huh? what happened? I feel like I'm so behind

ugh guys - I'm feeling super stressed. Things aren't going so well at work and I'm constantly being berated for small things that honestly don't matter! It's what happens when you work for someone who thinks they know everything and are always right; when you do something differently that is not how she would do it, she gets mad and berates. As a grown person, I've never felt so chastised and treated as if I were a child. In many ways, I dread interacting with her because I just don't know what more negative things can come out of her mouth

I'm so curious about this too! I love the TC footage but am also so curious about the girls (not in a creepy way). It's just interesting to see how they move down there, figure out job situation and living situation, and then what happens should they get cut? It's also interesting to see how they support themselves because no joke, when I was in college, I was either working to pay tuition or studying. I can't imagine being a pro dancer as well. Would love the "insider" look to things!

Didn't she get cut from a "lesser, less known / less competitive" group though? I put it in quotes to semi-refer to how K+J always talk about how DCC is the end all be all of standards. What are her chances of making DCC if she got cut from whatever team she was on?

Well girls ...lately I've been enjoying some creative imagination "run away" scenarios. You guys ever in a stressful, anxiety inducing rut and just dream of another life in another place? I've been so curious what it would be like to pick up my life and go live somewhere ... and of course Texas comes to mind! Granted I'm fascinated by it because of DCC and I think an out-of-shape, pudgy middle-aged woman's experience will be vastly different from that of a DCC but still! I am very curious about life in Texas and am wondering if I should seriously consider a move there in the future (despite having no friends or family there)

Yeah ... chica has no competition! All the dance instructors seem to love her and she's a great performer and seems all about the team. Since she's getting paid I don't think she's nice to do it ... I think she's smart as heck. I'm sure girls pay lots for that extra edge!

Thanks! I couldn't remember who she was either. I don't think there will be as much talk of nepotism since I'm not sure how many people (other than us) know she's her daughter ... and I can't imagine it playing such a part of the storyline / filming. They may do a background blip / interview with her on it (it's been my dream since I was a girl because my mom was ... etc etc). I do think she would have to fall or show up completely out of shape / ill-prepared to not make it though - by default she has an insiders advantage just because Shelly knows how the system works. Either way, best of luck to her! Is she going to university in TX now? I thought she left for school?

Is Courtney (the girl that Kelli said she wishes would try out again) planning on trying out? @ShellyB is it common for K+J to reach out or to call out someone that they would like to see back at auditions or wish they had let on team?

I think she's definitely less composed and has less of a wall up then Ashley Paige. Ashley Paige is so "together" that it seems rehearsed and not true reflection of personality

Happy for her! She really is a gorgeous non-traditional beautiful girl and such an amazing dancer and performer. Her facial expressions are what sets her apart from other technical dancers (like Melissa). Wonder if her bf will go with her or if he's already there. What a move! Back to college!

it's very stressful (and real life adulthood doesn't get easier lol). They look at the entire package and if they don't accept him ... well, my guess is those schools weren't good enough for him!

I almost felt like (in the last episode), it was a farewells to Barba, especially with the long scene of him walking into the courtroom and the look goodbye. It was like when the cute cop (what's his name ... Amanda's partner) left the show. The show has become "TOO" Benson-orientated if that makes sense ...

Victoria has always been meh in my book ... not a fan of the look or the dancing. But did we ever figure out who the little powerhouse in blue top / black bottom is? She's awesome!!!

This reminds me of when Sam and Kelli were all tweeting about the acceptances to the Ivys and how she was definitely going there ... and next thing you know, it's crickets on Yale / Harvard / Princeton and all rah rah Texas State (or wherever she is). Rolling eyes ... not sure why they were so presumptuous about it ... not everyone cares if your mom is DCC and on TV. Lame

Jenna looks great ... not a big fan of Maddies (dance wise) ... Caila did melt into the background (surprisingly) - outfit also doesn't help with her figure. I don't think she's coming back :(

Thanks for the update! I was worried about her sudden disappearance and her deleting her account. Random but definitely "other talk" ... did you guys see the video of the poor doctor being beaten up and dragged off plan by United? I'm sorry but authorities and people in power take it way too far!! I was sickened by the video and will NEVER fly United again. Sadly I do not think they will suffer any long term damage from this "PR blip"
