Procrastination for the win. I just realized that the only Duggar wedding where a family member wasn't pregnant was Jill's. Josh and Anna-Michelle was pregnant with Jordyn Jessa and Ben-Jill was pregnant with Izzy Jinger and Jeremy-Jessa was pregnant with Henry Joy and Austin-Anna was pregnant with Mason, Jill was pregnant with Samuel Joe and Kendra-Anna was pregnant with Mason, Joy was pregnant with TBA And for funsies Amy and Dillon-Jessa was pregnant with Spurgeon. Yup. They might as well just buy the wedding maternity dresses in bulk.

Joy was 6 when they filmed the first special. They have been on TV a very long time. At this point they do assume that TLC will keep filming them.

Is that the house with the electrical panel boldly displayed in the living room? Damn. That is a repair job for a group of professionals. Not a DIY enthusiast. Probably would have been cheaper to buy a lot and build a house for the brood Joy and Austin are about to have. Austin will probably never make whatever money he pumped into that house back. Especially if the buyers insist on a house inspection.

I actually feel bad for Joy that she got no book-learnin' besides Bible time. She's a product of the environment she was raised in. A mother who checked out. Sister-moms who were educating the little ones with a sub-par education of their own. And parents too busy chasing TLC fame in order to pause and educate their kids.

There will be an M6 after Joshley comes back from Jesus Jail. You can count on it. Anna isn't going to stop/let go until she can no longer give birth. She views herself as having no other purpose in life. Well other than making signs sometimes.

They 100% read gossip and messageboards, or at least have it relayed to them. It is why a lot of places won't let people speculate on a fundie child's sexuality until there's a (wedding) ring on it. I was initially shocked that Jinger was married off to Jeremy. I always thought Kim Jong Boob would have made sure to marry her off to someone extremely fundamentalist since the whole Free Jinger meme.

I don't think I've ever seen a picture of Joy wearing a properly fitted bra. I always assumed she got the J'slaves hand-me-down bras which were too small and probably stretched out.

It might be a lot of factors. Being pregnant was likely one of the very few times in her life where she was the centre of attention for longer than 3 minutes. Then Kendra and Jinger get pregnant. Now she's not so special anymore. She'll get attention once she delivers the baby but Kendra and Jinger's babies will be born shortly afterwards.

Hannie is in the middle. I think that's Jenni on the far left and Jordyn sitting right beside Jinger. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Hey Anna, I can make up statistics too! The time spent on that sign and standing out on the sidewalk could have helped 43% more people in need than trying to holding up a sign with a bullshit statistic. Also people standing on sidewalks with signs are 89% more likely to cause disruption to pedestrian traffic with about 61% of them deciding your cause is stupid and you need to get a job.

Can they just start re-casting the Duggars? It would make more sense at this point.

That was my impression as well. They tried to pigeon hole her as the tomboy one in the show but yet when she was doing those kind of things with Austin she seemed bored and disinterested. Actually she doesn't seem to have any interests. Austin just happened to be there. Someone who actually had some sort of income outside of TLC that could support Joy until they hit umpteen blessings and bam.

They will just stick their head in the sand because God will provide. It worked out so well for JB and Michelle amirite. The older J'kids suffered for it until TLC came along. Granted JB and Michelle will probably make sure the M'kids are cared for. Joshley being the golden child and all. The rest, who knows. They learned from the best about God providing.

Joy would have had the googly lovely eyes for anyone they set in front of her and told her that she was to court him. I don't think Austin and Joy knew each other nearly as well as they let on either.
