So all those rumors of an early October start were wrong, because it's actually 10/30!!! Still October, but just at the other end of the month!

Well, if Grogu turns out to be the Child's name, maybe it's because "Precious Widdle Itty-Bitty, Cuddly-Wuddly Snuggle Bunny" was too long of a name to give him? Just a guess... 🤣🤣

Well, this latest Grace Randolph info has got all of the usual Star Wars news/leakers/scoopers-sorts of people coming forward and saying that they don't buy it either. And I just saw this tweet as well:

Now Grace Randolph is at it again. I'm not buying it. I'm sure Disney has been aware of what was happening in Season 2 all along, and they had seen footage before just recently. I can picture them not liking the trailer and wanting it changed, but they have undoubtedly seen footage of the season all along, during filming. This is going to be one of those rumors that picks up steam and outraged viewers will assume it's a fact.

Although the number of Hallmark movies filmed in Canada vs. other locations changes every year, for the most part the majority of them are still filmed in different parts of Canada, but not all of them. They used to film just about all of their movies -- Christmas and otherwise -- in Canada, and usually in Vancouver. They started branching out to other parts of Canada too, but they also film something every year in Utah. Hallmark has filmed 3 Christmas movies in Utah so far this year, and will probably film at least one more there between now and early November. They also sometimes film in Connecticut, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, California, Romania, Bulgaria, Ireland, Fiji, Mexico, etc. This year Hallmark will premiere a movie that was shot in Vienna, and they are also filming at least one in South Carolina. Jesse Metcalfe's "Chesapeake Shores" and his "Martha's Vineyard Mysteries" movie series film more on the Vancouver side (and surrounding areas) of Canada instead of over on the Ontario side.

The Armorer was talking about finding the enemy sorcerers (Jedi and/or other Force-sensitive beings), more than likely. That wasn't in question. I didn't really think that Din was going to find the Child's planet or other little Yodas -- especially not right away, in the second season. I'm just talking about the name itself, and wondering if someone might eventually reveal it (or something else) to be a species name. George was on the set, and Dave consulted with him repeatedly, and we don't know what exactly is going to be covered in Season 2 -- so we don't know what was agreed upon or decided on between them. No one said anything about Dave going against the wishes of his mentor.

I keep wondering if it's actually the name of the species instead of the Child's specific name. But I suppose it is possible that he was given a name by whoever was keeping him before Mando found him -- and Gideon conveniently knows the name, revealing it to Mando, at which point Mando changes it to Yin or Kuiil or something with one syllable! lol It's most likely another bogus leak. That's what I'm expecting.

At the last second, I stumbled upon a virtual interview Gina Carano was doing today (on Twitch). I don't know how I didn't hear about it before, I but I caught it in the nick of time. Gina couldn't talk much about Season 2, of course, but she did say that she knows people/fans want spoilers. (Gina, are you secretly lurking on Reddit and on this forum? 🤣) She said, essentially, to trust her that we do not want spoilers. She said that if there is anything good to come out of 2020, it is The Mandalorian -- and she wants us all to experience it without knowing what's happening. At one point she said something along the lines of "... And it's just the beginning of something much bigger." (Hmm. I wonder what that means... an actual Mando feature film, perhaps? Or maybe she means the rumored spinoffs?) Gina also went on to talk about how much she loved working with everyone on the set, and how she has made some lifelong friends from the crew. She is lucky to have worked with them every day. She said she is so grateful to Jon Favreau to have given her the opportunity to do this show. She loved putting on Cara's outfit. I hope Gina is in Season 3. Maybe, just maybe, she will end up in one of the spin-offs or in some other Star Wars project, which would be great, but I'd hate for her to lose a job it sounds like she really loves.

Has everyone seen the latest rumor/leak on Reddit? I think the Reddit mods might have removed the original post where it was mentioned -- I'm not sure about that -- but the gist of it was that, in Season 2, The Child's name will be revealed to be........ Grogu (Is that his actual name, or possibly the name of the Yoda species in general?) Now, IF true, I don't know if that's the name Moff Gideon reveals when he is explaining why The Child is so important to him, or if it's something Din names him. Grogu Djarin doesn't have an easy flow to it. Maybe, when Mando/Din goes poking around the galaxy for into on The Child's "own kind" and runs into Ahsoka, she will suddenly say "Oh look! It's Grogu! I've heard about you!" lol

Yep. All the Hallmark actors filming Christmas movies have had to do that so far, if they were not already in Canada and had to work there. They can get their movies filmed pretty quickly, and Hallmark shoots Christmas movies all the way into early November. So there is a bit of time if Jesse were to get booted off DWTS early, even with the 2 weeks of quarantine added in, but it will be cutting it very close. So I assume he will not be doing a Christmas movie this year (because I'm hoping he does well on DWTS).

Only 2 Martha's Vineyard Mysteries have aired so far. The 3rd one has been in production over the last couple of weeks and it has not premiered yet. It will probably premiere in January or early 2021. Jesse Metcalfe is in Hallmark's family of regulars, so he does a lot of work with them. He is one of the stars of "Chesapeake Shores," which is returning for another season next year, and he does other non-mystery movies with them as well. (Viewers love him paired up with Autumn Reeser.) In fact, Hallmark has been making big progress in getting their Christmas movies into production since they got the green light to start filming again,, and I had been wondering if Jesse would end up in one of them because most of their other regulars are doing Christmas movies this year. Jesse just wrapped the 3rd Martha's Vineyard movie, and he could have gone right into a Christmas movie while in Canada. But... unless Jesse gets booted off of DWTS in the first few weeks, he probably won't be able to get into a Christmas movie because there won't be time to get it done within the time frame Hallmark shoots their Christmas movies. If he is off DWTS early on, then he can probably still do a movie.

Hallmark-related, but not specifically about Hallmark programming: "Anne Heche, Jesse Metcalfe and Vernon Davis Confirmed for ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 29" The other day, when pondering who James Denton's co-star might be, I thought "Isn't it almost time for Anne Heche to do another Hallmark movie?" Her last one was 4 years ago (Looks Like Christmas with Dylan Neal), and I thought it was better with additional viewings. Anne is an interesting person in that she is kooky and weird and hard to figure out when she does talk shows. You can tell that if she is like that in real life, it must be challenging to deal with. Even her social media posts are sometimes... unusual. And yet... I have enjoyed quite a few projects she has done, both on TV and in actual feature films. She is strangely intriguing on camera, and she is usually well-cast in whatever she does. She's not a bad actress. However, I think she will be a handful for her dance partner to teach on DWTS, though, as I think she has trouble focusing. And we know we'll see Jesse Metcalfe in the 3rd installment of his Martha's Vineyard Mysteries series in 2021 (he has been filming it recently), as well as in Chesapeake Shores next year, assuming it can go into production in the spring. I know he sings, but who knows if he can actually dance? (Speaking of Christmas movies and Chesapeake Shores, Treat Williams is about to start filming another Christmas movie for Hallmark.) I guess this means no Christmas movies for either Anne or Jesse this year, unless they get booted off of DWTS in the first couple of weeks.

At a glance, I didn't see one, so forgive me if I am duplicating something already shared. I know he sings. I don't know if he can dance. Anne Heche will be a handful. Sometimes her kookiness can be amusing, and sometimes it is a bit scary. lol Strangely, her actual acting jobs are often not bad, and she does a good job with her characters. It's the non-acting Anne (think talk shows and on social media) who is very quirky and sometimes hard to figure out.

It seems as though Memphis is often the first one awake and/or in the kitchen every morning. He usually ends up sitting at the counter with his coffee or whatever he is drinking, hair in full bedhead disarray. He stares at items on the counter, or sometimes makes eye contact with the camera trained on him. He seems lost in thought (and bored). He probably enjoys having these quiet moments before all of the other people in the house descend upon him and crowd the kitchen, but sometimes I wish he would talk to us and tell us who he can't stand, or who he actually trusts and likes in the game, etc. I guess it's too risky to start talking when others will be waking up any minute. Edited to add: I almost forget that he is in the house until these "Mornings with Memphis" scenes unfold, or unless he wins an HoH or something.

If it comes down to that group as the final 6, I would hope or think that Nicole should be the first one to go. She's already won -- don't let her get past that point in the game. Instead, what those knuckleheads will probably do is get rid of Christmas (if she's not in power that week) or maybe Enzo, and keep Nicole around because they assume no one will vote for her to win a second time if she makes it to F2. But they can't be too sure of that, so they should get her out sooner rather than later.

For you. But maybe it's fun for others. I neither want the season nor the show to be canceled, and I wish people would stop putting that out there into the universe. This has already been a terrible year, and the fact that this show is on at all is a bright spot. I would like to see this season through. I would like to have something new and current to watch, and I would like to see if they have any Halloween-themed comps in October. It's very easy to change a channel and not watch a show if it gets to be too much (like if Nicole and Dani get to be too much for me to tolerate! lol), but it's next to impossible to get a show back when it's been canceled. Someone is watching this thing, and I'm one of them. There have been a couple of seasons I didn't like and barely paid attention to after a certain point because I found the HGs so boring, or the same alliance kept winning, but other people were watching them.

Dani is so unpleasant. Each season she has been on I've thought she was unpleasant, but I keep hoping she has changed every time she returns. She seems to be extra grumpy now, for some reason. I think it might have been Tyler who said something to her about slop (maybe she wanted to make it for him? Not sure) and she snapped at him. The impression I got -- without hearing all of the details -- was that no one seems to like the slop Dani makes, and they either want Christmas to make it for them or do it themselves, and Dani got offended. Even her BFF Nicole said at one point that "Christmas cooks for everyone" or something like that, and Dani snapped "I don't care!" In reading some comments online, it seems Nicole was irritated that Tyler commented on how Janelle went out with class. (And Enzo commented on how Janelle looked great.) And Dani is annoyed with everyone. Dani said something like "I just need to shut up for a week." (At that point I cheered loudly at the wondrous thought of not having to hear her voice.) And Nicole agreed that this was not the week to start acting grumpy. I kind of think that even Cody is starting to get a tad irritated with Dani's nonsense. She just got on his case about something he did in the bathroom -- I didn't see what it was -- and he said "Dani, just stop!" (She didn't escalate the situation beyond that, because she wouldn't want to truly upset Cody.) He said he initially wanted to go to sleep, but he stayed up to come downstairs so Dani wouldn't have to cook oats alone all night. Cody was saying something to Dani about the Have Not room, and she said "I don't want to touch the floor." She started asking something about Production in regards to the HN room, and Cody said that Kevin freaked out about whatever it was. And then the cameras cut away to something else.

In every season there is at least one HG who should be backdoored or evicted, but people think it's "too early" to do so, and they think they'll just be able to get rid of the HG later on down the line, when they decide the time is right. Meanwhile, that HG who should be evicted continues to stay in the house every week, sometimes not even being nominated and sometimes even winning the game -- all because he/she was not booted out when an HoH had the chance to get them out because it was supposedly too early. Just once I would like to see someone follow their instinct and backdoor/boot someone out early on. They might not get another chance to evict or backdoor the same person later. I would like to see them nominate/evict/backdoor who they choose, when they choose, even if it IS early, just to shake things up a bit.

If Enzo didn't include Dani in the slop group, then I have to believe it's only because he can tell that her already horrible attitude will get much worse when she is weak and unable to eat what she would normally eat. He doesn't want to hear that whining and complaining, so he gave it to people he hopes won't be as bad. If he chose Tyler, Tyler will have a good attitude about it. And Kevin, well... hopefully he doesn't get sick this time.

Cody was grooming Tyler. Cute. They probably finished the HoH comp 2 or 3 hours ago, and then did the Have Not deal. The BB folks just didn't want US to see the comp as it happened live, which is stupid because we always know who won it just by watching the post-comp feeds. They must really want us to tune into that riveting 'get the balls in the holes' comp on Sunday.

I was laughing out loud as Enzo emerged from his slop haze to pile his plate with a mountain of food right after midnight. He scarfed down the first pile of food, only to load up a second plate and then couldn't finish it because, of course, he was full. But an hour or two later, he and Cody were foraging for something to eat. I figured Enzo would be sluggish and sick today. So even though he was not my choice to win HOH, good for him that he pulled it off after eating half his weight in chicken, nachos, mac & cheese, cookies and whatever else.

Both Nicole and Dani have strange perceptions of themselves, while being totally threatened by Janelle. Nicole thinks she really got a good dig in at Janelle when she actually looked petty, immature and ridiculous, and Dani (ironically) thinks that she is not annoying, as she goes on and on about other people being "so annoying." And of course, they both have these ideas that Janelle is somehow an angry, evil mastermind. I think it was last night or the night before that Dani was talking to Cody about how their alliance is so good. She actually said something like "We suck... but we're SO GOOD." LOL Who is this "we"? Unless Dani wins this current HOH, she has won nothing so far this season, right? Even Enzo won a couple of things, didn't he (and he is older than Dani)? Dani hasn't won anything (unless I have blocked her many triumphant victories from my mind). Dani's claim to fame this season is lolling about, talking smack about other people in the house with Nicole, or questioning people's dietary choices. Whatever she says, it is spoken in the most "annoying" vocal fry rasp I've heard in a long time. She is a grown woman and mom who sounds like a teenager trying to make her voice raspy so she can be liked by the cool kids. It's awful. She and Nicole are awful. Hopefully, whoever wins HOH, it isn't Dani or Nicole.

So far, Victor has not appeared on the Christmas movie radar (which is the majority of what Hallmark is filming now, on through probably early November), but there is still time for him to show up in something. At some point there is supposed to be a 3rd MatchMaker Mysteries installment, but not sure when. Elizabeth Mitchell would be a great match for James. She comes across as mature and classy on camera, but not too old. I also think Kelly Rutherford would be a good choice, as MerBerHou suggested.

The boys at Kessel Run Transmissions are at it again. LOL They say they're going to stop trying to give scoops after the last two things they scooped turned out to be incorrect. BUT they claim that this info came from a source who is 100% accurate/reliable. It's nothing shocking. It's just that Ahsoka will be featured in some of the Mando S2 promotion -- possibly a trailer or teaser, but maybe something else. She is fighting two unnamed characters in a "familiar location." That's it. That's all. A clip of Ahsoka will be featured in some sort of Mando S2 promotion.
