I totally agree with you the checklist started with gambling then alcohol. Remember when he said he wanted another one glass of their honeymoon welcome drink. Did you see the look in her eyes? Another red flag.. I think the weed issue was probably the last straw. She definitely was not ready.

So I am baffled by something Derek's friend said during Unfiltered and also the rumor. So he asked for her permission to smoke, she agreed and then complained or maybe bailed because of it. Why didn't she say no when he asked for her permission? Did she just set him up to fail? I just wonder.

Let's hope I am wrong because I definitely saw it in the preview before the episode aired.

I heard correctly.. it's for the next episode. She was doing like a drinking game with him. I think she thought he was an alcoholic. Remember she had a DUI in 2012/2013... it definitely makes sense.

Don't get me started about Heather/Ashley. She is looking for a way out. Asking leading questions about bad habits.. only expressing herself to the talking head and not to him. Shelving everything like she is Miss Perfect...

Even though Derek is the one with the bad habit, I kind of feel sorry for him. I think he really wanted the marriage. He has posted the most wedding picture on SM. Heather has not posted 1 picture with him. Even Princess Davina was not that bad. I don't blame him for accepting flattering comments from ladies. Based on the comment below, I also wonder if she has moved on since their wedding was end of April Or maybe they are still together (Ms Dreamy)

When does one cross the anger issue threshold? Is one not allowed to show anger at all? I ve always wondered when the threshold is crossed. Since she wasn't feeling him. I wonder if this was her get out of jail card. I really want to know if she communicated the issue or just walked out without giving him the opportunity to fix it.

I agree with you. From my impression of the couple, I also think they want to do the show. Don't care where and how they were recruited as long as they give it their all.

You definitely should try to watch Unfiltered (ignore Jaime). From the first episode, I could guess from Derek's friend that Derek and Heather didn't make it. You can edit out tone. NEVER

I agree with you. They showed on Tuesdsy that Nick and Sonia were not that into each other but acording to the friends & family on Unfiltered, they looked in love. Editing can really mess with our minds. BTW regardless of Derek's alleged bad habit, I think he is a good guy. He just defended Heather on instagram when someone was being disrespectful. I hope they ended up being friends but I don't think Heather would be open to that.
