Look do you really expect Timothy to know what "no soliciting" means? With a mother who converts people in the laundromat? It's gonna take more than a few months of exposure to other ways before it sinks in. Baby steps. he didn't sulk and whine when he got beat at games by Heidi, its an improvement. Because you know Jill always wins or the world ends. But the Queen thing. I just find it cringe. Its overused. Also the Queen is sovereign and above the law. In a marriage, its a partnership. No one is queen or king for that matter. But that's a personal thing.

Good for Tim for even going to the arcade -- and admitting he lost to a girl at hunting. As for the fiance - lots of people who WEREN'T homeschooled get that one wrong. I give him credit for even getting that close considering his "education."

If SCOTUS denies cert (doesn't take the case) that's pretty much the end of the line. There won't be any more legal bills. Since he already filed for cert (request for the Supremes to take the case) there should be only minimal or even no legal bills until such time as the Supremes make a decision to take the case or not. If they don't (which is more than likely) then that's it. No more bills. So that drain was ending soon already. Now the ongoing support of Anna and the kids, that's going to continue. From what I gather Anna helps out around the big house, helps with the homeschooling, etc., so she does "earn her keep" so to speak. And the kids are more minions for Jim Bob to control and raise the Duggar way which is to never question him. Then the girls will be married off and the boys will find jobs in Duggar enterprises.

That's why she is not posting -- she hasn't thought up the latest drama. She already did everyone sick, her shoulder/knee, a miscarriage, and being attacked by a can of beans. She is realizing posting her never ending vacations is starting to hurt her "brand." So she has to come up with new storylines. It takes a bit to come up with a Jilly worthy drama.

Considering David Waller was pretty high up in Gothardism and was at HQ with Bill Gothard, I have my own ideas on why he and Josh are friends. And that's all I am going to say.

I am quite sure that the lawyers explained the likelihood of success of the Supreme Court even taking the case to both Josh and Anna -- and Jim Bob. Whether they listened or not is another matter.

He has little or no chance of prevailing on appeal. First off, there is great deference to the trial court. The appellate court also does not work with "innocent until proven guilty." Finally most of the "errors" like allowing the financial stuff in was the defense's own fault -- they opened the door to it. Of course, they will also appeal the denial of a new trial. But the SC Supreme Court picked Justice Toal for a reason. She's a former Supreme Court justice herself. She knew at the time she ruled how the appeals court would view everything she did. They chose her to make the ruling appeal proof. I do not think that has sunk into Dick and Jim's ego filled heads. I still don't get why Dick and Jim are so invested in him being proven innocent. This is beyond even protecting the good ol boy network. This is like personal. Which is bad for a defense attorney to do.

I was going to say this. That poor router dragged into this mess again. Yes limiting the right to present a "complete" defense can be grounds for an appeal. But the defense must be reasonable. The felon I hired to be the fall guy if I ever got caught remoted into the hidden partition and downloaded the material is not a reasonable defense.

Not very. Its Dollar General, not Dollar Tree (although same company). DG has things that MIGHT be a dollar, but actually everything is more than that. Dollar Tree is $1.25 Tree now. So that $10 is not the incentive they think it is. Especially combined with having to listen to Jill.

That's ummm bad. Guess letting Jim back in the house where the kids could be in danger was what caused CPS to act. Presuming this was a formal court ordered removal, not just the parents deciding the kids would live with big brother.

I literally cannot imagine hugging my kids first. Plus they had that day long layover. They couldn't rest then? For domestic flights I leave a minimum of 3-4 hours between connecting flights. I don't want to have to run between gates. I would double that for international travel. DBD might have flown international before - but do you really think he paid attention to how it worked -- and remembered it? That would require effort.

No one even noticed. Jill isn't at noticeable as she thinks she is. Even in the hideous outfits and with the screeching. It must KILL her that she is not at the level of her "inspiration." THOUSANDS of people? Surely Plexus didn't have that many people there. Plus wouldn't there have been parties or presentations or something where she could have seen him? If the hot tub is at all private, I am betting Jilly is wearing a bathing suit or even (brain bleach please) starkers. The mahdest clothes are for the public when she can show off how modest she is. Swimming in street clothes are where others can see, so she can shame them for not being as dogly and mahdest as she is. In private, she does whatever she wants.

You can wear bright colors and still be covered up. Well yes, because the colors do not determine how covered you are. Suuuure the buffets are free. How much plexus had to be bought for the "free" buffet.

She really went. I'm so amazed. But yeah, Punta Cana v. Ohio in February, I shouldn't be surprised. Meanwhile those poor sick kids (its not satan, the flu is going around JILL) are dumped somewhere instead of being home. At least they will get some peace and quiet with Mom out of the country.

Good grief, 21 years of little ones running around. I mean kids are great and all, but at some point the diapers need to stop and you need to sleep through the night.
