I've considered this too but she genuinely seems happy to be back on the show in the new episodes.

I guess we should be thankful there was a revival.

Me as well. It's awful and not funny. Written by people who have obviously never watch the original series. It's just a characture of what pop culture believes the original was.

Sara was the reason the revival got made. It was a trip down nostalgia lane with her cast mates. She has The Talk and a good career already. She won't want to do a "spin off".

The actress who plays Harris just tweeted she called her manager to quit but then found out it was cancelled.

Gilbert, Goodman, Metcalf will be just fine. I feel worst for Goranson and Fishman. This show is all they've had going on in the last 20 years.

Roseanne used to get whatever she wanted because she had a hit show. She never made racist comments though.

It's official. Season 11 cancelled.

Aside from the first episode, I hate the revival. Hope season 11 gets cancelled.

The original flavour Mark portrayed by Glenn Quinn. Was he good for Becky, bad for Becky? Did you prefer the James Dean version of Mark or the dunce? If he was in the revival, what do you think his character would be doing? Original Mark was one of my favourite non Conner characters. Talk about him here :)

I'm pretty disappointed that Jackie is still Gilligan in the revival. I'm a Star Trek fan and used to seeing cast members take questions from the audience at conventions. Is there no Roseanne convention where we can all stand up and tell Laurie how much we hate her portrayl of Jackie Gilligan?

All these pointless scenes are lazy writing. They only went to the hotel to kill 5 minutes. They only went to the dog shelter in a previous ep to kill 5 minutes. It's sad they have no clue where to take the show. You'd think after 21 years of being off the air they would be jam packing every single episode to the brim. Nope. Will be interesting to see if there's more of a connective plot in the next season or if they will continue making these "bottle" episodes that have no link to the original series or even other episodes in the season.

Roseanne Bar was progressive and liberated. But Roseanne Conner was played pretty straight blue collar until later seasons. She might have taken the diner for granted after it opened but she had high aspirations about having her own business and making it a reality.

I want to say a tree planted in Israel but I think that was from one of the old ladies lol.
