Wondering this myself. I think he sent her money but then he bought it himself. I don't know how his card could get declined and he didn't know immediately. He had some sort of confirmation code or ticket number so... why would they take the money later? Unless he went through some shady site I've never heard of. There are sites that will let you buy a plane ticket on credit. It's confusing and I probably shouldn't spend so much time trying to figure out a fake storyline.

Poor Amber. Why did they ever put her on this show? Did she get new gray hairs? I bet she never asks Matt about this and says yes on decision day.

Beth and Jamie are a really unattractive couple. Like... they started at a 3 but the fighting and ugliness of their toxic relationship took them to a -10. I cringe when I see them kiss.

She stopped the car on the way to the engagement point. She had a freakout moment and said to stop the car. She got out and was walking. She slipped on an invisible banana peel and fell and scraped her elbow. Then she just sat there like a sad sack for a long time. I guess they closed the roads because no cars drove by and stared at her just sitting in the middle of the road. The producer with the blurred out face looked cuter than Jed.

I think Peter will be the Bachelor. He got more of the Bachelor edit. But Tyler is so popular, he has to do something. Something more than "dating" Hannah. I would forgive Jed for having a past. But his past was being a fuckboy douchebag and he didn't get much better after he got home. Hannah might not be a prize, but she made the right move. She was too young for this show. She needs to just live her life and fuck more hot dudes.

So she accepts two proposals or... what? Polyamory has never been done before on the Bachelorette.

Maybe the parents can sniff out that this show is part of Jed's "platform". Meh. They deserve each other. If we don't get a FRC this week, I'll be satisfied if we see when Hannah slips on her butt again.

Rue's mom needs to get it together. I feel like she hasn't put a ton of effort into Rue since the rehab. How does she get away with living in her room for a week? Sometimes it's hard to tell reality from fantasy in this show. I guess that's the point.

Okay, this is driving me nuts. Next time MAFS films in a chocolate city and casts dark skinned couples, they need to hire someone who does the lighting on Insecure. I'm sick of Deonna and Greg looking like an oil slick in their talking heads. It's not fair to them uggggggggggggh! I'm surprised Deonna is a former freak. I was definitely thinking she was a born-again virgin who didn't talk about it all the time.

Why do the producers keep allowing Luke to come back? I was kinda with Luke... if he was having a conversation about shared values. It was a conversation they should have already had. But then it went off the rails.

I'm disappointed that this show is starting to bore me. I don't know, maybe because it's an hour and we lose half the couples every week? Or maybe because they're all boring. Like it should be more interesting but it's not.

Why was the background music for the last scene so loud? I couldn't hear what McKay said. I'm getting old.

All of the couples seem to have good chemistry at the start. No one is immediately turned off or running for the hills. I'm not sure if Keith's mom had a mother's intuition about the white or not. Iris insisted on pure white so obviously she wanted someone to notice. Definitely could have been producer driven though. While it's not the best, I think Keith's mom had good intention, not gossip. She and her son are obviously close and she knows him. It made Keith slow his roll down immediately so there was no pressure on the wedding night. Iris looked really comfortable climbing into bed with him. I was surprised. So maybe he was giving off the vibe that he truly didn't expect anything. But from the season previews there seems to be a lot of upcoming drama. I'm excited about that. I feel like these super religious black couples they put together crash and burn so quickly.

This episode was really weird and I didn't like it.

Interesting theory. I'll believe it. He's so emotional over her but on the other hand, he seems like he's just an emotional guy in general. I'm really interested in knowing what everyone's deal is. The guy from Tunisia... what's going on there? And yes, she looked much different in their vacation pics. What happened? Corey's girl gets the best of both worlds. She gets to live like a queen in her own country. I can see why she would choose Ecuador over backwoods Mormon country or wherever Corey's fam lives. Pole... lost cause. South African couple... she's clueless. But I do like her makeup. Sadly she's bringing a kid along which makes me uncomfortable. I feel a little bit for Nicole because her stepdad is really annoying. Not that she doesn't deserve it, but he should take a backseat. He's said all he can say and her parents aren't doing much, so he can't really compete. Save that energy, sir. I'm real interested in the South Korea couple. They are dragging this out! I wanna get to the living in foreign countries part already!

Hannah. Run don't walk... from Luke. And the way she's so easily suckered in. She literally had googly heart eyes looking at him as he declared his "love". And then from then on, she was smitten. Is she seriously that stupid? Seems like she is.
