  1. Two words about Jim-hypocrite and liar.  When the show opens Teresa the felon, attends a party at Amber and Jim's.  An invitation is extended to Jim to join Bobby and the rest of the husband for a night out.  He refuses on two grounds one the Joes get into fights and the second is he prosecutes mortgage fraud and Joe Giudice is charged with mortgage fraud.  (Apparently, it didn't apply to Teresa being in their home.)  JIm is lying about prosecuting mortgage fraud.

    Jim next crosses paths with the group and is called a jerk off by Rino and then very dramatically tells Joe Gorga he is a dumb fuck because he the mighty Jim -now works for the prosecutor prosecuting Joe and Teresa's case.  He then mixes it up with Teresa G. and Dina and among other things asks if they have an IQ over 12.  I don't know if this was a collective or individual IQ.  Jim is extremely condescending to the woman.

    As to Bobby-Amber got into a fight with the twins in Bobby's kitchen and Jim feels that Bobby should have warned Amber the twins knew about the rumor Amber put into play about Nicole.  The Marcheses felt Bobby owed a higher duty to them than his girlfriend.

    Jim has been aonoxious since day one-threatening to sue people and make them his bitch.  Last night on WWHL they ran a clip of Jim's bad deeds.

    Thank you.  My opinion of Jim has officially been downgraded.  LOL

  2. I haven't seen every episode of this season's RHONJ so I don't know much about Jim Marchese except what I saw in Florida and this week.  His behavior in Florida was deplorable but probably just what Bravo wanted from him.   I don't know why he's not best friends with Bobby anymore or what other inappropriate behavior he's exhibited so I don't have the same level of dislike for him that most of you do.  Of course, that's subject to change as I learn more about him.  I did think his weeping after the photoshoot was overly dramatic but I do believe he honestly adores his wife.   He'd have to.......she's so damn annoying.

    I have two friends who had a double mastectomy and neither of them was able to (or could afford to?) have extensive reconstructive surgery like Amber had so they would never pose for a photoshoot like she did.   They tend to intentionally "cover up" their scars and can't wear anything low cut because of it.   I have to give Amber some credit for being willing to pose as she did and I do think the photos were tastefully done and flattering.   I have no idea what she intends to do with them though.

    ETA:  Since so many of you dislike Jim intensely, I have no doubt that you'll point me in the direction of his past offensive behavior.

  3. I wonder if Joe will even be allowed to take the girls to whatever prison Teresa ends up in, doesn't he need permission to leave NJ still? If Teresa is assigned to the WV facility, those trips to see her would most likely be longer than a single day and instead be a weekend trip 1 or 2 times a month. I also do not see him making that trip with the girls alone, he will need someone to help him with them.

    I agree with you about Joe not being able to make that trip without help.  I'm not sure if he's allowed to leave the state or not. Whoever is "supervising" him while he's waiting to be imprisoned, would probably have to OK it.  No one has mentioned this so it may not be true but I always thought that convicted felons were not allowed to visit inmates in any correctional facility whether it be federal, state or county.

  4. Andy denied paying them for that interview, I do believe it was a part of their Bravo contract. I have read that Teresa gets anywhere from 700K to 800K a season. Whatever they post/write is just a guess though.

    RealityTea just confirmed that you were right on the money.  She was paid $750,000 (plus bonuses) for S6.  I guess they throw that "bonus" incentive out there to get the cast to step up the drama.

    There's a few interesting tidbits in this article.....including the visitation setup.  Apparently, it's only 4 hours per month.  I didn't realize that Joe would be handcuffed upon his release and handed over to immigration.

  5.  Teresa was not responsible for what comes out of Victoria Gotti's mouth, but she is responsible for what comes out of her mouth.  She did go and repeat this rumor to Dina.  IMO, she didn't even have to shut VG down then and there, but she didn't have to go and tell someone else that rumor--on TV no less. Some things you just keep your mouth shut about, and don't comment on.

    Chances are Victoria Gotti was on the show solely for the purpose of dropping this bombshell.  I can't possibly know if it was at Bravo's request or Teresa's.  In either case, it was an awful thing for anyone to say about someone's mother and I don't believe it's true.  That said, Teresa and Amber should have acted like responsible adults and entered into a pact NOT to repeat it to anyone.  Even though I don't care for Amber (or Jim) I can understand Amber telling her husband.  What I don't understand is why Teresa told Dina.  Teresa knows Dina very well and probably told her because she knew it would cause a problem on the Florida trip.  That's how evil I think Teresa really is.

  6. Teresa said that they did NOT have that money, the 200K, and Joe said he had it arranged but it "fell" through! I wonder how long the courts will wait before they hold their feet to the fire? Teresa/Joe REALLY BELIEVE the laws do NOT apply to them, EVER!

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    You're being too kind to Joe.  You're intelligent enough to know what word he should have used but he actually said "arraigned"......I caught that today.
    I wonder how long Bravo will keep milking this interview.  It was on again today and I saw it in the kitchen while making lunch.  The timing was perfect because I was curious if the poster who asked "Did Tre say 'engager' ring?" a few pages back was right and she was!  The dumbass did say that.
    My apologies to whoever asked that question.  I tried to find and quote your post but couldn't.
  7. She's getting ready for the divorce hearings ….
    Speaking of which, a divorce for her will be very expensive.  Any lawyer will ask for a massive retainer upfront.  I wondered how she could afford it, but then I remembered that her family will probably pay for it.  Or In Touch magazine.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Since Teresa is the breadwinner of the family, a divorce could be extremely expensive for her.  She might have to pay Joe "maintenance."  Of course that depends on whether or not she is able to salvage any of her "businesses" after prison.

    I forgot to mention how much I appreciated Andy Cohen's repeated use of the word "prison."   We all know that she hates the words jail and/or prison and wouldn't let anyone say them when Joe was "away."

    ETA:  There's always the possibility that an attorney would handle the divorce just for the publicity.   Then again, by the time she is released her 15 minutes will have expired and her divorce might not get much attention at all.

  8. If anyone had told me that I would watch that interview AGAIN I would have thought it extremely unlikely...........but I did.  I'm not sure what that says about me but damn I enjoyed watching them trip each other up.   Teresa is most definitely a control freak and Joe just doesn't give a rat's ass about what he's "supposed" to say.  I think Joe would have been happy in that apartment above the pizzeria but that couldn't happen because Teresa who claims not to be "materialistic" is a lying, thieving, fame-whore who just had to have it all.

  9. That part was BAD. Joe once again threw the lawyers under the bus (or was it the accountant?), but Teresa had to cut in and stop him, because he wasn't following the script - the omissions on the financial disclosure forms were the lawyer's fault, not theirs. Then she claimed that her lawyer told the judge that he forgot to list her engagement ring and wedding band as jewelry assets. I'm dubious. I feel like one of the courtroom reporters would have mentioned this.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    That was bad but very telling.   Sometimes I think Teresa is the mastermind behind all of this and Joe was duped.
  10. I missed the first minute or two, did they show Andy asking the question about the show being "scripted"? If so, how did Tre answer?
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    She answered the way she always answers........by moving her mouth, spewing some BS and yet saying nothing.    Her first response was "There IS editors and producers."   [Geez!......my 9 year old grandson has a better command of the English language than she does]

  11. Mr. DC says we should drink every time Andy does the WTF look.

    Sorry Mr. DC wants to add every time Andy says convicted felon and disagrees that this shouldn't define Juicy as a man or Teresa as a woman/mother.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Andy surprised me in these interviews.  He's asking the right questions but it's too bad he doesn't call them out on all their lies.  I'm guessing he can't but his WTF looks are almost as good.
  12. If they had any sense of reality they would have made an appointment with a child psychologist and asked what would be the best way to explain what could happen in an age appropriate manner for each child. Tre may have thought she was going to skate by with probabtion but they both knew Joe would do time. Why not make the appointment just in case. Tre was acting like it was A-Okay if Joe went away, wouldn't traumatize the kids all that much as long as she was still home. Nope. They would still need counseling to deal with their dad being gone. They could have had a psychologist come to the house and help them explain the situation while the girls were in the security of their own home to make the conversation easier. They could have forgone the fancy dinner and hotel stay we saw last episode to pay for it.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    You're absolutely right!

    How are those kids going to feel seeing their parents plastered all over the tabloids/magazines in the supermarket?  I'm sure that will happen AFTER Part 2 of their interview with Andy Cohen tomorrow night.  I'm assuming that Bravo told them they couldn't do any interviews until after Andy's.

  13. Listening to Tre talk about "her daughters" and how they're the ONLY important thing makes me want to barf.   If she really cared about her daughters, she wouldn't have exploited them on national TV the way she has.  Let's be honest...........using the term "good parents" within the context of any "Real Housewives" show is more than a stretch.....it's absurd.   I'm sure we'd have no problem listing the many instances Theresa and other "Real Housewives" have embarrassed their kids or behaved badly in front of them.

    In the interview with Andy Cohen Theresa made a point of saying that she told Gia about the sentence.  Give me a break!  Everyone at that house knew the outcome of the sentencing before Tre and Joe got home.  Does she think that we (or Andy) don't know Gia knows how to use the internet and is on Twitter?

  14.

    Oh, and she's going to tell the 3 younger girls that she's going away, but not mention prison. Doesn't she think that in 15 months those girls just might hear someone mention mommy being in prison? I'd be interested to know where exactly she's going to tell them she's going.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    She also said that she wants Joe and the girls to visit her once a week.  Huh?  You can't tell them you're going "on vacation" and then have them come see you in prison.
  15. Holy crap!  Do these people expect us to believe the BS they're saying?
    Tre is dumb but she's not as dumb as she wants us believe.  She alleges that she "didn't understand" the plea deal and then goes on to explain that if they were found guilty of just one of the forty-one counts it could mean a 10 year sentence.  There's no way I believe that she "didn't understand" the plea deal.  I think she thought she'd get off with probation or house arrest.
    "I didn't pay $3,000 for that purse." ..............Big Whoop!  If she got it at half price, she paid $1,500 for it...........of course that depends on whether or not she paid the bill.  Chances are she didn't so she thinks she got it for free.
    When is Part II?  Next Monday???
  16. Regarding the G's having someone buy the mansion for them at a low price--bankruptcy sale... I don't see that happening at all. They will not have enough money to cover taxes and utilities, much less mortgage payments.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    I was curious about the taxes on that gaudy house.  The real estate agent showing Tre a house said they were $60,000. Does anyone know if they paid them?

  17. There's no way I'll ever watch the Manzo's show so I'm reading the comments here and doing laundry.   I wonder when and if Bravo will realize that the RHONJ has run its course.  The new housewives are a train wreck and bringing back Dina, Jaq and Kathy isn't working.  I don't think anything is going to save this show.

    I don't know how many of you feel this way but I'm ready for the entire RH franchise to go away.  NJ is the only one I tune into anymore and that's just because I wanted to see Theresa get what's coming to her.

  18. Hi Everyone!

    I'm a newbie here and after the sentencing Thursday, just HAD to find out what people were saying.  Once upon a time I posted a little on the Bravo boards and then on TWOP but they're gone now.  I saw a reference to this forum just before they shut it down but it took me two days to remember the name.  My memory isn't what it used to be!

    I can remember being frustrated at the overwhelming support for Theresa I saw on those boards initially.  It's refreshing to see that people now have an entirely different opinion of Theresa and Juicey Joe.  I'm sure she still has "fans" out there but thankfully, they don't seem to be here.

    Nothing about the Guidices should shock me but I was shocked to read that they had no health insurance.  Considering the money she blew on parties, clothes and tacky furnishings, she has to be dumber than dirt not to have health insurance for the family she loves so much.
