I wouldn't trust anything Dinah or Zoe has to say. Plus, you know, these press releases are never 100% accurate.

I definitely like the idea of the design, but I wonder if it would look a bit better without the layers?

I enjoyed the first episode of Whiskey Cavalier. Like the cast. Good chemistry between the leads. Seems like a fun show. Hope that doesn't change.

My first thought was, "hey, they have enough bird emojis for every Canary in present time, but I doubt they have enough for the entire Canary Network." Then I realized the first and third ones are the same.

I’d say had her “killed,” but yeah. I didn’t pay much attention since Rene was onscreen but he seemed like the kind of guy William could take down ... as a teenager. But maybe he’ll surprise me and have some sort of fighting training.

Sara at the end of 718 to Dinah (giving her her and E1 Laurel’s blessing) and Laurel (solidifying her redemption): “There can be more than one Canary.” Dinah, at some point in the future: “You get to be a Canary! You get to be a Canary! You, too!”

Yep. And I could totally see Laurel returning to her evil ways (hence the Siren outfit) at the end of 717/beginning of 718, only for her to be declared totally redeemed, with Sara’s approval to keep living her dead sister’s life by the end of the episode. Mainly because they could write a redemption arc for Laurel that makes sense but they don’t seem to care to do so. Maybe Sara will even inspire Dinah to create the Canary Network in the future. Dinah may or may not give Sara any credit if that’s the case.

I can’t think of any other news Dinah could get.

715 sounds boring, going by that description. I’m not saying it will be. But nothing about that is making me all that eager to see it.

I can't help but picture them in a warehouse filled with Canaries making up the Canary Network in the future. I kinda hope 718 explains the Canary Network. Get all the Canary stuff taken care of in one episode.

Is that the Black Siren choker? I was honestly hoping that there would be an on-screen burning of that choker and the shoes. I'm assuming we'll see Laurel suited up as Black Siren again, maybe doing something evil, as part of the whole, "will she be good or evil?" thing. And whatever happens in 718 will answer that Q for good so we never have to see that quote in an interview again.

Yeah, I haven't seen anything from Laurel that suggests she wants to be Black Canary. So far, we've only seen her in the field when it's benefited her -- trying to catch Diaz, going after the man she thought was from E2. Considering the way they're writing her and her and Felicity's friendship, it's more likely that we'll see Laurel doing anything vigilante-related if Felicity needs help than out of any sudden desire to become Black Canary.

Part of me wonders if Sara's appearance could lead to an explanation for Connor being Diggle's "adopted" son who just so happens to look like a grown-up JJ in another timeline. But I know it won't. I'm sure there are people who are going to enjoy seeing all the Canaries together, if Sara does in fact appear. But I also think that it's a horrible idea to constantly remind viewers that there have been multiple Canaries (and to bring back the best one). It's why I can't believe they actually have a Canary Network in the future. There was no need to use that name. They could've just made them the resistance or something. That being said, I'm hoping we get at least one Sara/Felicity scene. I still wish S2 had actually taken time to show those two as friends. It annoys me that Arrow wants us to see Felicity/Sara, Felicity/Laurel, Felicity/Thea and Felicity/Dinah as friends without actually taking time to show any of it. That's actually one area I think the show is doing better in this season, with Felicity and Laurel actually spending time together, but it shouldn't have taken 7 seasons and a (former? depending on where her story goes) villain (whose past evil actions are sometimes just completely forgotten) for it to happen.

Maybe Diggle's old mentor knocks some sense into Diggle regarding ARGUS/the Ghost Initiative. Oh, who am I kidding? He's probably Dante. (Not entirely serious.) But maybe working for Dante?

I wish. Too bad the entire Canary Network can’t be evil. Regarding the 718 title ... if this is the BoP episode, I’m going to laugh if it turns out to be led by/focused on Dinah, not Laurel, after that TVLine headline baited fans into thinking it was all about Laurel. Just because of some fans’ reaction to the headline. I honestly don’t care one way or the other.
