I would find it helpful if they added a chyron on the flashbacks to show the timeline. It's hard for me to tell sometimes when it's present day or flashback. I guess it's intentional to create more mystery. I'd like the ongoing Montgomery case more if Victor Garber was in more than one episode.

In case this hasn't already been posted, the last few episodes of the Masterpiece Studio podcast have been about Grantchester. The most recent episode is an interview with James Norton and Robson Greene. It was recorded before season 3 was confirmed so there's some speculation about what might happen in season 3 but nothing that is based on filming.

According to the USA show page, the season 3 episodes do seem to have permanently moved to Sundays at 10pm Eastern.

My favorite is from the Vegas episode but not the one in the montage. It's at ~1:30 in this clip. It's like he is using his power for good.
