  1. If you freeze the video when the rules are shown, it mentions random drug tests. Why not ask for a urine sample? She was already in the bathroom.
  2. Sandy was in just trying to get more air time and do damage control. It was a strange exchange on the dock. Sandy: You think I don't care about you? Hannah: Yes. Sandy: Fine. Now, officially, I don't fucking care. Sandy sounds like a Hollywood producer who was just told by the young starlet that she wouldn't sleep with him for a role. Nice until she was rejected, then Hannah was immediately dead to her. Anybody know what Tom's actual position was for Ramsay? Sandy's concentrating on looking upset for the cameras. Notice how the 1st mate isn't even interacting with her.
  3. The article also says "the Ark Royal was released after the owner paid $1,600 in fines". So, back in the 80s, during the war on drugs, they might give you a fine and release the boat. Sandy makes it sound like the boat is permanently seized, auctioned off and everyone loses their licenses. The way Malia was standing around acting like she had no idea what was going on was sickening.
  4. I freeze framed it at 4:09 on the downloadable version to read the highlighted (green) text. It refers to Class A drugs - Heroin, Coke, LSD, Meth, etc, - not Valium. I believe Valium is considered Class C. Also, one of the offenses listed is theft or possession of stolen property - like when Malia went through Hannah's purse and removed items. EDIT: We did get to see that the guest meeting is 2 days ahead of the charter. EDIT 2: Can anyone find the article confirming Sandy's claim about a ship from the Bahamas being seized over 1 joint?
  5. In case you don't want to reread comments from the last several episodes and the Sailing season, I'll recap. Automatically firing someone for having drugs onboard is NOT maritime law nor is it part of Bravo contracts - both of those excuses have been debunked by us and ex cast members. Also, no boats are being confiscated over (even illegal) drugs for personal use. If you're under a few kilos of cola, you're fine. These boats are typically for very rich people, celebrities and Russian mobsters, you're allowed to have as much fun as you want as long as you're not trafficking and only escorts die. Hannah is gone because Sandy has a new girl to drool over. Hannah could probably fight this and have Sandy fired but she's bored of the job, has a serious relationship and a baby on the way. Sandy is NOT a star, no one is tuning in to see her. Stimulant overdoses can cause heart attacks, just sayin'. As an alcoholic, moderation is a problem for her.
  6. Remember how understanding Sandy was of Hannah's anxiety last season (or season before?). What's changed? Did Hannah reject her?
  7. Malia is a short 7 who thinks she's a 9.5. And she's clearly reading some message boards because every IG post is damage control. Malia, if you read this, no one is buying your BS - not even ex crew members who signed the same contracts. Sack up and take the hit. People might respect that.
  8. A. If my uncle is sick enough that I'm flying to another country to visit, he's probably not going to live another 2 weeks. B. He's blowing off his uncle for 2 weeks of tips? $5k maybe? I'm beginning to doubt there's a sick uncle.
  9. Were I Hannah, I'd throw Malia a beating and go out in a blaze of glory!
  10. I have a friend who's a journalist and travels a lot. He said that, if you're leaving the US, NEVER unpack. Leave the suitcase on the luggage rack and inspect the legs of the rack several times a day for bed bugs. If possible, spray an insecticide around the legs. No matter how nice the resort is, inspect the mattress too.
  11. I read Jwow's reference. It's mostly related to people operating machinery on duty but it's general enough to include everyone at any time on the boat. Here's the relevant part: So it's NOT a law that Malia MUST uphold. If it exists at all, it's a boat policy enacted by management. (Bravo, the boat owner or Sandy)
  12. So it's nothing like what Malia is saying. What you're talking about is a school just not wanting subs to show up too high to watch kids.
  13. Malia knows that Sandy can make her 1st Mate. She would rat out her own mother for another rung up the ladder.
  14. For it to be the same as Malia is claiming, it's ANY medication. And someone would have to come to your house and give it to you. EDIT: It looks like she's deleting replies on IG.
  15. A substitute teacher can't take blood pressure medicine or Finasteride to keep their hair or an antibiotic even after hours unless someone else administers the medication? I didn't know that.
  16. Better believe I'm leaving comments on her post.
  17. I can't express how much I hope their tip is lower without Kiko. Karma...unleash hell. Hannah: I need Valium Malia: Isn't that a prescription? Hannah <thinking>: Yes it is, bitch! It's not like I asked you to crush up some Oxy so I could snort it. Now give me the bottle.
  18. Thank god there's a replacement chef who happens to be in town. Imagine the luck.
  19. A doctor who doesn't understand credit cards, isn't she so quirky? What's next, she doesn't have a checking account? I would never let this woman doctor me.
  20. According to Google, she's been married since 2017. I doubt she was trying to get on the show.
  21. Rather than a genuine nice guy, Henry just seems like a nerd who can't close. That Trishelle woman (I had to look up who she is) called him boring, not too nice. From what Google says, she's known for having a threesome in a hot tub so who knows what she considers boring. Again, introverts shouldn't be allowed on the show. All guys notice hair. Guys immediately notice if a girl has a five head, an I-want-to-speak-to-your-manager cut, a shaved head, has extensions, weird colors, etc - if it's in any normal range or hasn't changed substantially, we don't mention it. Cut off all your hair and your husband will notice, get an angry Karen cut and he'll notice...
  22. And she realizes that being married is the foundation of her Z-list celebrity. And to get on TV again.
