I don't understand why the writers chose to make Bo and Hope's son such an average guy. He should have more of an edge. It's nice to see that Brandon has some depth as an actor. His character on "The Bay" is much more interesting.

I starting to think that Sonny knows the truth about Gio. Would explain why he's been giving money for his education. Gio said that Sonny starting giving money after his mother died. Maybe it started even before that.

Didn't Joy tell Philip that she could work as an assistant? No doubt she'll be assigned to Alex.

I'm right there with you. Half-way through Friday's episode, I turned it off. There wasn't a single thing I cared about. Tate and Holly get on my nerves. Haven't liked "Doug" since he showed up at Christmas--he's so bland. Cannot stand Paulina with her huffing and puffing. And now Rafe's storyline has gone off the rails. I took a break during the devil possession madness, so I may skip this month and check back when the new writer's material begins. (Swore off CBS soaps when they cancelled my ATWT so didn't plan on watching Beyond the Gates but decided to record it. Watched the week's episodes yesterday and it runs circles around Days as far as --- well everything.)

I think this is the Brennan that the writer's intended him to be when he first appeared in Port Charles. But for some reason (Carly I assume), they changed course and put all the sleaze on Cates. If Charles Measure had stayed in the role, I bet Brennan would still be the charming charmer that charms. Since he left and they had to recast, the writers put Brennan back on track with his underhanded "charm."

Exactly what I thought. At first, I expected he would like, but since Willow is with him, he'll be all about playing the hero. But I'm actually hoping he DOES lie so when the truth comes out Willow (maybe at the same time she learns he was screwing her mother) she'll see him for the scum he is.

It's beyond ridiculous that by now, Gabby and Jada still think this jerk is Rafe. They KNOW the man; they lived with him and he is nothing like the person they love. Plus, EVERYONE is saying "this isn't like Rafe. I hope whenever the truth comes out, Rafe is really pissed at both of them. Thank goodness the lightbulb has come on for Stephanie.

I really think the problem is Amanda Seton than Josh. My guess is that he is supporting his on-screen partner's wishes because he doesn't seem to have a problem with showing his body in scenes. This week's bedroom scene was ridiculous. She comes into the room with her coat on to find her husband in wait in his red boxers (Josh should have objected to that--LOL). Fine. But in the next scene, he's dressed in sweatpants and Tshirt and she couldn't take the damn coat off?

I kept reading that the actor was leaving the show, but was holding out hope that they wouldn't kill Martin off. Until yesterday, I didn't know he was the 1st baby born on EastEnders, so it's really a travesty that the character was killed.

Has Willow ever told Drew that she loved him? I don't remember that she has, but that means squat.

There's a lot of speculation on several EastEnders FB groups that Martin is going to die because the anvils have been falling for the past couple of weeks. I hope they are wrong because I really like Martin. I also thought Kathy's confession was just a way to get City to back down from accusing Ian. Wish Kathy had left her in the pub. Also, I'm sure Ravi's going to be Denise's choice because the ladies usually vote for the hot guy, even if he is a criminal.

I don't find EJ and Belle entertaining at all because EJ is nothing but slime. I cannot believe Belle tells him he's disgusting when he admits to going after Jada because she got him fired and then jumps back into bed with him. Wonder if it will be such a turn on for her when she finds out he's after HER job. And Mayor Price offering fakeRafe his job back--since he was so PISSED when she fired him, she should be so suspicious that he was so willing to come back. (Why do I keep watching this show?)

I wonder if nu-Brennan is just short term to allow time to write him out. It seems like CM shot his last scene with Carly and then announced "I'm done" and left the building leaving Frank to scramble to find a replacement. Why didn't they let Valentine kill him off? That could have led to a great story. And Joss could have taken over the WSB sooner. 🤣

Most ridiculous wedding Days has had in a long time. Everyone showing up at the church (without coats in the middle of winter) and I think, my goodness a wedding ceremony in an actual church setting for change. And then I see people fiddling with seats outside. OUTSIDE, in the middle of winter? What the bloody hell? And then there's the Mayor of Salem performing the ceremony. Why not just do it City Hall or the Police Station and there would be no needs for coats.

Daisy is leaving later this year, but apparently it's her decision to go...same with Gailand Max. I'd prefer that Daisy would stay and Bethany be the one to go. I cannot that in addition to Debbie's demise, the writers have decided to torture the rest of the family with Abbie losing her mind and Kevin having cancer. A bit much for one family. And agree, the Mason episode was wonderfully done. They should have kept him.

I tuned into GH on Prime this afternoon (wish they'd move on from the stuff they've been repeating for WEEKS), and there was a scene with Kristina, Sam and Shiloh. Kristina is on a rant because Jason has attacked Shiloh and she's telling him that Jason works for her father as an enforcer, and he needs to be careful because Jason is dangerous. I think KM is playing Kristina pretty much the same way that LA did.

Except at this point, I'd prefer Chad to be with Abigail than with Kat, because it looks like the anvils are falling in that direction for sure. I'm no fan of Abigail, but I'd take her over scrunched-up face Kat.

Exactly what I've been thinking. For some reason, the writers decided to the bus over Drew (over and over again) just like they did with Cates. When John Cates came on the show, he was as a pretty decent, likable guy. Suddenly, he became a nutcase out for revenge. Right now, Drew is just a nutcase. Maybe his "revenge" is coming after what Michael and Curtis did.

I was hoping that during the Molly/Kristina argument, Kristina would reach out to touch Molly's arm and Molly would quickly back away, loose her balance and fall over.

I keep seeing comments that the show is moving too fast. I guess it is, but I don't think it's so fast that it's to the detriment of the story. The reality is, though, that the show was not renewed for S8 until they were half-way through filming S7. By that time, the S7 scripts were already written, sets ready to go, off-site locations confirmed (and all that goes into that). Maril said they quickly did what they could to make revisions so they could do another season. I won't blame the "show" Starz is to blame for waiting so long to confirm S8.

Yea, that's all I keep was thinking while watching the breakup scenes. Damn those writers for proving Kristina was right. Pisses me off.

LOL. Exactly what I thought when Claire was dropping off the message to Washingon. And that now I want to rewatch Turn (for the 5th time).

I cannot believe that the show allowed her to have TWO LAYERS on during that scene. I keep going back to the role she played on OLTL (as Kim) when she was 1/2 dressed in many of her scenes with Clint. I know, I know, that all changed after she got married and she's now a mom. But soaps aren't so explicit with sex scenes anymore. Why can't she just cover up with a sheet?

A lot of all that was Tom Pelphrey. He is one amazing actor. I was surprised that he stayed with GL as long as he did.
