I do like a site where there is a conversation rather than fan gushing and everything sucks, sucks, sucks. This summer has been horrendous here also, YOU CAN TOTALLY HAVE MY CAT! He is a pest. He eats the packing tape off of boxes and pretty much anything, he was chewing on a plastic shopping bag this weekend. He might be "special". I have found a walking dead compatriot at work. She will look into whether she can get the time off to go to Walker Stalker Con with me. This trip and the start of the new season I hope will give me the kick in the pants I need to get out of my pity party. A new job, new car, new life wouldn't hurt either.

I'm always underwhelmed by the Sklars, love me bunches of funches! I went to Oddball comedy fest last year, was a really good show, I wish I could have gone to 1 this year.

I was pestered into watching. I hadn't seen the first season and several people just hammered me night and day to watch. I resisted. I liked 28 Days Later but Shaun of the Dead is my favorite Zombie movie because it pokes holes in all zombie lore, like they don't run fast, how can they ever catch you? I figured if you've seen any zombie movie, and that's roughly two hours, what else can they possibly do with zombies??? So I sat down to watch a marathon of season 1 because it's only 6 episodes. One and two were all right, then season 2 started so I was kinda yo-yo-ing between the rest of season 1 and the beginning of season 2. Aside from getting completely lost because I missed the episode where Ed died, I was hooked. Watched so many marathons since so I could get them all in the right order and I notice something new every time. I talk to invisible people, well I scream..."HE BIT OFF HIS FINGER, DID YOU SEE THAT?" and there's no one there. Clearly, there's a lot they can do with zombies. .

Oh, I'll be here for marathons before the season premiere, the season premiere then unless my brain explodes at walker con I will be here to share.

Another refugee from TwoP, hello charlieboo! The mime that raped Sylvia thread was seriously my home for a couple of years. Met people, went on a pilgrimage to Laura's house in Missouri. I think LHotP prepared me and shaped me into the twisted soul who loves Walking Dead, Dexter, Oz, Deadwood...you name it, if it's twisted, I'm there. All from this wholesome little show with good christian values...and fried babies...and mime rapists...and flaming wagons flying down hills killing parents in front of their childrens eyes!

I know, Georgia is too big. Thanks for the link, I'm signing up. I've looked all through Walker Stalker Con's website and I think only the vip stuff is extra. I can't afford $100 for an autographed photo of 1 person much less many others so I'll make do with the free stuff or pre packaged mementos. I'm very easily pleased. The bash afterwards is $20 which I don't think I'd go to anyway, I don't have costume things, who knows perhaps my inner party zombie will decide later.

I usually do too, I currently don't have amc, I'm up and down with my channels. whenever they offer me free packages I take them then cancel. Yes I'm cheap. You're about 3 hours west of me. I've booked my hotel for Walker stalker, still holding out hope for somebody who can ride with me or meet up. Looks like Friday is the duds (Minka, Lizzie) the good peeps don't show up til Saturday. It's looking more and more like I'm skipping my friend's wedding to stalk Maggie and Michonne. I know this is gonna be a dumb question, I know the "vip" stuff costs extra and I know they want money for autographs etc. But if I have my passes to get in, what else are they charging me for? Ya'll may not know but in a general sense, I've never attended comic con or any con. I'm winging it and I pray that each panel isn't a different cost. I know the vendors are all their own thing.

I'm South Georgia, practically North Florida, you know I was aiming at you...HER! I'M KIDNAPPING HER TO TAKE TO WALKER STALKER CON. Kidding. I would totally go on those tours and my goal is to find people local to hang out with and watch. I'm addicted to every Sunday night show, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Dexter and so on. Those are like my sports seasons and I have to be quiet and not spoil people at work or my friends who haven't watched yet. I need geeks to gush with.

I'm also a refugee from TwoP although I had been out for a while before it closed. I'm thankful to find this because in my uber-geek way I'm seeking Walking Dead obsessed weirdos. (In the nicest possible way) Like Mandolin, I live in Georgia and I just got tickets to Walker Stalker Con in October. First thing like this I've ever done and now I'm seeking peeps to come with me. Obviously I will aim closer to home but if there was anybody going that I could meet while there, it would be awesome sauce. So I'm trying to find peeps for viewing parties, marathon before new season starts and hopefully recurring. And other than places like this I have no idea where you find people. Craigslist might get me a little more weird than I'm comfortable with. I don't know how to make a facebook group that anybody would ever find outside my list of friends or people I invite. Anywho, hello and I can't wait for October.
