  1. Sarah wasn't able to attend the SAG awards on January 29th due to health issues. She says in an US Weekly article that she is often shown sitting or leaning due to the pain. Walking up the stairs serves as her workout for the week. I didn't know her kidney transplant came from her dad. Well, I hope she's doing better now. Back to this episode. I don't think the Dunphy's would care about Luke going to a community college, and I think Nolan is growing out of his awkward stage very nicely. I couldn't handle being around a kid like Manny, or Cam for that matter. I just couldn't. I'm fully expecting Lily to be 15 and goth by the end of the season. Phil and Jay are the glue. The character of Claire annoys me a lot, but Julie plays her well. And I can't help but love Sofia, she's ridiculous, but crazy like a fox. Mitch.. Eh.. I like when he's falling over trying to catch water bottles, running from birds, pointing guns at people, tripping over bushes, and nailing himself in playhouses.
  2. I hope Sarah's health is okay..
  3. Dude Ranch is my favorite. Claire's nickname being 'Bossy'.. Gloria shouting the whole time. Mitch and his wussiness. Dylan was hilarious. Neeeeigh!
  4. The Jacket, Empty Nest, Enrique Mas is a violin playing boxer. Boom boom! Kill Gonzalez! Mary Had a Little Lamb and Mr. Terrific are pretty much, universally the most hated episodes. I didn't care for Two Rode Together, when Dorothy takes Sophia to Disney World, I didn't like the side story with Rose and Blanche writing a children's book.. Just bored the hell out of me. Sophia scooting around the room stealing everything that wasn't bolted down, was funny though. I hated Miles, and his storyline was ridiculous, even for this show. Hate him more after Golden Palace.. Wasn't a fan of Sophia's fart jokes, and she had about 1 too many stories about beastiality. David deserved that slap in the face, Rose was prettier and Blanche. And cheesecake is gross.
  5. I have also never seen Portlandia. I have been a huge Sleater-Kinney (and their other bands) fan since the 90's. Was shocked to see Carrie becoming mainstream. No excuse for my actions.. Someone did show me the Aimee Mann skit though, which was funny. I will eventually come around to it I guess.
  6. I am enjoying the hell out of this series. Joan, even young, had one of the craziest faces I have ever seen. She will cut you.
  7. She'll just be a guest on Friday. There's no way she will be a regular. I would love it, because I like when The View gets bloody, but it won't happen.
  8. *sigh* The comments from that tweet are ridiculous. We are imploding.
  9. Tomi really showed who she was in an interview with Trevor Noah, it's easy to find. She is quite the hateful little idiot who just spews bullet points but can't back them up. Trevor showed great patience with her.
  10. They won't still be at Disney will they? I know they probably won't. But that would be interesting.
  11. Tomi is coming to The View?! Ohhh boy! Come on Joy! Be ready to smack her down. Whoopi and Sunny should do well with her. Tomi likes to bring up BLM quite often.
  12. I know, right? But, he did.. And he did very well.
  13. Neurosurgery savant. I will never understand why he chose to go the political route. It has ruined his public legacy. Though, his accomplishments in medicine should not be excluded. It's cringeworthy.
  14. Drug and alcohol abuse. May not have been on those things at the time of his death, but you will have lifetime effects from using that can kick your ass later on. Of course, those might not at all be the only reasons, but you can be sure they are a large contributing factor.
  15. Also the church full of complete strangers at Dorothy and Lucas' wedding. Except for Stan, finally giving her up. And giving her a ride to her wedding in style. Good God that hideous dress. I adored Stan in the last episode.
  16. It's odd. I have the DVD's though I hardly pull them out to watch them. Even though at least daily, I watch on Hallmark, TV Land, or LOGO.
  17. "In 1967, she founded the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater in New York, where she helped cultivate young Latino actors and writers and staged work that would later be read in Latino Studies classes across the Americas." She sounded like a cool lady. RIP http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/movies/2017/03/04/miriam-colon-latina-theater-actress-dies/98732650/
  18. And Dorothy's high school reunion being in Florida as well.
