What no one is talking about specifically is the part of the rant where Ramona went off on Bethany about her, B, going to good schools and having her college paid for. And how Ramona had to do it all herself, something that a lot of us have done. Ramona does come across as having a long term resentment about that and as being jealous of Bethany's success.
