So I stopped the preview clip just in time to see a close up of the USA sailboat and a lady with long dark hair is on it with a guy. Is that Maggie? (at 12-13 second mark in clip above). No, it actually looks like Michonne and the guy Judith takes down later in the clip. ALso, Daryl is punching Dante. So the jig is up for him. I figured based on that clip where Rosita goes to Siddiq's and Dante is there and Siddiq turns while they are talking so she'll know he killed him. Later in clip, Dante is in the jail with Gabriel. Roh ruh, Dante, you done pissed off Gabe bringing out his dark sided Father Evil.

Meh, 4th jury member is pretty far. Technically 5th if she is the 2nd boot (though Dan supposedly doesn't get on jury).

So anyone else that is not watching Wednesday's episode, like me, don't forget to remove or cancel your DVR from recording. I think it's important for ratings to make a statement that this show should not play around with such topics like this. JMO.

So my feelings are...if Dan touches someone and gets booted then I can watch the show. But if he just gets belligerent at TC and quits/ejects then I still can't watch the show. I won't watch Wed. Think the ratings should make a clear statement to the show that they can't manipulate the audience like this, for ratings. But I will read here to see what happens and if he does something and gets the immediate boot...then I am back to watching. Anyone else who wants to make a clear statement to the show and not watch...don't forget to cancel any DVR recording of Wed episode as well.

Hmmm, so they may be divided into 2 teams and go to a TC each. And Dan is a boot from his team but is ejected not voted out?

Ahhhh, so I am guessing that they go to TC and bring it up again and Dan loses his shit and quits. Then Peachy tells him he is ejecting him completely from the game (off the jury) since he feels Dan will vote with hostilities and/or not be trusted at Ponderosa where the jury folks aren't able to be monitored as much as the folks still in the game. They could have a challenge where one F3 goes to island of the idols and wins the ability to remove a juror (where Rob and Sandra discuss with them). I hate that. I hated it with Kaoh Rong and would hate it now too (if I were watching the show anymore). Those jurors deserve to have a vote and input in the game. They have to stay away from family all that time so that they DO have that vote. Ugghhh. That will give them 9 jurors. I'd much rather they allow the F3 to play a challenge where winner goes to IoI and gets to eliminate on of the other 2 in the F3. ANd we have a F2. I have been wanting them to go back to a F2. Then the jury would be 10. They might have a tie, but doesn't Peachy just LOOOOOVVVVEEEEE a tie?

Would an ejected Dan go to Poderosa and be on jury? I will guess no. Seems strangely coincidental that they started jury with Jack, a pre merge boot. Seems like they knew they were going to eject Dan or maybe they knew they were going to go after him and highlight his touching and felt they should be prepared for him quitting. Very very interesting to have Jack on jury. I was already feeling played by the show and now I am feeling even more so. I won't be watching next week. Fuck 'em. Oh, and if he does get to go to Ponderosa/jury, that will utterly suck for Kellee.

I don't recall reading ANYONE say that KELLEE's body language seemed to say she LIKED it. I recall someone said that maybe on of those other 2 girls liked Dan's touchiness....not sure if they said Missy with the toe touching or Elizabeth with the sleeping with his arm on her hip (I want to say they said Elizabeth and she did say in her THs that she didn't feel bothered by Dan's touching). I said that Kellee, at the merge feast, didn't pull away or smack his hand when Dan tucked her hair behind her ear. She seemed interested in what he was saying (I am sure all of them wanted to touch base with their old tribemates and I assume Kellee wanted to see where Dan's thoughts were). Never did I say she enjoyed his touching. SHe clearly did not. Missy was also clear that she did not. Janet and Elizabeth were clear that they didn't see any ill intent with Dan's touching. Jeez some of you guys are so black and white about this and there IS a gray area, you know. As I mentioned before, I go to Disney a lot and there are certain other cultures that are more touchy and have less concept of personal space than us Americans. I get leaned on and my butt gets brushed. And, shoot, sometimes (due to 100 degree FL heat) those folks don't smell all that great. That is an insult to my senses. But I realize they aren't meaning any harm. The harm with Dan is that he was ASKED, by Kellee, to stop touching and he didn't. So, yes, that is icky. But to call him a predator.....and call him out in TC for all the world to see. That's no small thing. If he was really being a predator then the show should have BOOTED him (they are there taping every second, they'd know). But they didn't boot him. The whole puzzle is not fitting together and I blame the show the most. I feel kind of played by the show. And they did it for ratings. Gross. ANd I say all this as a victim of child molestation. So I get predatory behavior. My experience was that it was done in stealth and I was told not to tell anyone. It wasn't done on camera in broad daylight with a dozen other people standing there. And I'd say being taken into a dark basement to play 'ride the horsey' at age 4 by a 16 year old neighbor boy....that is most def predatory perverted sex abuse and all the other descriptivas we seem to toss around so easily, so lightly, for such things as touching hair or toes. It's not so black and white. We don't want any unwanted touching but, yes, some things ARE worse than others. I won't say anymore on this because it is so upsetting. I am so disappointed in the show. Don't think I can watch. I really hope they, the show, were not exploiting such a topic for ratings but I am kind of getting that feeling.

All depends on who's at Ponderosa. Which we likely will get Janet next so it will still be great! For a bit. Until Dan, Elizabeth, Missy or Aaron shows up.

Agreed except I don't think he's a predator. My opinion. But the 1st time she said not to touch should have been the ONLY and he should stop.

Not the pushing hair out of face scene at the merge feast. She didn't smack hand or pull away at all. The hair beach scene was likely after her chat with Missy and she was on alert...and trying to make it clear NOT to touch her. But she didn't seem too bothered at the merge feast as I think she was more interested in talking game with him again. He was way wrong to keep touching. Way! But I don't think it was pervy, just too touchy feely type of guy and was using that to show gain their confidences. JMO anyway. Geesh, if every touch or bump is pervy then the 2-4 times a year I'm at Disney and in line with many various cultures that have no concept of personal space I am being molested.

This is the issue. She told him not to and he still did. However, her body language did not show that she was uncomfortable. She didn't smack his hand or pull away. I think she wanted to talk game with him. But if his actions were some sort of come ons that she didn't want, she would have pulled away. I would think. I say that knowing that's what I'd do...even in a game for big $$$. I really don't think he is coming on. I think he is trying to gain them on his side. I recall a BB recently where a guy was trying to use his flirtiness to gain girls' trust and confidences so he could use it for game....can't remember who. And Peachy's FAVE, Parvati, used her flirty feminine wiles to gain the fellas confidences. Nobody cried fowl there. I could be wrong...the guy could be a total perv and was just trying to cop'a feel every chance he could (we all know those types). But we can't KNOW for sure either way. Yet the show kinda leads us to think he was a perv the way Peachy went at him. But the show didn't boot him...I am just perplexed.

*wanted to quote my post above where I wondered if the Dan touching Kellee's hair scene was from after merge or from early in game but I quoted wrong post Rewatching and he did keep touching. Not good. Kellee was legit feeling uncomfortable and he ignored her wishes for space. But the other gals clearly weren't bothered. Elizabeth even said something like 'the original Vokai are not the biggest fan of Dan and so if I can play up that card in whatever way possible, I'll do it'. So that implied the new Vokai (or the new Dan tribe after the mix up) were fans of Dan. Kellee wasn't even going to, necessarily, use her discomfort to vote out Dan. She was led to that conclusion by the Elizabeth and Missy. So I am mad at: the show, Dan and the folks that used that situation to help out their game. Still #JanetFTW. If not her then, begrudgingly, Noura or Karishma. Ugghhh, that it's down to that. But I won't be watching. Not giving that show ratings from me. I will just read here.

I think Janet, in so many words, was saying that Dan was 'that way' (meaning feely) and that it didn't bother her and she didn't take it as inappropriate but she 'believed' the other gals did take it that way. She was validating their feelings. But she didn't feel the same. So...if you watch the Ponderosas from Kellee and Jamal it is pretty interesting and has me side eyeing this whole thing. Kellee says to Jack that 'Dan flipped sides'. So was SHE bringing up her feelings on feely Dan to Missy in hopes to sway a vote for him? Since that side had the numbers and she would have been, rightly so, worried they'd vote her. And did Missy and Elizabeth play that up so as to keep Kellee in the dark that they were voting her (which worked as Kellee didn't even play an idol)? Like they were like 'OMG, I know the dude makes us uncomfortable too so we'll all vote him out'. The scene with Dan and Kellee on the beach and him touching her hair...I have to go back a rewatch because that looked like from way back (from the time she confronted Dan about the touching early on). Was the show making that look like it was a new touching- like Dan ignored Kellee's wishes to stop? I hope not. I have to go back and rewatch the early epi and last night's epi. If Dan kept touching and ignored the gals when they asked him to stop then the show should have IMMEDIATELY booted him....right then and there. But they didn't. They can't be that shitty, can they (the show)? And, also, Kellee said to Jamal and Jack at Ponderosa that she initially wanted to vote out Dean but then had that expiring idol and devised that plan. They told her it blew up their games (all 3 of them). And she did it just to make a big cool move. Not because she wanted to keep, and work with, Dean over Jack. Like, wow!

I find it very very interesting that Kellee says to Jack, upon arrival to Ponderosa, that "Dan flipped". So did Dan flip sides and that made her target him....she knew the numbers was with the other side so she thought she could exploit Dan's touchy feels to put a target on him? And Elizabeth and Missy were agreeing with her (to her face) just to get her comfortable in thinking they were voting Dan and not her (which worked, by the way). The clip with Dan touching Kellee's hair on the beach...I have to go re-watch because I am thinking that was from a while back (from the time she did confront Dan about the touching). If so, the show was being disingenuous and misleading. For it's own ratings (to make good TV). EDIT TO ADD: on rewatch it was definitely after the merge that Dan was trying to put his hands in her hair. AND she also wasn't really in on voting out Dan until it was presented to her by Elizabeth. And then, later, Jamal. So Kellee was genuine in her discomfort. SHow should have booted Dan right then! Also, when Jamal came to Ponderosa they all discussed how Kellee blew up all their games (Jack's, Jamal's and her own). I'd say she also blew up Janet's game as she will be the next out. And also Dan's as he won't go far (no way can HE win now). And also, now, Elizabeth and Missy's as they do not have a good look right now at all. And she blew up the show, since I now cannot watch this disgusting crap (many other fans might not be able to either). I mean if Dan is this predator then the show should have booted him....if he's not then the show just ruined him...plus all the fans seem to HATE all the players now, except Janet and Janet will likely be voted out next...soooo, Kellee was kind of the atomic bomb of Survivor...IMO. And all for Dean, who she initially wanted to vote out (but she wanted the big cool move of using her idol in a big cool way). I am left scratching my head.

Dan looks the worse of them all. His life is pretty ruined. ANd the show didn't need to hear both sides as they have cameras filming every second so they SEE it all. So why they didn't just boot him and be done. They didn't for the RATINGS! Only. And that is disgusting.

Then the show should have booted him...way long time ago!
