s still not appropriate with the team. It will be interesting working on one case and busting it. Now that the show is on streaming I guess they can open it up more, blood , and cursing even. Unfortunately when ever Joe got to drop an F bomb, it just came out silly, like fake anger type expression. I also kept think8ng, if Reid had been around he would have figured out the network angle instantly. I’m going to miss him.

Prodigy is right up there with Strange New Worlds for best Star Trek show right now. It’s has a great over all story arc that doesn’t bog down into, “Burnam must save the universe, and only she can do it”. It also has one of the best intros thanks to the great music. Granted the trope of running into the very people your looking for and not solving anything is old, but I think they pulled it off. So it looks like Zero power wears off if the person a least gets some help? Or time just does the job. I’m loving the bond between Zero and Gwen. I still think Gwen would have made the better Captain, lol. Wow Starfleet regular uniforms are all over the place. I get that Vice Admiral wears the fancy dress uniform but the whole crew? What kind of crew works in that? Not to mention Starfleet still using the grey tops and the colored tops. Make it make sense please. For a organization that insisted most ships, especially long term explorer class ships have a counselor on board, I find it weird that most Starfleet stations, don’t bother with them. More so in this ep. The guy brags to anyone and outright lies about what happened because he’s so caught up in a fantasy world he can’t or won’t acknowledge reality.

I mentioned this a few episodes ago, but it’s really getting annoying now. I get it Josh MCHale is a named star, but come on give us Star Girl on her own show. I really get worked up and start yelling at my TV when characters state one thing and I know the obvious answer but they don’t. I mean your right, Courtney really should have immediately stated that the Crocks did pay for their crimes. Not their vault the justice system is screwball. Cindy has paid in spades for what ever she has done. Not to mention everyone hating her. She’s lonely and hurt and used. Unlike Cindy, Jordan has proved he’s not to be trusted, yet a kiss from Cameron and your all gooey for the dude? As for Sylvester, I’m betting the Ultra Humanite brought him back and has him under control. Having just lost my father suddenly this past weekend, seeing Artemis being a mess, well hard to watch.

Yup, just looked back and we did meet her. I’m wondering if Sylvester did find Pat through her. It would mean , he not only knows where she is, but she knows where Pat is. I’m wondering if Sylvester did something with her given how out of control he’s been. And with the Yeti showing up, it also explains the footprint and weird things happening like food going missing etc in season two. It wasn’t Grundy, it looks like it could have been the Yeti going out.

Cam suddenly having fight skills was just as ridiculous. Still they actually had good choreography. Once again Stargirl/Cort is sidelined! Hopefully that happens next Ep. I knew having that hourglass 24/7 was going to mess Rick up.Add jealousy over Camron and Cort and Rick is not well. I hope he takes this butt kicking to heart and smarten up. Beth how did it take your parents to tell you about your own suit. For that matter why didn’t Mcknighter tell Beth about the different modes when he gave his blessing to Beth? A lot of steps were skipped and then rushed back in. Given the way his father and then Sylvester treated him I can see Pat having a major blow up/break down in the future. Pat for much of his life has been a people pleaser, first his dad then Sylvester and neither has ever respected him. So the robe person? Ooh you just know if that happens it will be the reason they mothball that class of ship and make it Starfleet Regs that all ships are to be manned. I think Mariner will get tired of the roving rogue life. For all her complaints about Starfleet she grew up in that environment and joined it. It’s in her blood. I’d like to know how the creepy video surveillance was set up? How does this person have to time and ability to just walk into peoples homes , punch a bunch of cameras all over the house, school, businesses etc and nobody notices? Are Blue Valley residents so used to the bizarre they just duck their heads and shut up? Yolonda and her mom. I said this last week but Yolonda has inherited her Moms attitude, right down to not giving Cindy a chance. I hope the time with Corts family will open her eyes. Of course her Mom is still unreasonable jerk. Shade and Jennie! So good to have them both back, and we finally get to meet Todd. I’m wondering if somehow the siblings are connected, Jennie has the light and Todd takes on the darkness? As for Shade, love him no matter how grumpy he is.

Sooo basically Luthrn is very likely part of Saw Gurrea group or very close to that idea. We know Mon Motha rejects Saw and these tactics out right a yr before ANH as seen in Rebels. We see the beginnings of it here where she’s taken aback by what’s happened. On the other hand I loved watching her at the party trying to recruit her old friend. It’s a wonder how she and Bail Organa managed to navigate. She can’t even trust her own husband, she knows he would turn her in! I really hope Cindy isn’t lost. I would prefer she stay in the grey area and not go full villain but wow the JSA are not even trying to help or offer any sympathy. I hate the fact it needs to be spelled out in detail for the group that Cindy was looking for a cure and desperately needs help. She wasn’t raised the same way everyone else was, she’s a product of abuse and torture. Logical people would assume this but not this group. She striking out at Courtney I think because she feels Cort should have clued in but then Cort waffles and Cindy is left hurt. Yolanda and Rick are the worst. I can see Rick becoming the bully and abuser his uncle was now that he has super strength all the time. Yolanda is just as bad as her parents when it comes to being judgmental and restrictive. Ironically they both seem to be mirror images while Cameron and Cindy are trying to be different than the parents they had. The Crocks strike again! I mean they mean well but you don’t steal food from your buddy house. The Survailance thing is creepy. I’m puzzled why Beth didn’t just shut it down with the goggles? And yes Mr Bones really does need to step into the picture . Somehow I think he is manipulating this situation with the group.

😂 I was laughing so hard at that one. DS9 looks great animated. The ship looked great . The animation on this series is top notch. I guess the show ignores the books timeline which had Kira joining Starfleet, and had Ro Laren in charge. Either way it was nice to see the station again. We have to meet Tendi family after this. Can you imagine a Starfleet captain acknowledging a pirate syndicate or letting them on board the Cerritos? Rutherford though was strangely weird. He just was not picking up any cues from Tendi. im honestly surprised Starfleet didn’t invite a delegation of Ferengi to negotiate given their own way with merchants etc.

Exactly, in fact you can tell when Deamon actually signals that the plan is in effect when, he turned around and crossed his arms. Many of them singled back and took notice. Not sure why they took this route unless they didn’t trust Corleys brother who complained and was stirring up trouble. Still beggars the question, what did they do so wrong in three yrs that led to this ruse and almost losing a war. How did the Crab king inflict so much damage? Was it because none of the knights had ever seen war? Inexperience? Dragons applied smartly, along with a well trained navy and ground forces should have defeated these pirates quickly. It’s really a metaphor for the show, they had peace for so long no one knew what to do in their roles. Visery has no idea how to be a king, and never should have been picked but , men rule , women don’t. Most house leaders should be rich and making names for themselves, or becoming knights and fighting, but not one man has any idea of what to do in a real war. The kingdom isn’t growing, it’s stagnant as the king won’t cross to Essos and try to take over.
