If we're not seeing her, I'd wager it'd more likely she's been neither terrible nor great. When there are this many contestants still, the "safe" ones get lost in the middle.
I'm thinking that there is something going on here.

Really surprised at the number of kids who haven't had can tuna fish yet. Does that mean that they have never eaten tuna fish sandwiches or if they have, where did the tuna come from.

Morgan Fairchild's face looks really strange.

Regarding the Kansas City couple. It's a good thing that they widened the door into the garage. She wouldn't have been able to fit through it otherwise. Really thought she was super over the top trying to be cool. Couldn't pull it off though.

Think that Ivy's pie should have been in the bottom three instead of Ben's. Her whipped topping was runny and the chocolate layer almost looked non existent.

Denver woman has been added to my growing list of annoying HH's. The only way she's going to find a house with a toilet in a separate area is to buy something newer. Most houses built before the 90's did not have separate toilet areas. Also, her dramatic statement about carpet in the dining room was ridiculous. Yes, carpet isn't exactly the most desirable floor covering where food is served, but as the realtor stated, it can be changed and the house was under budget. In fact I think, the realtor showed great restraint with both of them. The HH was over acting for the camera.
We bought our first home in the 1970's and as an upgrade you get could wall to wall carpet in the downstairs including the dining room. Everyone thought that this was a great idea. But then she has kids who would climb on the boulder fireplace and swing from the artificial beams.

My apologies to those who share the Denver woman's aversion to toilets. At one point I think she described them as dirty and disgusting. Really? You don't keep yours clean? No appreciation for the wonders of modern plumbing and sanitation. People who think toilets are full of cooties that are going to jump out and give them The Plague are crazy.
I think that the both of them were screwy.

Think they hit a new low with the couple featured in the Denver show. He with his marble and her toilet/shower hangup. Really having a place just like Grandma's. She really reminded me of a bigger version of Rebecca on This Is Us. Having a decorator friend in to tell her how she should position her desk says it all.

"Little Chef Ivy" is a bit of a ringer - an online personality. The fedoras are part of her persona - you can see her wearing them in YouTube cooking videos from 2016.
If I am getting tired of her now, just watch the youtube from 2016. Really hard to watch. I'm thinking that you're right about her being a ringer.

This is just an educated guess, but she might've worn one hat to her audition wanting to look extra nice or something, and then once cast, the show was all "you're Fedora girl now; you have to wear one every show". Like the two giant bow sisters last season. The kids don't all have a super conspicuous gimmick with their clothes, but there are always a handful of contestants who do.
Especially since she's worn a slightly different color hat every episode, they're clearly provided by production. If it were the same hat (and looked less pristine) I might think it was just her favorite hat she brought from home. But I doubt it.
I agree. No body has that many hats.

The faces on both Evie and Sadie when the other two girl's cupcakes were voted the best was priceless. Bad sportsmanship very evident.

Ivy is really starting to wear on me. Her hat shtick reminds me of Spike Mendelson when he was on Top Chef. Didn't like that either.

I really used to like this show, but now can't stand the Madam Secretary character and her sanctimonious attitude that she displays.

Another week goes by without having Ivy cooking. Not sure if this is on purpose or what.

Noticed that the cheese wasn't melted on any of Gordon's sliders. Reminded me of the 1.00 cheese burgers at McDonalds which always has unmelted cheese.

I... do not get what the deal with Cindy was in the end? (Other than the Classic Herrmann "Doesn't Everyone Love My Dumbass "Career" Ideas" Syndrome she's rocking.🙄) Even if she was using the firehouse as a blank canvas to decorate just for the photo shoot, it was f'ing HIDEOUS and INAPPROPRIATE. And then why did she interview everyone for something she never meant to keep? It was terrible, woman! Your husband broke it to you as gently as possible.
And why she thought Herrmann either had the authority or capability to actually arrange anything is beyond me. She should have been talking to the Chief herself to negotiate the use of the space and get approval for a photo shoot long before the day of.
Well put. Thought that this was one of their dumbest episodes ever!!

He deferred Howard to stay nearer and help out Rebecca after Jack died. Looks like he ended up at Carnagie instead.
Thanks for the clarification. Actually thought that Howard wasn't his first choice.

It looked like Carnegie Mellon, which is a good university in Pittsburgh.
Thought that last year they said Randall went to Howard University in DC.

I think its about 45 min-1 hour plus each way depending on traffic etc. Some days could be longer I would suspect. That would be a bit too far for me, but I liked the house.
Also really good train service to Katonah NY which is where that house is located.

Reid looks so much older than the other eight year olds his age. Also noticed that they didn't focus on Sadie last night.

I like the couple last night who were moving out of the Bronx into a larger home. They both seemed nice and normal. I was actually surprised they didn't choose the second house, since it was in their desired location but was a raised ranch which they didn't like. I was pretty astonished they had lived in that Bronx brownstone upstairs from the husband's mother for 17 years! I think they said it was 750 sq feet and they had two kids! Wow.
Actually thought that they were pretty picky considering how they have lived the past 17 years (didn't like the hardware in the closet, doors too close together, kitchen chinzy, kitchen too small, etc.. Really anything has to be a major improvement after living with Mommy all this time in the Bronx.

I actually thought that Chimney acted like a pompous idiot (calling himself entrepreneur, venture capitalist, etc.). Really didn't like him in this episode until the funeral at the end.
