More on Constance Wu's apology -
I think Micah Fowler would be fine. His sister is also an actress as well and I am sure she is supportive of his dreams.

That is why a newcomer has to be careful in a cutthroat business in sitcom world. Anytime one may say something degrading to a show or anything can endure future consequences. This is where you better think before you post rules always come in effect. She is not a kid. She is a grown 37 year old woman who was part of this for 5 seasons straight. Remember the two Aunt Viv actors playing the same role from Fresh Prince of Bel Air? The first actor was a piece of work on set and they replaced her after 3 seasons. Constance has to be careful here. They could give her less screen time and who knows what else. This is not rewarding bad behavior. This is about being an adult here and not opening a can of worms. -

That I agree with. But this was just bad timing on her part with FOTB’s renewal. -

I am sad for Speechless...😩 I was not surprised at Constance Wu’s behavior. She made degrading remarks based on a film two years ago and went on a rampage about the portrayal of Asian people in that film. I think it was Matt Damon’s The Great Wall. -
The kid actor looks exactly like Spencer Treat Clark from Unbreakable. Uncanny.

Jermaine rips onto Quincy Jones Jermaine needs to go wherever he came from and leave off the sharpie pens. Not a good look for a 65 year old man with a girl who is half his age.

Bill Hader! Yay! And the kids look so big at 2:29 in the 2nd trailer. It's really an interesting contrast to their first appearances in the first film. Finn, Dylan, and the rest are really growing up. Let's hope it lives to the expectations of some amazing scares. I heard they would put a deleted scene from the first movie that features Pennywise set in Pilgrim times.

It looked more like a Jim Varney tribute to me. Was Christopher a fan of his? This was the type of character he would have played in his sleep.

At The Heart Of Gold: Inside the USA Gymnastics Scandal
Robert Lynch replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in HBO Documentaries
HBO documentaries are always good, but this one was well done. I appreciate the time and effort it made to speak out the truth about the abuse in general. -
After this movie, the next biopic should be about George Michael. He lead quite a bumpy life.

Madonna on Michael Jackson's allegations Oh, Madge, just go! You still don't know what the heck you are talking about.

S44.E19: Adam Sandler / Shawn Mendes
Robert Lynch replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in Saturday Night Live
My dad hates Adam Sandler, but he enjoys Phil Hartman. He always bad mouthed him for years and it was really funny thinking about it. I was always indifferent to the cast members of SNL. It was like that with Chris Kittan on the show. I sometimes didn't enjoy any of his characters there like Mango or Mr. Peepers, but always felt indifferent to him because his humor was not mine to enjoy. Adam I could take or leave it. There was funny moments during his SNL tenure and most not so funny. It's one of those things. Though I do enjoy his Hotel Transylvania films as Dracula because his voice is pretty much a combination of all his other characters he did on SNL. However, The Wedding Singer remains my favorite of all Sandler films. -
The lawyer ads in Spanish/English was freaking hysterical. My mom who is Spanish tells me that's not how they speak. They are talking like they have phlegm in their throats. I burst out laughing even more. And that KFC chicken looked stale to begin with.

S44.E19: Adam Sandler / Shawn Mendes
Robert Lynch replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in Saturday Night Live
I grew up in the late 80s-90s and parts of the 2000s of SNL. I remember all of the Sandler sketches, even the ones from the horrid 1994-95 season. Phil Hartman, Mike Meyers, Dana Carvey, Cheri Oteri, Chris Farley, etc. were the performers I admired the most from that memory of SNL. -
How can this show survive at all?

Shawn looks like a giant next to Sandler. I never knew he was that short. -
I love my mother as much as the next person, but when the real Beverly Goldberg explained her way of loving one's children, I thought that was extreme. I can't blame them for one of the children being upset with her. She seemed like an extremely difficult person to be around, but then again I knew friends who had a mother just like Beverly.

That Melania cartoon is way too expressive. They should have given her the scrunched look to complete the effect.
