    We stayed in PV (Old Town, not the area where this is filmed) in February a few years ago and didn't have AC and it was fine. I think it might get hot in the summer though. Ours was also (somewhat) open air.

    Yes, who on earth would say that? If there's mutual attraction, it's usually pretty obvious. Just fishing for compliments? She's so pretty one wonders why she should feel a need to.

    Since I'm new to this franchise can someone give me the readers digest version of the back story of Jared and Ashley? When were they together before, and what was the result?

    After Jared went off with Caila and Emily was so weepy-- Nick was being so kind and nice. I mean, she's known Jared for what, two days? If I were her I'd say "Hey Nick, let's go for a walk and splash in the water and have a fun day!"

    I actually thought Daniel was just playing with her head, as in, is this chick sort of dumb, or really dumb. My (very intelligent) DH does this kind of stuff all the time. I mean, any halfway intelligent person should be able to come up with a snappy response rather than just go blank.

    I think the "one twin stays the other one does too" was added exactly so that people would *talk about it* and argue about whether it's fair; both on the show and we the audience.

    Discussion of tools reminded me; at the very beginning of the episode it showed Nadiya (I think) "caressing" a bar of butter with a spatula. Anyone know what that was about?

    I forget who said it ("Amber?") about Chad - he disrespects those of us who are here with serious intent (paraphrase). Ha Ha Ha Ha. Yes everyone goes on reality TV to find their one true love while being filmed continuously and drinking copious alcohol.

    Any idea why they kept blurring out Lace's butt in the pool thing with Chad? At first I thought she'd actually shed her bikini, then put it back on when they rejoined the "audience" but they blurred it out again as she was walking away

    Why on earth did JoJo let Robbie go on and on and on and on in his proposal-foreplay while breaking down and almost in tears. This is ridiculous and cruel. Yes, the lead should do the proposing.

    Could anyone tell? It looked like that fancy boat that had Jordan and JoJo lounging at the front in had rows of "regular tourists" on benches in the back. No close shots but I'm pretty sure that's what I saw. How cheesy.

    Robbie and JoJo swimming in the deserted lagoon. "Whenever I'm with JoJo I feel like we're the only people on the planet." Well us and the underwater photographer and the beach photographer and the director and assistants on the beach....

    Finally gotten through the parent visits. It is so freakin obvious ("what if that was the life I was meant for?") that with Jordan it's all about the glamorous lifestyle she thinks he's going to have. "I was meant to be a celebrity!"

    I realized that I mostly like Ian because he's almost the spitting image of my college boyfriend, whom I was quite fond of :)

    Maybe I'm just too old, but I don't see the appeal of Kyle at ALL. He's just too boyish with zero sex appeal. He does not seem "hot". OTOH Jesse is very cute.
