I was getting a little bored, but they pulled off some pretty good crude humor in the 2nd half of the episode. Malcolm Ten, Fleshlight, Judy Cooter naked in the hot tub, Judy Pooper eating Deviled Eggs and needing the bathroom. I was hoping Max and Sahar would show up, but they didn't make it.

Vampires Never Get Old: First Kill In The Media
AnimeMania replied to Cranberry's topic in First Kill
I thought the first episode was good and made sense then after that it got worse and more illogical. I stuck with it though, I blame the show more than Netflix for their cancellation, even though they seemed to have pretty good numbers and probably could have worked out their problems in the next season. -
You missed the baby.

Glitter Guy was still washing off Glitter in Coney Island so it would have been how long it takes Mabel and Theo to drive to the diner and then we saw what happened in sort of real time. Residents that were in the lobby were already back in their apartments while the Trio was still crawling up the stairs, even though they never met or even saw any of them in the stairwell even though the Trio were "rushing" to get to Lucy.
-
Pack your bags, you have to go! Charles is wrong, everybody seemed too tired to cause any chaos when the electricity goes out. I am not even sure why all those people were in the lobby, funny there was nobody using the stairs although they seemed to easily be in the lobby one second and in their apartments the next. I still have no idea why Nina is starting a Blimp Service on the roof. It is not 1920. I am guessing that Detective Kreps might have Charles and Oliver's phone numbers to text them. I wonder why he wouldn't text Mabel as well. Although Detective Kreps might be Glitter Guy, I don't think that Detective Kreps was the one chasing Lucy through the tunnels. That person seemed to break the door down with their shoulder (even though they had a crowbar) and Detective Kreps' shoulder was injured, probably from a knitting needle accident. I also don't think that Detective Kreps could have covered what he was wearing with the overalls or would have been able to change back into his clothes that fast.

Teddy Stillwell is in The Red River Institute, an orphanage for Super Powered Kids. He appeared in one of the episodes of Season 3.

I am not sure how much space you need for an apartment with 8 people in it, but I am sure that wasn't it.

Even though The Sandman's personality seemed to have turned a corner. I am still not that fond of him. The show left a lot of interesting characters largely unexplored, it seemed like a waste of talent. The Vortex problem seemed to be solved too easily. Again the story could have used some plot twists and cleverer solutions. Why is Rose living in New York with all of those roommates in that grubby little apartment. I thought she was heiress to a large conglomeration, she should be living large.

I don't see how they can not kill Andy, he knows that Sheryl was part of his kidnapping, how can they both exist on the show at the same time.
-
No, but it got the ball rolling on the other end to get things to start happening.
-
The story has become so much more interesting when you know and care about the characters. Too bad The Sandman is not one of those characters. It seems like Rose has the power to replace him, and maybe she should.
-
It was strange that Ken and Barbie's dream was taking place in what appears to be England, instead of America where they live. The Sandman was really unlikable this episode only using Rose to find his missing nightmare instead of genuinely trying to help Rose find her brother. I think the Sandman will come to regret that decision of pissing off The Vortex, there was no reason he couldn't have waited a minute or two longer to give Rose more clues or let the nightmare provide some information.

I am not sure why Rose would need someone to apartment sit and Lyta would not. The stories would be so much better if they kind of wove them together. To briefly mention of someone is not the same as getting a snippet of the lives across multiple episodes. The episodes need a continuous thread to show that they are connected. The closest we get is The Corinthian and we know almost nothing about what he does or why he does it. Death had a great episode and we got a good understanding of what she does, I would have liked to have seen a snippet of what Desire and Despair do with their time. It might have even been funny to see Desire and Despair do things to keep people from having a good, restful sleep, in order to weaken Dream's power and add to their own.
