My enjoyment was marred by my ongoing annoyance that Charlie was eliminated. I can't let go. All my household votes went to Meryl who was superior in every way last night. My husband is a big Amy fan but even he was all "gee, put her down dude".

God, that Moon Door just gives me the creeps. However it is useful in taking out the crazy trash.

Loved the finale. Made of win. Bill Paxton was fabulous and so glad to see Patton Oswalt back again. As an episode it was fun, fast and snarky here and there. I agree with the post upthread that if the whole season had been like this it would be the #1 show on TV.

I'm rarely sure about anything. I watched the show and they had a big banner that said 50+% of the vote went to Meryl. I didn't hear anything about a viewer poll. I thought maybe they had inside info since they are ABC.

On Good Morning America yesterday (I recorded it to see Charlie) they said Meryl had over 50% of the total vote. For me that says this is a runaway. If it can't be Charlie, I'm good with Meryl.

Loved Charlie the entire season. He got all the votes from my house so we did what we could. My whole house went "nooooo!" when he was eliminated. He was marvelous and game, even outside his skill set. Lovely foxtrot. Shifting votes to Meryl or anyone-but-Amy.

I'll miss Charlie. I loved his foxtrot. Found Meryl's poofy skirt really ugly unless in full twirl. Tried not to imagine what a normal sized human would look like in that mess.

I want anything other than Charlaine's last few books. Because they sucked. A completely off canon story would be fine with me. Plus Eric and Pam because they rock.

Hee! That's perfect. I'd never heard of her before last night but missy really thinks highly of herself doesn't she? I really liked James last night. He was cheering beyond that required for Charlie and was supportive of Amy. That said, I'd not mind it if Amy went home. I want to see a Charlie/Meryl finale.

I have a dance question. In his quickstep, Charlie seems to lunge forward and lose that straight up and down posture the pros have. It is a lot in the legs and thighs. I love watching him dance but that was puzzling to me. Can anyone help me with this? I have no actual knowledge of dance.

I thought that was so odd. Where was everyone else? Great night for Charlie. Loved the dance with Candace.

Did Robin throw the gift that Littlefinger just gave him down the moon hole? Or whatever it is they call it? I've had nightmares about that hole. It creeps me out. I think the entire gene pool needs a flushing. Some scenes still too dark for me to tell what is going on. If I didn't have closed caption and replay I'd have no idea what was happening except with Danerys/Kalesi (sp?) who is always gloriously lit in brilliant daylight.

Genius. This show just keeps getting better. Best episode since the Pull Out King.

I'd also love to see more work related pre-dance clips. I had seen a still shot of Sharna and Charlie doing handstands against each other this week....never saw that on the show. I also do think athletes are a lot more used to playing with pain. So are dancers. You strap up and keep going.

I my head there are a bunch of execs at A&E sitting around a desk saying "is that show still on?". I can't believe how little love they have for this great show. That said, can't wait for the next season to start.
