I didn't care for the finished decorating job that Sarah did on the Florida home. Thought it was cold and not very inviting. Not a fan of the very contemporary look. Thought it was a throw back to the very early 1960's.

Same thing with the Georgia episode. She called that first home a "french provincial" which was anything but a "french provincial" and another person who clobbers the pronunciation of the word bedroom. It doesn't have a "t" in it.

Florida couple were there to pimp that place for rental purposes. Ten hour drive from their home in Florida and the fact that they needed to rent it to afford it tells me a lot. What happens when you can't get it rented, bank repossesses it?

It was the constant chopping those eggs into tiny fragments that drove me crazy. Doesn't he know that scrambled eggs are suppose to have nice large curds. Have seen cooks at buffets in hotels do the same chopping up of the scrambled eggs.

What is with her driving style - one partial hand on the steering wheel and the other resting on the glove compartment. Someone should also show her father how to cook scrambled eggs and not massacred them into little bits. And he was the one pushing to have a gas range. Sure hasn't helped his cooking ability.

Columbus episode. Both the buyer and her mother were wearing those hideous tent like dresses. Guess it goes with their quirky tastes.

Who is going to take care of that gigantic fish tank when Quintin is gone? Those bedrooms that Sarah designed for the boys are very adult looking, not something that I would think an average teen male would like or appreciate.

Lincoln Park was by far the best area to live in of the three places featured.

The Alabama couple really had some major quirks. Had to move 45 minutes closer to be near her grandkids. Guess they never heard of getting in a car for a relatively short drive to accomplish this. Also very critical of faults found in these homes, especially in their price range. Never met a person that had to have the same cabinetry throughout their entire house unless it was a custom house that they were building and even then wouldn't always be the case. And let's not forgot the structured panel wiring. Very picky for what they wanted to spend on a house.

None of the above three homes would have been an easy commute to DC for him, especially house #2. Not sure why they would have even looked out in Dunkirk for a place. Traffic is really bad in all the surrounding areas of DC.

Amber kept pronouncing Knightley with two syllables like that made it so big time while her friends pronounce Knightley with only one syllable. Think it was all part of Amber's personna shtick.
