I also like to believe that drunken Sonja pulling her best poor man's Ramona dragged her bags out to the lawn awaiting her plane to the Hamptons. The others just shove her into the car for the night on the town and tell her she's got an aisle seat.

Lester's douchery is like what happens when someone hits the jackpot the first time the gamble. They get all of this positive reinforcement for maladaptive behavior. Lester got away with murder ads it got him sympathy, flirtation from women who were previously out of his league, and a go for broke swagger. It doesn't help that there is a subset of salesmen who are very successful because they are sociopaths. I worry so much more about Gus being in the line of fire. Even with Molly being pregnant, he's just not suited to the profession.

I hope the ghost of Isabella Blow is haunting Annabelle's fronting behind.

The saddest thing about Sonja's $2 bets is that the other ladies bet $30 each to pull in 26 times what they bet. Sonja probably bet $30 (well $20 cause it's Sonja) across all of her bets. And the others were right, Sonja got huffy because she lost, wandered off, and got drunk. I loved that all of the girls wanted to take pictures with the cash fan. The engagement party ugh. Any George is too much. Why does Ramona's gay friend always have to hold her up like she's one pinot away from toppling over? This episode also featured another garbage Ramona apology, but George's bizarre protests about racism overshadowed how crappy it was to say that George was preying on his young orphaned fiance.

I'm hoping this show doesn't continue to be a British Carlos Mencia joke: Americans talk like this, while Brits talk like this. I find it ridiculous that the "Brits" thought any enthusiasm about anything is evidence of classlessness. I'm sure high society Caroline uttered a perfectly civil "How do you do" after being presented with her newly birthed firstborn child.
