  1. They always say that. They always get pissed about some injustice done to them and say they don't want to be filmed. Chelsea was saying years ago that she's so over filming and she's going to quit once she got married. Yet, here we are. None of these people will walk away. It'll get cancelled first.
  2. I think Leah should not be trashing Corey on national TV, because it's only going to strain her relationship with him further and that punishes two innocent kids, far more than it punishes Corey. Not only that, Ali and Gracie may not care to have their business splashed out like that on TV. But seeing that would require a maturity Leah has never possessed, and probably never will. ETA: Also, context is important. Jeremy was saying Corey hasn't gone to see Dr. Tsao in however long. I am not sure how often Leah takes Ali t the specialist- if it's monthly or annually, or just somewhat sporadically. I think it's about a 3-4 hour drive each way and Leah usually spends the night in Columbus. It may well have been a case where the last visit was some time ago and Corey honestly had to miss that one due to illness or something like that, and so it has been awhile since he's been, but he really only missed one appt. Or something like that. I just find Corey a lot more credible than either Leah or Jeremy,
  3. No, she never developed coping skills and has no interest in starting now. She'd rather throw money at things- Mary Kay, motivational speaking training, a few classes at the local university, and now this- with the goal of "finding herself". She will fail at all of it because she has NO life skills- no work ethic, no ambition, no critical thinking, no solid convictions, hell, not even much of a personality when it comes down to it. She's both lazy and unintelligent, as well as super easily intimidated and overwhelmed, and that's a very bad combination. When the TM2 money goes, and she continues to age, she's in for such a hard time.
  4. Shut up Leah and Jeremy. Even if what they say is true, and Corey doesn't go to appts (which I agree he really should, at least some of them), there is ZERO need to trot that out at the reunion. They are both so trashy and immature. And absolutely a punk move to lob accusations like that on a medium where the accused has no method of rebuttal. This is why I roll my eyes whenever I hear how Leah has grown. She's rapidly approaching 30 and still pulling this junior high shit, to the detriment of her own kids. Hey Leah, you know what might make things less awkward at the next softball game you're at? Maybe not insulting your ex and his wife on national TV with a bunch of complaints taken out of context or exaggerated.
  5. In all seriousness, the Arbonne products are fine. They mostly screech about how they don't use a lot of products that are allowed by the American FDA but not the Europe version of the FDA (the implication being Europe has tighter consumer safety and social responsibility policies). But everyone I know that uses the products likes them. It's just that they are astronomically expensive. What gets me though is their business model- it's extremely predatory and intentionally misleading. They seem to target lonely SAHMs and insecure young women with the promise of instant best friends and cash rolling in, and honestly, I'd say the first is probably pushed more than the earnings. It's very cult like, and if you struggle at all to move your product or grow your downline, you are told you just aren't "trying hard enough".
  6. Buying them puts a sizeable dent in your wallet?
  7. The incentive is literally called "the Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus Program" and it says right in their literature it has to be a white Benz. https://incentives.arbonne.com/CA-EN/ Thanks for playing, Lauren. ETA: my bad- I thought she was saying "nowhere does it say it has to be a white mercedes, but the "nowhere" is part of someone's twitter name. She is concurring that it has to be a white Benz. I'll see myself out.
  8. Right, most people that idolize Leah don't live in a tax bracket that would make participation for them possible.
  9. Also, you need to turn in your lease/loan paperwork in order to get this benefit, so it's not like you can keep your Honda Civic and pocket the difference. Now, I don't know what happens if your lease payment is less than your allowance- you might be able to keep the difference, but something tells me you can't. Idiots like Lauren think this is a benefit, but really this is Arbonne's $9,600 annual investment to hold their regional VPs' feet to the fire and force them to keep recruiting and producing.
  10. Does it cost money to do? If so, that will preclude most of her rabid fan base from participating.
  11. No. As regional vice president, you get a car allowance, I think about $600 per month (your allowance goes up as you continue to get promoted). You can lease or finance, depending on what your budget allows. I think leasing is encouraged because then Arbonne gets the tax write off. You are also taxed on this allowance as either income or prize money, can't remember which. If you leave Arbonne, they are not obligated to finish out the lease/financing term. You're on your own. ETA: if not clear- the loan/lease is in your name. You get whatever interest rate you qualify for- all they're doing is subsidizing your monthly payment. So, for example, you purchase a $40,000 MSRP, and finance the whole thing, at 60 months amort and 2.75% interest. Your payment is still over $700, so you're paying $100 a month out of pocket, and you better hope you can hang on to the VP role for 5 years. Plus, that $7,200 annual allowance you get is taxed. Because of that, I think most people choose to lease. No money out of pocket, and a much shorter commitment.
  12. Those pictures of Lauren are over the top cheesy.

The best I can figure out with the over the top indignation was that he knew he'd have to do it at some point, and better to do it while Chelsea is distracted on the phone rather than have to do it later when Chelsea recounts the conversation word for word and he has to show his outrage when her attention is 100% focused on him. I think Cole is probably a generally pretty nice guy, but he is just so...I'm not even sure how to describe him. I mean, like, Chelsea is the alpha in that relationship. Chelsea. If I were Cole's family I would just cringe watching him cater to her every need.

Yeah, and none too bright to pull attitude on the one person who holds ALL the cards in that scenario. Chelsea did sound mature. She was straightforward and direct, but still polite.

I don't know if you're using hyperbole, but sadly, enough, this could very well be a true statement.
  16. But, but, but...that's work. Much easier to share a post by Karen on Facebook. Honestly, I thought Kail has always had an above average intelligence, and once upon a time, something of a work ethic. I mean, she was always a downer and a grifter, but in the early days, she was capable of putting her nose to the grindstone. It was one of her few good qualities. Much like it did her face, her dignity, and her self awareness, the money she's racked up over the years has destroyed that as well.
  17. It was for sure Robbie, but could have been Corey as well. I am fuzzy on the timelines. Corey definitely cheated on Miranda with Leah- all parties admit this- but she may have been single at the time. However, around the time Leah got pregnant with Jeremy's first baby (that she miscarried), she was considering going back to Corey. I seem to recall very very vaguely some super awkward meeting between Corey and Jeremy where they were basically going to hash out which one of them "got" Leah. It was exactly as cringey as it sounds. But the infidelity that was made public was when the rag magazines reported that Robbie had been caught jumping out of Leah's bedroom window via a deer cam. You can't make this shit up.
  18. It's tough, because when Jeremy left Leah, she was in the throes of addiction, she was bankrupting them with her irresponsible spending, she had completely stopped any kind of house work or taking care of their kids, and oh yeah, she fucked her ex and this was discovered and splayed on national television. I mean, any ONE of these issues would cause a lot of people (especially someone in their early 20s) to run for the hills, and he was facing ALL of them. All that said, even though I wouldn't blame him for bailing over any of these, I actually don't think any of these are why he truly left. I think he was deeply infatuated with her, probably contacted her on Facebook or whatever it was on a whim, thinking she probably wouldn't even respond. But she did. And Leah in her infinite need for validation and attention, recognized how into her this guy was and that was enough for her. I think the entire basis of their early relationship was his intense attraction to her, and her completely eating up all the attention he was giving her. They probably really didn't have that much in common other than both always wanting to talk about Leah. And just like most cases of infatuation...it wears off. All the sudden Jeremy's looking at years with this giant albatross tied to him and freaked the fuck out. I don't think the addiction, the spending, the cheating, etc. caused him to run- I think it gave him an honorable way to leave Enough time has passed where maybe he feels comfortable boning his ex in a no strings attached way, but the minute she starts asking questions, I knew he'd run.
  19. I prefer "convenient".
  20. You can't comment on stories, right? If so, that's probably why should put that there.
  21. She either cockblocked him with another girl, or wouldn't buy something he asked her to buy for him. My money's on number 1. Maybe he took a page out of TM1 Ryan's book and tried to meet some girl in the parking lot of a grocery store and Kail was there to run her off.
  22. I'm sure she got a lot of shit for posting that. Honestly, she could have been a powerful person if she had put a little more work into her education and capitalized on some professional opportunities I am sure were offered to her. Instead she went for the instant gratification and entitlement route.
  23. Yeah, you've really managed to attract some winners there, Kail. I think what you meant is, "All mooches want someone to pay their bills until they realize they have to stop fucking more desirable partners if they want to keep the checks rolling in". ETA: I refuse to click on Hosebeast's instagram- are people calling her out for this ridiculous statement?
  24. It seems over on that forum a lot of people liked it. I really enjoyed the first episode from a sentimental standpoint, but found the ensuing episodes boring. I watched part of the second episode and then the remainder of that plus the rest of the episodes sat unwatched on DVR up until last month when I deleted it all unseen.
  25. It might have been the highest rated show under certain parameters- like "highest rated cable reality show under 10 episodes" or something like that. I didn't really care for the show after the initial one. I think it would have worked better a TV movie than a 6 episode series.
