While I don't want to make light of what he went through, I do have to admit that sometimes it bugs me when celebrities just talk about stuff like this as though it just something you have. Maybe I read his post wrong, which is on me, but I am often not objective when it deals with stuff I have to deal with. I did and do suffer from social anxiety and it isn't just a panic attack once in a while. It changes your whole being. Every day you struggle with being in situations that seem super normal to people around you and the smallest thing could set me off. It is embarrassing and you feel ashamed of yourself because people often don't get what is wrong and why you behave 'weird' all of a sudden. For example, maybe going to the movies can work but once it's crowded in a theatre, you feel as though you might jump out off your skin. It is difficult for some people to understand what you are going through even when they are trying to be understanding. Very rarely I want to talk about it with people, not family and friends and certainly not strangers. I do think that mental health is an individual thing and everyone can struggle in their own way and some events heighten your fears but while being afraid of heights and having social anxiety can go together, they are still two individuals problems. You can be afraid of heights but not have social anxiety. Having kids can additionally heighten a problem. Usually, in the end, you are afraid of dying. Children can bring that out more in you because you want to be there for your kids. I don't mean to come off as rude or making light of his experience but I feel as though he is basically saying sorry for not looking happy in photos that he took with fans on holiday. At the end of the day, I hope he can find a way to deal with whatever issues he has. Hopefully nobody took this the wrong way because I am truly not trying to be rude or a horrible person about it and I don't mean to offend anyone.

So the explanation to why her name stays the same got cut... Why am I slightly annoyed by that. But it's nice that he seems to be friendly to fans.

Is it just me or was the midseason finale quite underwhelming? I mean, you might care about the new guys but if you don't, it isn't really all that big of an emotional punch. Curtis has been quite annoying this season and WD wasn't ever really that much of a pleasant guy. Dinah grew on me and I really would have enjoyed her having more scenes with Quentin. Also, up until now, I find Cayden James to be quite bland as well. I don't understand why Vigilante is a baddie now and do all these people want the same thing that they'd form a team easily? Additionally, the FBI storyline bugs me because it is there but not really, it feels like it is just there to make the team split. Why can't Argus do something for the team, I mean Lyla has power doesn't she? Can't they shut that down? Furthermore, why is Thea not stepping in during difficult times? And does William still believe that Diggle is out there as the GA even though Oliver isn't home anymore during the evenings?

It also helps him if he dresses well. The hat stays home and the one t-shirt he owns is traded in for another one. And while I am at it being superficial.... Emily's white shoes might be very comfortable but I just don't like them. She wears them so often but they are still so weird to me.

Even if one could understand Rene's motivation, how could anyone on the team trust him again after that? I mean, OTA is proven right that the new team members are dishonest, so while their methods of finding out are questionable, it is not as if they are in the wrong. Dinah has her secret, Rene is betraying them and Curtis doesn't really factor into anything really at the moment. Also, are we ever going to find out about the actual evidence or is the FBI lady a part of Cayden's long plan to defeat Team Arrow?

Maybe this was brought up before but shouldn't the president help Oliver out considering he saved the world from an alien invasion? Also the reception looks beautiful but who are all these people? :-)

I don't understand why stuff like this gets covered up. I mean, I do, but it still baffles me. The HR department should protect the abused and not the abuser. Look at NBC, they fired Matt Lauer before it could become public knowledge that he did something and they knew about it. When it becomes about their brand, then they can act. When it is about a nobody who works for them, they seemingly don't really care. Nobody should have that much power or be considered that important that you cannot tell him that he can't behave like the first person to ever live. Also I don't know how you can work with AK closely in the way that GB did for years and not hear about anything at all. I am willing to give people the benefit of doubt but I mean, I don't believe that this is possible.

Hopefully the people who work for the shows can now work safely in their work environment.

Oh Hello, Face! Meet Palm. I can't even put into words why it bugs me so much (the Nazi stuff) because I watch movies/shows that deal with the material but I don't trust them to get the tone right. Looking at you gun violence episode.

So Earth-X Oliver is an even better Nazi than Adolf Hitler, am I getting that right? What a promising storyline.

I just don't care about the newbies. Once again the storyline proves Oliver right that he shouldn't trust people. Also how did BS get into the bunker and why didn't they clean it up after she was there. I really don't like this repetitive idiotic storyline of villains breaking in and nobody caring. Also, why is Curtis such a weird character.

Not so spoilery and maybe that makes me a bad person but I wish they'd fire AK already. After all these things it feels as though they are buying time and reading his name in the writing credits for the crossover does make me slightly uncomfortable.

I mean before Curtis they had Felicity do all the stuff one probably shouldn't be able to do, you know what I mean. So it is not like he isn't expandable in that sense. But I have to be honest, he is rather bland and annoying to me these days. Basically all of the newbies could be recurring for all I care, I am not that emotionally invested.

Why do crossover always make me go 'eh' instead of 'yeah'. I mean, I know the outcome will be positive but the rest of the 3 hours in between sound like one should be ready to go *facepalm*.

Which is just sad to be honest. I can't imagine it is this hard to write badass female characters.

That thought make me think of Al-Sahim/Oliver and how he wasn't evil after all.

Poor William though, he always has to stay with Raisa. He can't even come to a wedding. Or maybe he is staying with the Diggles since they don't seem to be invited.

Maybe they have access from Oliver's room? Weird apartement. What I thought was weird as well was the fact that the window showed all these raindrops and they'd go to the roof even though it is seemingly raining outside.

Well, Diggle's daughter got changed to a son for no reason. That is how much they care about daughters. They'll probably give Slade more sons before they'd make his daughter appear. (sorry, the bitterness came through) They managed to make Slade boring to me, how is that possible? Also SA has very little chemistry with the kid who plays William. Maybe it is supposed to be this awkward.

What makes me question this apology tour is the notion that people threaten to walk out in case he returns. That makes it seem as though they believe he won't be fired. At this point, how toxic would the working environment be if after all this he were to return? Also why is apologetic in quotation marks? Is that calling him out for not doing other things sooner?
