Yeah, I think the whole thing was a setup between Darcey, Florian, Shanti, and Stacey. They wanted their spin-off and needed drama. As for the upcoming scene of Stacey crying, I don't know. Could be fake, could be that she's crying over something unrelated, or could be that Florian DID cheat on her. Whatever's going on, though, it didn't happen in the way that it's being presented.

I learned a long time ago not to get into a breastfeeding conversation online. I wound up taking on 100+ people who ripped me a new asshole for saying that I thought that it was weird to breastfeed once kids are toddlers. There's a huge community of people who truly believe that children shouldn't stop until they're ready, and if that's at 7 years old then so be it. It's not a winnable argument. People are too passionate about it and for every point you make there's a counterpoint backed up with studies and data.

Agree. Where Keith and his Philosophy 101 shit and word salad speeches he's almost laughably bad. Nancy feels way more insidious in a lot of ways. It was Nancy and her skill/interest in NLP that got Keith started down the road to the other crap he did. I know the state probably needed her to convict him, but in many ways I see her as just as culpable. Maybe not where DOS was concerned but she did her own fair share of illegal stuff. It sucks that she won't get into that much trouble.

Did you come into this knowing a lot about it? Because that's my issue. I've been obsessed with this since 2017 and if there's a podcast, expose, YouTube video, book, or article about it then I've listened/watched/read it. I think it might be a better viewing experience if you weren't constantly thinking about the things they're leaving out.

Are people not believing Angela's story about the abscess because it's Angela or because they don't think the "no air" thing is fake? My husband's in the same boat right now. He also has an abscess and has to wear a mask to protect it from the air. Even a little bit is really painful. The abcess has basically created a huge crater and the root is exposed. It's awful. He's on antibiotics because it wasn't safe to remove the tooth last week, but he has to wear the mask until his oral surgery this week. Angela may very well be lying about hers, but keeping it covered is a real thing, especially if you have to wait on surgery.

He was doing that until fairly recently. Most of this was made up for TV, which is why I think he looked at Libby and said, "Hey , now, you're saying things that aren't true." I think he mostly plays along but occasionally gets irritated when it crossed a line.

The ironic thing is that outside of Angela NONE of these people have "regular" 9-5 jobs. The only one who comes close is Aseulu (and not the yogurt thing). The rest of them all live off of whatever their hustle is through the show. And that's fine. I don't have a normal job either but I still earn money and pay my bills. But the ones acting like it's a disgrace that a few of them don't work out of the home can take a seat. At least Andrei DID have a job outside of Chuck. Can Libby say that?

I'm sick of listening to Family Libby fight. If I wanted to sit around and listen to people carry on about how awful the foreign spouse is then I'd go to England and visit my in-laws.
