It was the sole reason Chris won in EoE. Of course, he took a huge risk to exploit it, but still. In a way he "broke" not only the purpose of the fire-making challenge but also the whole EoE twist.

To me, Sia will always be the soundtrack to the last 10 minutes of Six Feet Under, the most perfect ending to any TV show ever. I know that wasn't actually her doing, but anything else she does is second to me.

Also, it would help if they provided them with adequate clothes/coverings so they don't have to huddle together at night just to not get hypothermia, which can result in not only misunderstanding of actions/intentions but also a cover (no pun intended) for unwanted touching. I am not a prude, but I still find it appalling that an older married man was spooning so intimately with and stroking the bodies of young attractive women he had only known a couple days/weeks, let alone touching them after they tell him to stop. If he really doesn't see that that is wrong, there really is no hope for him.

Noura really is the ultimate goat, especially if you can't win immunities. She's too annoying and chaotic to win, but dominated the individual challenge portion of the game. All you have to do is attach yourself to her, flatter her enough to exact her loyalty (and it really didn't take much, as Dean learned), and then let her protect you by winning Individual Immunities in the final stages. Oh, yeah, and learn to make fire. 🙂 IMO, they're using EoE in the Winners season so they can get as much mileage out of these people as possible in terms of footage and audience engagement.

Rhylee's approach to Tyler last season was pretty much exactly the same as Simone's, IMO. Couldn't resist him sexually despite being treated disrespectfully -- of one episode, after he had been flirting (making out?) with a woman at the bar, she still hooked up with him because she "wanted to get laid" -- which is of course is her prerogative but it's pretty parallel to Simone this season, except that Simone has more angst about it. Rhylee went farther than Simone has so far, planning a future together with Tyler, despite it clearly being a booty call situation.

And, you know, not rolling his eyes at the camera. Way to be a good boss.

Totally! He'll definitely be the most forgotten winner ever. More so than Vecepia, Michelle Fitzgerald, or Chris-the-third-voted-out. At least I can remember their names! In fact, whoever wins this season will be forgotten, unless it's Janet. That would, in some small measure, be a just ending for this disaster.

Karishma, who is a natural beauty, was trying way too hard with her appearance at TC. I mean, she looked like she was going to a nightclub or gala or something with that dress, jewelry, and makeup. They're on a tropical island, fer chrissakes. One shudders to think how she'll look at the reunion.

You're probably right, but I'd still like it if Kellee would get another shot, on a "second chances" season or something. And Elaine of course. I hope and expect she will be invited back. She is absolutely Survivor gold.

Well he was warned earlier and clearly didn't heed the warning. He might even have been told that if he continued unwanted touching he'd be ejected from the game. I'm assuming that Survivor is well within its rights based on contractual terms. But of course we already know that Dan doesn't understand/heed warnings or requests to stop (see Kellee).

Who asked Jeff Varner? Why is he even weighing in? It's not like he is a respected source of wisdom or anything. Or I guess he just has an ax to grind with Survivor and can't help himself.
