Rene being there to intervene with Susan actually makes me believe that they are moving him into Thea's orbit. I actually do think she'll also be present in that storyline (thought they left her out of the synopsis for reasons unknown). And having Rene taking part in this brings them in closer contact, maybe even making them allies against Susan. Which I'm very meh about, but I think it's the likely outcome.

Has The Odd Couple with Perry been cancelled? And while Cobie Smulders may not be on TV, she's part of the Marvel universe, which seems like a fairly big deal.

Chyler Leigh can sing. I wouldn't point it out if Kara was the only Supergirl character in this, but she's not.

Even if he's not, I welcome him being more present, because that means the police, which is supposedly overrun with corruption, is present as well. Because dealing with that issue has been super lame so far this season. Step one: form a corruption fighting unit. Step two: Prometheus executes one unit member. Step three: Put Malone on the unit off screen. Step four: ..... Crickets.

These are both terrific suggestions. The Human Target is already here for the first and as for the second, well, I wouldn't mind a Pepper Potts in Iron Man 3 scenario.

I just caught up with The Darkest Hour and wow. These last few chapters are intense. I honestly can't remeber the last time I felt the show was this high octane.

Who knows what their filming schedule was. Would Lance have come to his daughter's wedding in his uniform? There was no in-story emergency from which he might have had to rush over. I just thought his scene at the precinct was filmed near this, so he decided to stop by still in costume.

It looks like the loft is really getting a work out this year. Apparently, there's an upcoming fight in 416 taking place there. It's getting to be worse than Laurel's apartment in this regard.

I never want to draw any parallels between Oliver and Felicity, and S1 Oliver and Laurel.

ckksac posted Chapter 20 of The Darkest Hour. It made me realize that i still haven't read 19, because I first need to re-read or at least skim chapter 18, since I forgot how that unfolded.

It's funny. I find SA's work out videos the most boring thing ever, yet I really appreciate it when people gif them. Also, Rick Gonzales seems to be working out 24/7. I've seen his photos in the gym with SA, EK and Josh Segarra in as many days.

It's actually sad how happy it makes me to know that they'll have at least three scenes together - this, BS's attack in the lair, and that stunt in the field. I mean, they can turn out to be completely meaningless, but at this point, I'm happy.

I wanted to take up that suggestion, because at least it doesn't make me mad. But in that case, what about, ya know, Spartan? And this isn't directed at you, but at the people who cut this.
