I just can't with Dorinda defending Luanne. I guess Dorinda really doesn't want to confront her own issues with alcohol. I think Dorinda and Luanne drink in very similar ways.

I haven't really liked her since the season Bethenny came on. I don't despise her like I do Vicki from O.C., so I can still enjoy her when she isn't being cruel or petty, but those instances are becoming further apart. I think in some respect she's suffering from the pavlovian response, and most houseeives do, if they stay on long enough. Early on they get a lot of positive attention for being their brand of outrageous and they amp it up, making what could be a small part of their personality more prevalent. More isn't always better.

Now you guys have me daydreaming of Vivica Fox on Atlanta. She would clean up. She's who Nene wishes she were, badass, in control, and crazy diva with talent to back her. I love Kandy, but damn, I'd kill to see her have some interactions with another woman who hits her success level in her own way.

I haven't watched reguarly in a while, but I keep messing up days of the week/ when RH's is on. So anyhow, what was up with LVP going off about James's girlfriend (don't know her name) not knowing what LVP meant when she said "Dose the Pope drink rosė on his balcony?" in response to being asked if she wanted a glass of rosė. I have never heard anything close to that expression in my life. Yes, I would have figured it out because of context and phrasing, but LVP was bitchy about it. Then it cut to the scene with Jax being all ragey and sweaty, and B being a wishy washy enabler and I was out.

That'll be $330.00 before the the salt wine. I remember Lee Anne being much more together in her season. This is painful to watch. Malarkey strikes me as the kind of person who makes an asshole joke and then calls the person he made it about humurlous when they don't laugh.

Andy has no real loyalty. I've always thought Bravo never took her back because she secretly taped conversations in an effort to make Bravo look bad.

To be devils advocate for a moment, someone else pointed out that she is polite most of the time and doesn't generally go after people, but also hasn't really been shown being actively kind. Like you'll see in the mess that is Dorinda, she at times makes an effort to do special things, or just be there, for people. But she doesn't go after people and I really hate a pile on, so Tinsley ends up getting my defense by default, if that makes sense.

I felt, since this actually effects my life and the safety of transgender people right now at this moment, not 40 years ago, that that I wanted to address your throw away comment that dismissed it as being no big deal. Because it is. An issue. Right now. I felt like I had nothing to add, one way or another to the Mao conversation. But I wanted to address it since that again was your main topic. With the transgender bashing being a throw away, I wanted to give that some atten. Seeing as it's an issue that affects people today.

There's been an explination here of the print Dorinda thought it was, why it was controversial at the time, the designer did it as a taking back of power other people thought it was awful. As the proud mother of a transgender daughter, Sonja and Dorinda absolutely deserve to be dragged. Transgender people are discriminated against, right now, in our country and are at higher risk for being murdered. Particularly women and particularly people of color. So Dorinda and Sonja, feeding into that crap can go f themselves on a rusty post.

Sonja is a menace, and she does hurt people. The way she went after Tinsley the first season she was on was awful, she's the one who started the rumour that Tinsley is a kept woman. She also has to absolutely humiliate her daughter with her antics.

I will say, it was good to see a HW at work, like at an actual job.

I think John is sleezy and loves the spotlight too much. I think he is out collecting phone numbers and I just don't like him. But he's a person. Dorinda treats him like trash, like he's a trashy accessory. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like that or talked about that way in public.

I couldn't hear her. Though I knew she said something. She's on WWHL now. Let's see if it is addressed.

First time I've really noticed the dark haired lady who has been mentioned her that has been in every episode. "If I don't go to a party I don't see John." Dorinda. I can see that from her and John's perspective. Why would he want to be with her, and it backs up his attention seeking thing.

If the closest people to you (Leah) think you have a problem and you strip naked and throw lit Tiki's around a yard, you might have a problem, Leah.

Lu is definitely interested in how Leah started drinking again. If Lu were to say now, I don't think I'm an alcoholic and she drinks again, whatever. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.
