I wish they had put both as "correct" i.e. The picture was of the Hulk, contestant said Bruce Banner, put Bruce Banner/Hulk under the photo as the answer, so those of us who don't know both names can see if we were right. For example, the Jeremy Renner character is Hawkeye (I think). Wouldn't have a guess on real name (which is what the contestant said), but with real name/superhero name under the picture, I would know if I was right on Hawkeye.

Week 32: 1/5 0* Overall: 68/160 11*. In honor of my 1 correct (Vonnegut) I will bring Wheaties (Breakfast of Champions)

The one with Authors should be ashamed of herself! Not knowing the author of Walden or Moby Dick! In fact, there were quite a number of ones she should have known!

The 49-year-old was the Mom of Eight.

I did! Who did RJ blackmail to make it as far as he did?! He was a terrible baker and did not deserve to be in the finals. And if I hear him say "fell in love with Japan from my time there" again, I'll scream! He was (a) only there 2 years and (b) his Air Force base is barely on the main island (450 miles from Tokyo & 700 from Kyoto), on the northern tip---my brother-in-law was at that base for 7 years and I think he got to Tokyo once during that time).

I believe it is 4 hours if it is a roadblock, 24 hours for a detour (only know that from post-race interview with the "Poker Girls" many years ago (they kept switching back and forth between both halves of the detour and couldn't do either)).

Week 31: 1/5 (just V&A) 0* (silly me, I thought it was called "The Hollywood Walk of Fame" because it was in Hollywood, not on Hollywood). Overall: 67/155 11*

Nina needn't have bothered to show up for this episode---I think she said maybe 3 words and was absent from most of the action.

I call "Foul" on the "Puppets" category (despite getting most of them). A lot of those weren't puppets! Big Bird is certainly not a puppet (is Barney the Dinosaur a puppet? Of course not)! I also don't think of ventriloquist dummies as puppets either.

Week 28: 4/5 1* Overall: 64/170 11* I shall bring Beef Wellington, in honor of my 1 miss this week.

Fraternal Order of {blank deer}---elk was the first one that came to mind for me. Moose when elk was incorrect. I didn't even notice a sign, but I thought "what would have a maximum capacity?" and figured "restaurant/bar". Cheers was my first thought. Alice is a good answer.

Week 27: 5/5 (first of the season!). Overall: 60/135 10*

Actually, I think it was a taser from the security guard. At the beginning, the guard was pulling out something, which is why she shot him. He dropped it and she said "I thought he had a gun", so I assume it was actually a taser.

Maybe because the victim was found in front of a church, so possible hate crime?

Started well on Monday (asterisk to boot), but skunked the rest of the week. Week 25: 1/5 1* Overall: 55/125 10*

I said Garek even though I knew it wasn't him (too sinister a smile), so next I said "the evil Cardassian", because his name just wouldn't come to me in time.

And why are the FBI agents letting him?!

Last year, as I remember, Amy did not qualify for the Masters tournament, but she was a "producer's pick" which is why she was there. I expect her to be a "producer's pick" again.

I think the minimum was ... brace yourself ... 50! The idea that "seniors don't have the quick reflexes for the buzzer that the younger folk do", so they had a special tournament. Wikipedia lists the "Kids Tournament", but not the "Seniors Tournament"--maybe it only aired once or twice.
