  1. Thanks for this; I probably would have missed it. Now we see what the prisoners were making. I want MORE! I was worried that we were going to lose Luthen - I should have known better. Someone has to bring Cassian into the Rebellion. I loved: Maarva getting the last word, aided by B2EMO. No one in the Empire thought that Cassian would save Bix. This left her essentially unguarded; starting the funeral before they were supposed to, causing the Empire to bring all of the troops to the square, was key, too. The guy banging the drum anvil pushing the trooper off the tower. I laughed. Mon Mothma setting up her need for money by accusing her husband of gambling. Worked very neatly to not arouse further suspicion about her finances. That introduction scene, though; Genevieve O'Reilly is killing it with her subtle expressions. Other stuff: Karn saving Dedra amused me. He is a real wild card. Was Cinta just there to lurk mysteriously and kill that one Empire guy? I suppose she was waiting to kill Cassian if she had the chance. I think Vel thinks there is more to their relationship but for Cinta, the Rebellion will always be first. IIRC, someone told Cassian back on Aldhani that Cinta was the one to watch out for. Glad that Bix, B2EMO, the big guy and the bomb making kid all got out. I hope we see Kino in S2.
  2. The Walking Dead' series finale originally ended much differently I would have liked to have seen this.
  3. LOL! I was hoping that Rick & Michonne would return at the end to join everyone; their upcoming show could have been about how they found each other and made their way back. I long ago gave up on coherent story lines for TWD and pretty much assumed we would get as happy an ending as possible because of all the various spinoffs. I was pretty sure either Zeke or Aaron would die so was glad that neither did. Rosita's death was affecting; the actress sold it, though Rosita, Judith and Lydia were all treated to glowing complexions and beautiful lighting despite their various injuries. The Carol and Daryl scene on the bench felt tacked on and I wondered if it had to be shot after Melissa McBride declined to be in the spinoff. I've always enjoyed the characters' friendship so that was OK. Negan is popular in many places but even though JDM tried his best, his redemption never worked for me. I understand all of the arguments but I just.don't.care about him and never will. Way back when, the show did have a gritty feel (remember the Claimers? the endless sweating through Georgia?) and it did feel like *anyone could die* . Even Carl, though that was showrunner pettiness rather than trying to tell a story. When Andy Lincoln wanted out and the show chickened out on killing Rick, *anyone can die* all went out the window. It's why they had Michonne walk out on her kids when Danai wanted out. Anyone can die, until they can't. It hurt the show along with the attempts at watching too many groups; no Daryl's the lead; no Negan; oh hey Maggie's back - none of it worked. Never mind all the various, ridiculous villains along the way. Well if the zombies ever show up, let us all hope for unending supplies of weapons, ammunition, fuel and immaculately tailored outfits.
  4. Talking Dead hasn't changed either - still shilling crap, lol.
  5. I can't quite forgive the show for killing off Coral.
  6. The actor who played Carl for eight seasons was on screen for the finale. Did you spot him? No, I did not! Good for him. Chandler now on Talking Dead, along with the actresses who play Judith and Lori.
  7. Especially in these last seasons, a lot of the time the best part of the show was talking with you all, laughing at whatever ridiculous things they were throwing at us, snarking and rolling our virtual eyes.
  8. I still haven't finished the last season and I was on board with that one for a long time; then it went too far off the rails for me.
  9. I'm with you. The only one I'm a little interested in is Rick/Michonne, because I always rooted for them to get together, but right now I'm leaning towards "nah".
  10. Heh, I was wondering the same thing. RJ still doesn't get any dialogue. You're welcome, Walking Dead!
  11. RICK AND MICHONNE YES All our lost characters, even the crappy ones
  12. Eugene's a daddy. Rosie, aw. I thought for sure that Zeke was a goner, glad to be wrong!
  13. Rosita's going to get a dreamy, lovely death scene.
  14. JDM is a good actor but I will never, ever care about Negan. I'm understanding Maggie's explanation, though.
  15. LOL I'm seeing the Andrea commercial now. I know you all wanted to know that 🤪
