The only thing left is death apparently. Help is available.

To be fair, take out Venus & Liz, and Q still loses.
-
Felt like that gets forgotten since Kayla got kicked out by Cassidy, but that felt more like, "Only one can win," and not a surprising betrayal.
-
That "angry" reaction wasn't directed at you. It's just that I could write a nightmare Survivor outcome with the end being Maryanne losing to Hantz...and that would be something I'd be okay seeing before a Q victory
-
In goat, more of the one Lantern7 described, and less of the greatest of all time. I can't feel sorry for him either. Plus, Q is content with his outcome. We are not seeing Kellie 2.0 here if he's done. Though he sorta already did that and much more a couple weeks ago!
-
You know, I sorta wished The Apprentice would've still been in production. She would have been kicked out as a member of the winning team!
-
Whatever that screaming that occurs on this episode should be the title
-
I still can't believe Liz thinks she's the GOAT So close to...this season being over!
-
Can't wait for that outburst. Laughter is a key to forever life!

How does New York blow that? And I shouldn't have to ask that question but prior to Game 5, the series has played out in a way that wasn't something I'd bet big on

Season 8 was rather outstanding. Definitely remember the heat with that season. That being said, in terms of hating a past participant, I don't think there's any version of the history of the planet where I'd rank Rob & Amber first place over Spilo or Hantz. But we all have our favorites and our villains. No big deal. For a second, I thought the headline was something I read a couple days ago, but I think I have clarity. Not just 2021 to present players, with would've been a big mistake. There's no reason to do Winners at War 2 here. A lot of better non-winners than winners. Glad Jeff cleared up that concern. I was a little concerned that he'd have made the same mistake Bertram made about a decade ago at this time

It's pretty interesting that the FOX NFL Studio team has remained unchanged for over a decade and and half, and within that timeframe, the CBS NFL Studio team has shaken up its cast 3 times. It's also rather vexatious that Phil Simms is done after a great quarter century plus as a face/voice on the network while Tony Romo is still there

I meant to write the following a week ago, possibly before Game 3 & probably after it. I didn't do so after Game 4 even though the series outcome was what I thought. Whether LeBron plays with his son or goes elsewhere should be known by this time next year. He's not going to retire, but unless failing is the side, he might as well retire. That's if he returns to LA for a 7th season. There is absolutely nothing to prove or do for the Lakers anymore, at this point. You gave Buss & company another title. James is not passing Kareem, Magic, Shaq, Kobe, etc in terms of greatest for that franchise. If LBJ stays in LA & they win 4 titles that may be debatable. 2 in as many year or 2 in three years isn't passing anyone either. Herd said that a move to GS would be ideal. Plus, if you added someone like PG and/or Young, that might help conquer Denver. IDK. The champs aren't the only threat in the West. Minnesota and even OKC are rising. Still a lineup for the 4 time champions would be decent. IMO, the fact that they're playing together this summer might motivate them to continue to play together in 2024-2025. However, while I don't have a say, I don't want to see LeBron James as a Laker anymore. Especially when you have options. Say what you will in terms of what LBJ wanted; TPTB there didn't do a great job adding the right stuff to the organization BTW, I've opted out of blaming the league and/or the refs for outcomes of the games. The reason why is due to the fact that if there was a mistake made, an unnecessary decision, or no action that warrants one, they are not the only people that errored. The players & coaches got a lot more wrong throughout the game, both the winners & losers. Not something that gets mentioned with the sports world

Despite my "joke" of Denver humiliating L.A. being more important than repeating (losing to Boston would not go well for the Lakers), y'all are right. Still a little premature to crown both conference favorites. I still expect them both to win at the end of the day, but as mentioned, Minnesota is going to give Denver some problems. Not sure about OKC since they don't match up well. If Denver does survive, that helps Boston since the latter would be well-rested and Denver not so much. Except assuming Boston will be well-rested is not automatic either. As mentioned, they might not even win their conference. I still think they will, but the notion from someone that it's a lock that they'd run through the East isn't a safe bet. Should Boston beat Denver, it'll be due to the better team winning, I believe. OTOH, the opposite outcome probably is a slightly better bet. Finally, if anyone other than Denver wins the West, it's either Boston's title to lose or it's a very good NBA Finals (especially if New York gets there. Not sure about Indiana). Finally, there's no good reason, or great reason for Ham to still be in his position. If he makes it to May, that might be a miracle

Just as long as he doesn't turn the ball over doing the same thing in Boston before Tatum hits a series winning shot at the buzzer
-
Here's the thing: It would be insulting to comment on the Lakers hitting the golf course. It shouldn't be, but it might be embarrassing if LA got a head start toward "THE MATCH" before the following... Jokic, Murray emulate the past, overcome an 8-shot deficit at the 18th to topple James, Davis on TNT
-
Plus, Portis got kicked out. For me, the eventual outcome of the series shouldn't be a shocker
-
Hopefully they will not do that against Boston, or they will be in trouble. That should be a series, but if they end up being lazy, the Celtics really only need to win one out West. More important, hopefully they will not do that against OKC. In more important, I pretty much mean a team you might want to respect before another team
-
I'm not happy either. Though it's mainly due to the fact that this could have (and TBH, should have) been a series. No excuse for Game 2. Of course you'll get your ultra Lakers fans saying that LA could've swept them if things or two fell their way. While nothing changes in terms of Denver actually succeeding, this should have been a decent, back & forth series unlike last year. It is amazing though how LA led in every game. Usually when you can't ever beat someone, it's over by halftime down 30

I'm sorry to be a glorified ass; I hate to say it. But NFL fans would boo and/or laugh if a special, nice human being whose request of a KC and/or New England casket (or just the teams flag over it) was being laid to rest. NFL Fans = Less Classy X More Pathetic.

I hate to sound like a legitimate villain, but I think it's best that the Lakers produce self motivation in advance for their next game. So if they win Game 4, they'd be playing for yet another meaningless banner that states, "We Found A Way To Beat Denver One Damn Time". That is harsh, but they already earned a meaningless banner earlier last autumn. So while winning Game 4 and nothing else isn't the top goal, that would be their ceiling. OR? They still lose as is the tradition, but they cover whatever the total is since Denver will be favored, and then they can say at least they covered against the champs. That's their story. AD''s career dies by the end of the decade, Ham gets fired, maybe they get Young from the East, and James bolts since there is nothing he can to to top the past legends of the Lakers, period.

I guess Arthur actually can create money & cash out of nowhere! I agree that the pick made no sense, but I also had to laugh. With the laughter helped by the fine folks from Social Media

I'm trying to find the comp toward tonight's first overall selection. I'll do my best. Caleb was selected Number One. Roses are red, violets are blue, most grapes are purple, the sky is blue, the grass is green, corn is yellow, oranges are orange, coal is black, snow is white, my hair is gray, Christmas is December 25, Valentines Day is February 14, if Super Bowl 61 is delayed, St Patty's Day is March 17, Halloween is October 31st, July 4th is easy, Memorial Day is the last Monday in May, Labor Day is the first Monday in September, Turkey Day isn't always the last Thursday in November, but it is always a day everyone outside of Dallas can root against one team, and cookies are...just that damn good!

Well, the Draft is in less than an hour. Ditto for the schedule release I think. After adding 336 Hours to present time. USC Heisman winner Caleb Williams is expected to be selected before anybody else. After that, it's not super-certain, including the QB spot. However, several people, including Lance Zierlein and Peter Schrager are tabbing the other Heisman winner over these past two years (LSU Jayden Daniels) to go to Washington as the second person (and second QB) selected. Should the possibility of Chicago actually turning into a 2024 Super Bowl contender play out, just a reminder that they had the rights for what would've been Carolina's pick if no move was made in the past. Chicago wasn't great in 2023, but they were much better than Carolina, who they beat. Not that I'm calling JJ from Michigan a bust, but I do not want to see him picked in the Top 5, especially not in the Top 3. He does have a chance to prove the doubters wrong, but I think, as mentioned, a Minnesota landing spot is great. Maye, Nix, and maybe Penix selected in advance would be great for the league. FWIW, people saying tonight's NHL, NBA, and MBL action is more meaningful than the Draft is fair enough. I respect the opinion, but no matter the cheat code level to agree with facts, I have no control over the ratings numbers for the NFL Draft being higher than whatever else is on television

Meanwhile, I have to apologize here. I think I mentioned something to the tune of how Boston winning a series against Denver would occur in a time faster than the time it took for yours truly to waltz up a 12-step flight of stairs. Or tumble down them. Or just beat them (in painful fashion) Sorry about that! Still it's early in the postseason but I guess for today, I'll allow the on-court action be my guide
