I believe the homes were only used for exteriors, the interiors are sets. (And I'm pretty sure Jimmy's back yard is a set, as well as the balconies off of their bedrooms). Last I heard, Jimmy's & Liz's houses are in the evacuation zone but are still standing, but the home that was the exterior for Gaby's new house has burned down. They were supposed to start filming in January or early February, but I assume that's going to be pushed back.

This show isn't perfect, but I loved this finale. Harrison Ford better get an Emmy nomination this year - that monologue was so, so good! And I loved the conversation with Jimmy and Alice in the kitchen. 😭

That frustrated, devastated gesture Igor makes with his arms as he's walking away from Arkady in the park might just be my favorite moment of the finale.

They only had the one, but sometimes the show forgot to hide or CGI out the other two.

I love this show and I loved this episode. I've mostly resigned myself to accepting that the depiction of therapy and ethical treatment is absurd. But seriously, how absurd is it for Paul to take Sean to his neurology appointment? Paul took over Sean's therapy because his involvement in Jimmy's life made him hesitant to discuss his real issues with him. Now Sean is sitting in on his new therapist's appointment with his doctor dealing with his own health and mortality? Not enough for me to stop watching, but it does annoy me.

And when they turn the tv on, it starts at the beginning of whatever story the person called/texted you to see! Nothing was missed!

Nina's execution on The Americans. It was one of those things we all knew was going to happen at some point but it was still a complete surprise when it actually happened.

Joyce Bulifant (Murray's wife) is still here. Not a main character, but I remember her in several episodes. She was one of those actresses who seemed to be in every TV show in the '70s.

I believe Joel McHale was the last chef he worked for before moving back to Chicago.

I still have two episodes to go, but this was my favorite episode of the season so far.

Was it revealed what happened to Sugar's sister? I don't remember. But now I'm thinking that the politician's son kidnapped and tortured the sister and that's how they know about aliens. It can't be that obvious, right?

I liked Abbott Elementary well enough, but nothing kills a show faster for me than "will they/won't they" bullshit. I held out as long as I could stand, finally gave up some time in season two.
