Mothers have done that for years. They stay awake, and sometimes go to work that way.

I think there is more to the child endangerment story than we know. As you have all mentioned, it happens a lot that a child escapes from an adult, but there is no citation issued. There was in this case. The only time I know of a citation being issued was the mom was pulled over for drunk driving with her 3 year old in the back seat. She was hauled off to jail and the child was taken to Child Services. I dont really feel bad for Jana. She doesnt have much else to do all day, she should have stayed awake. But, I really do wish it was Michelle...
