Also, even though I like SA, at this point even his bosses can admit that the show wouldn't work anymore with just him. And it wouldn't work either with him and the newbies. So, at this point, I doubt they have that much to worry about. Also isn't EBR friends with GB, I thought she even went on vacation with him.

All jokes and weird shipping tendencies aside, I do believe that SA genuinely considers EBR a friend and but then again he always seems to toe the company line. There are some instances where he can't help himself because he gets upset because it affects him directly...Coachella love, NotallTexans...

I don't know if I need SA to weigh in on this publicly. Because he often doesn't do it in a way that does him any favours. Maybe he supports them privately. But what I don't get is the people who work for the Arrowverse in those higher positions. Are they just going to ignore it and wait for WB to finish their investigation before making a statement? I mean, they wouldn't even have to make big statements but they are not even saying that they are trying to make the workplace a safe environment. Best theory, they all knew and now don't want to be pulled down with one of their own. Because if you read the statements of the Arrowverse women, it doesn't sound like it was a secret, it sounds like everyone knew what was going on and for the first time there is a chance to fight back. Shame on the people who allowed AK to behave the way he did. And usually, I give people the benefit of the doubt but if 19 people who have everything to lose come forward, then their stories should be taken seriously.

This is what I tell my students all the time: You don't have to break the rules. You can just follow the rules and you won't face punishment. But if they know you aren't following through with the punishment they are less inclined to play by the rules. But then again, I don't know any men in their right mind who thinks that masturbating into a plant in front of a woman is a correct thing to do. You could show them all the sexual harassment videos the world has to offer, they still wouldn't play by the books. They know it is wrong but they do it anyway because they feel as though they can and nobody can get to them. Which is sadly true in many cases.

I have a hard time believing that they didn’t know. They shuffled him around quite a bit. But man, EBR is a beast. None of her castmates had the guts to do what she did. Not even her bosses. As for her job, I doubt they‘d get permission to kill her or write her off from the WB. Also MG doesn’t seem to handle a lot of Arrow things at the moment. I feel as though it is WM. Can’t help but worrry about her though.

So will she be Oliver then? Or Diggle? Curtis will have Felicity's role but which role will Wild Dog have? He is more of a Roy to me than an Oliver.

Regardless of whether one likes it or not, they are really trying to give the other characters stuff to do while Oliver isn't the Green Arrow. That way they can stretch out the storyline of Oliver not being the GA for more than 2 episodes. I actually think that they put some thought process in this. Do I need to see Slade and Oliver looking for his son. Probably not but maybe it will be an entertaining episode. I generally think MB has a good screen presence and maybe I can handle him looking for his son. What I don't like however is that Oliver's son is now being raised by the nanny while Oliver does all these other things. 'Oh, what is William doing?' - 'He is with Raisa, she is with him at all times, even when I am in the bunker in the evening/at night'. That is the one thing I don't like about storyline with kids.

Truth to be told, I think it is just a way to hate on her. People are so butthurt about her role that she could probably cure cancer and they'd still say 'this isn't realistic, I like my superhero shows to be realistic. Look at BC/BS (whoever), she is such a good fighter and has such a good scream. If there is nothing to hate on, you find something. I truly do believe it is the annoyance/anger that she is not Black Canary or Laurel Lance aka Green Arrow's partner. So whatever she does, no matter how likeable she is or realistic her actions are, she isn't LL and therefore some are never going to be on her side.

I hope it is not Felicity. Not because she should be happy with him wanting to help Slade, but for one simple reason: I feel as though she always gets so much unnecessary hate if she voices her opinion on such matters. Which shouldn't stop her but at the moment, I want her to not be the one on the other side. She already told Oliver how unhappy she was about him working with Malcolm in Season 3. Maybe it should be Diggle's turn and she should just support his decision regardless of her own opinion.

I have a feeling he will be in for a rude awakening once the realisation sets in that in order to have Cayden James as a bad guy there might be more 'hacker' episodes than the single one we just had.

Can I just say that I found his performance just ok. I mean, he is evil. But it probably would have worked better for me if he hadn't magically aligned himself with BS. I found that to be the weirdest part. People who don't get why Felicity is important often don't want to get it. I just say a Youtube review (which I could post if people want to be agitated) that basically said 'everyone needs to tell the audience (the lady, Curtis..) that they are a good couple which means that they aren't.' Judging by the looks on their faces they just hate it and don't want to give it the benefit of the doubt.

I love her whole look and I love the hair here. Is that superficial? Probably. I don't care.... Maybe Alena will tell us how she is connected to him. I can't remember at the top of my head but did she have a last name?

Dynasty might still be a profit because they already have a Netflix deal and I think that it has been sold to many parts of the Netflix world. So that one might/could stick around even if its numbers are bad.

The Flash writers love to make jokes/comments about Oliver and his looks.

Well, then she must have been in heaven at this wedding. But all jokes aside, I think she is already over moon being this friendly with SA and his family. I know I don't know her and she might be lovely but it feels like as though her life revolves around being friends with famous people. Her IG has so many pics of people and she isn't even in the photo. Maybe I just have a different understanding of friendships or maybe that is just Hollywood and that is why I don't get it. I think there was a photo SA posted with his 35 'closest' friends and someone from the party comment on it and wrote his name incorrectly. Maybe these are those kind of friendships.

Who knew she could officiate weddings... Also, CM should learn from her friend Jarett how you caption your photos without making it about name dropping people.

I sometimes wonder why she does it. To get others to think she is a cool kid? I mean she must not be a bad person because they seem to like her. However she seems to be the definition of social climber. She must be over the moon to finally be in SA‘s circle. She is milking that for all it‘s worth. Also, I know this is rude but these days I find CH too be a little over the top.
