Anybody want to offer odds on the chance of Chloe encountering a cougar?

One thing I didn't understand - the Chief's wife is part of the GR, but none of her immediate family disappeared. After all, her husband's the chief of police and their son and daughter are obviously alive. SO why was she so affected that she abandonned her family? I assume the show did it as a "shock," after leading people (like me) to think she disappeared, but I feel manipulated and confused.

Geez, what a mess. I don't mean to offend anyone who liked this, but it was truly awful. That's the last time I watch this in real time. If the writers have really given up, thenI suggest that they just devote the rest of the season to fan service - lots of scenes of various hookup combinations would be way more interesting than pretty much anything tonight.

I don't mean to come off as petty or unappreciative, but I really don't think military personel should wear their uniforms while playing game shows, unless it is relevant (like when all the contestants do on Wheel of Fortune when they have military themes). I realize that game performance is not dependent on audience participation, but I do think it enhances a contestant's "likeability" (probably not the right word), and I wonder if it gives them a slight edge. I'm not saying there is anything improper going on, of course.

No offense, Tigershark (I really thought you were very impressive), but the fact that not one person got the FJ was appaliing to me. I realize its easy to shout out answers in my living room, but I thought that was such a gimme.

That was so painful - so many TS that I can't even remember. I did think that the FJ was hard (perhaps to make up for the Statue of Liberty!), my guess was the first driver's license.

Many of those questions - especially FJ - were so ridiculously easy. Added to the fact that the winner (can't remember her name, sorry) just isn't especially likable to me, although I don't know what it is about her that I don't like. I guess I was spoiled by how pleasant Julia was.
