  1. It was what Cisco did to get Barry back so it's kind of dumb that he didn't suggest it in the first place. Almost as dumb as Alena telling Felicity to work on the biochip with her new company... Makes no sense to me. IMO to me they dumbed down Cisco to make this happen but we can agree to disagree.
  2. Same... I really miss Caitlin/Cisco saving the day once in a while... It seems as though they're more afterthoughts in terms of heroics this season. It's sad because Iris so they should've given Cisco the chance to shine this episode
  3. But what was wrong with having Cisco/Caitlin (you know, the scientists who've been kind of side-lined this season) suggest this idea?
  4. What I don't get is how Iris knew how to stop a nuclear reaction but Caitlin/Cisco/Barry didn't.... Aren't they supposed to be scientists? No offense but this is the kind of thing that makes me think she's the one side-lining Cisco/Caitlin in order to be relevant. I don't need Iris to be a mary sue and have all the answers and be good at everything... just let her do what she's good at and that's journalism. Jfc. Other than that it was a good episode!
  5. I was about to add on I'm glad he didn't include CL. She's such an awful actress. And tbh it would've been nicer to KC if he didn't include her because that write up was kind of mean lol
  6. Why did he include Katie considering he spent like most of the time being shady? LOL This also made me LOL
  7. It says a lot that Stephen didn't say a word about episodes 13-15 and only started to hype episodes after 17. I'm guessing he didn't like them either.
  8. Honestly? I'd much rather take what Olicity have been given this season than what Flash has given Westallen or what Supergirl has given Karamel. We had: 603: Oliver asking Felicity to help with William which led to Oliver giving Felicity the key to his apartment 604: An episode where Oliver/Felicity roles reversed and he was leading her in the field and she leaned on Oliver for support (also hot makeout sessions!) 608: Literally the entire crossover was centered around them 609: A beautiful reception with everyone's family members which also included cake, a first dance, and throwing the bouquet 611: Felicity/Oliver going through parenting together as a single unit I'd take these quality episodes over meager kisses any day considering those moments have more weight and meaning.
  9. I agree with you on here.. IDK what's up with the canaries but that role somehow attracts weak actors.
  10. It's ok! :) I just think it says a lot that people even on here (who are her fans) say that it's good that the show doesn't give her a lot to do other than lead the team. That being said it's definitely in the eyes of the beholder
  11. Honestly the only actors who have ruined the characters they play are Katie Cassidy and Caity Lotz. I think they're honestly the most awful actresses who can't handle any level of nuance.
  12. I can't say I'm surprised with this but I'm disappointed because I liked Mick. Don't think I can really support the character anymore after this
  13. NTA act like the victims and are so self-righteous and self-obsessed that they really don't care about saving the city. This is the SECOND incident where they put their own self interests above the safety of the city and that's why I don't consider them heroes. It also doesn't help that it has never been shown to us why they want to be vigilantes so why should I believe that they're heroes?
  14. I feel like in order to justify the newbies here you have to basically forget everything they've said and done the past few episodes... That's literally the only way you can fault OTA in all of this.
  15. Echo started off OK but then this........ He can suck a dick too
  16. Definitely isn't a good look that Arrow is about 3 years older than LoT and in a tougher time slot and is performing roughly the same in terms of demo as them...
  17. You know I was thinking about the ratings for LoT and how it doesn't really jive with the positive critical reviews its been getting... LoT is no doubt the best written DCTV show right now, so why doesn't that translate in viewers? It's weird to me but I think it's because people can drop the show easily without missing it. It's basically what happened to me, I dropped it before watching 209 because I got busy and I didn't really find myself missing it to the point where I needed to know what was going to happen. It's not a show that inspires a lot of passion or investment. It's a show where you like all the characters and it's fun while you watch it but forget about it quickly. Other metrics for this is that it never trended as much, less comments in the comment sections, less interactions online overall... It's a shame it has low ratings though especially considering Flash (the one show that not only is the worst written but inspires no investment/passion) consistently has the highest DCTV ratings (although that's not saying much considering how much they're hemorrhaging viewers this season)
  18. Civil War was classified as a Captain America movie, not an Avengers movie.
  19. At that point Laurel had been a part of the team as long as (and maybe even less than) the newbs have. Not only that but she said that right after resurrecting Sara, chaining her up like an animal in a basement, then knowing Sara was out in the city hurting people without letting the team know which subsequently led to Thea being in the hospital... She had zero right to demand being seen as an equal after what she did. It'd be like me losing millions of dollars for my company and then demanding a raise. It's dumb lol.
  20. This reminds me of the newbies this year. She didn't earn being an equal on the team, she demanded it. Laurel and the newbs are all pathetic lol
  21. The problem is if you're going for a 'light' season then you can't have the main baddie killing people left and right the way they're doing it now. Not only does the killing cancel out the 'light' but the killing loses its sense of severity with the 'lightness' which undermines the whole story.
