Aw, Joy said she’s not leaving the show! Yay! Unfortunately the celebratory mood has been ruined almost immediately because Meghan said she’s not leaving. 😕

I think she said on social media that she doesn’t like the way she looks right now? On her IG she’s been posting cooking and cocktail videos, some with her dog and hubby lol.

She’s really the only reason I’m tuning in now. It makes sense, she’s 77 years old, but I can’t imagine the show without her, permanently. She does seem to be over it these days. I still enjoy having her on the show though. I just think the current pandemic is stressing her out, like a lot of us.

Bernie dropped out?! Darn that’s too bad...

There are actually some people who are saying she shouldn’t be allowed to call herself a Doctor though...

Just when Meghan becomes somewhat tolerable, she starts her question this morning by reminding us all that she’s a conservative, her husband runs a conservative paper, and that Karl is not a hack because conservatives trust him. 🙄🙄🙄 Why would he even care about any of that shit? Just ask the damn question.

It could also be that there’s no audience around to clap for all the other cohosts except her. I do recall one of the first things she said when they were in the studio without an audience is that she liked it better that way.

Of course Meghan is just now realizing the inequalities marginalized communities face when it comes to healthcare... As Sunny said, this has been going on for quite some time. It’s not a new thing, Megaphone.

I love how all the late shows have officially moved there from-home YouTube videos to cable television during the actual times their shows would premiere. Colbert pauses after his jokes as if he’s in front of the live audience he’s used to and it’s really cute.

Idk about everyone else, but I’m enjoying all the late-night hosts doing these shows from home. It feels so much more relatable and not just because I’m also now working from home.

And small town halls. I think he also did pretty good even it was just him and Bernie debating...

I’m glad Joe’s team is taking the proper precautions to keep him safe, especially since he’s the presumptive Dem nominee. He’s in a the high-risk age group...

There are a lot of things I want to say, but I’ll refrain from saying them for the time being. God bless that child.

It sounds like Colbert will be going on his scheduled break, so for my fellow late night fans, Kimmel said he’d be doing these online bits every night until they return. Same for Fallon. Of the three, Colbert is my favorite and I’m gonna miss him during these trying times.

What a sweet story Amy K. just shared. So many people have heartfelt stories to share when it comes to Biden.

Good on Whoopi for taking some time off. She’s at much greater risk than Joy given her recent health issues.

Criticizing Bernie doesn’t always mean it’s due to “Bernie hate” but anyway... I really miss Joy. I hope she’s doing okay.

I agree with Sara. Biden absolutely does better in smaller settings such as the one last night and town halls. He did great last night. Hopefully the whole “Biden has dementia” bs will stop now.

There aren’t many things I can imagine that are worse than being holed up with Ben Domenech all weekend. Yikes!

Yeah I wonder if they’re going to fill that third seat or march on with just 2 co-hosts and Whoopi as moderator for a week. I wouldn’t be surprised if they decide to air repeats next week though...

Yeah I agree with everyone who mentioned Whoopi. I’d be the most worried if I were her, especially after her most recent health scare. I guess Joy’s daughter convinced her that it wasn’t worth taking any chances and I don’t blame her for taking what looks like an indefinite hiatus from the show. I mostly only watch because Joy’s on the show, but since I haven’t really been tuning in lately, I’m not sure I’ll be doing anything other than reading the comments here until further notice...
