Is the show going to retcon that Casey and Heather Darden actually slept together? I was struck by the resemblance between Grown-Up Griffin and Jesse Spencer, and wondered if it was just accidental, or not. (Nice to see Casey happy enough to laugh joyously and hug Griffin, I'll give them that.)

I don't think Casey and Heather slept together.  At least he claimed they didn't.

I think the Yellowstone land and views are beautiful and breathtaking, but that house is hideous.

    I like the house

Is there a thread for 1883?  I hope we don't have to share this one with another show.

  3. Disappointing episode.  The resolution of last season's cliffhanger was ridiculously fast.  I agree with Dovegrey.  There's entirely too much PDA in the workplace.  I spent decades in the corporate business world (which I know is different than a fire house) but acting professional works in every environment.   This isn't high school.

  4. I didn't care for this episode at all.  Three crossovers is overkill.  I typically really like Most Wanted but I wasn't happy with the storyline.  It's been used on just about every TV show.  I watched FBI and Most Wanted.  I tried to watch International but just couldn''t get into it.  I fell asleep before it was over and I don't even care enough to find out how it ended.  I don't know if there's a thread for International yet but I was not impressed with the cast.  There was no one in it I wanted to see.

  5. I didn't like this episode at all.    It was too predictable and I'm tired of the subject matter.  Every TV show has done a version of Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking theme involving eastern Europeans.  Three crossover shows in a row was overkill.  I watched two and fell asleep during the third one.  I don't even care how it ended.

I finally saw this one. So, “the sponge” for a new generation?

I had to laugh when I read your post.  Does anyone remember the Seinfeld episode when Elaine was rationing her sponges?

I saw that commercial and I'm at a loss for words.  How did that get past a focus group that was still breathing?

I'm in central NJ and the NOAA site had a "tropical storm conditions" warning; got some heavy rain overnight and lighter rain earlier in the day but there's a fair bit of blue sky last I looked outside. Still predicting showers/thunderstorms tonight, though, so who knows? We were supposed to go to my parents' for dinner but my brother cancelled because of uncertain weather. I could have gone (I live much closer) but I had a headache all day, which I am blaming on the weather.

The local news and the Weather Channel always make such a big deal out of these storms.  They make me feel like we're expecting the end of the world.  Today I could see that they were a little disappointed but they tried to talk it up anyway.

I live near NYC. Last night when I went to bed, the storm was projected to basically come right over our heads.

I live on Long Island and I was worried all day yesterday and last night about Henri.  Thankfully, it didn't hit us.  I always worry about losing power and trees falling on my house.  I don't worry about flooding because I live on a hill.

  9. I'm so glad they finally announced a date.  I have a feeling the timing was based on using Yellowstone to promote 1883.  I probably won't be watching 1883 because I refuse to subscribe and pay for Paramount+   I don't know why they can't show it on Paramount (which I already pay for with my cable) but I'm not getting sucked into all these streaming services.  Everyone and their uncle has one these days.

Don't forget about poor Jennifer's dry skin that she moisturizes with Aveeno. Or her dry eye. And her yoga/peletron/skipping rope commercial for whatever the f she's shilling today.

Am I the only one who thinks the woman in the shot of Jennifer from behind in the yoga segment is not really her?  Since we can't see her face, it's just my opinion but I don't think she moves like that.  That woman is strong and Jennifer doesn't strike me as the athletic type.
