  1. what did they do with the crab that was already in the tanks?
  2. I can't resist a good preview!
  3. In the Morroco show, he is sitting at a streetside table with an expat. A local street vendor walks by with some cigarettes to sell, and the expat doesn't even hesitate or waver while he was talking. He extends some money and gets the goods. It took about one-half second. They showed Anthony's mild surprise, then the vendor standing there smiling. It was so smooth and comfortable, that it made the expat look very much like a local. Only lasting a few seconds, it was a neat scene. Well, I thought they were cigarettes. It might have been some funny stuff for smoking.
  4. Was Marcus going to pay off the losses that the owner had incurred by running the business for several years? Treating it as a normal debt? Why should the owner get his personal injections of cash paid back? Paying off debts to banks and such allows the business to continue.
  5. No one mentioned the similarity between "Pro-Fit" and "Profit". Don't know why Marcus need an answer right now, for the biz offer to the wife. It was a surprise to her and the husband, so letting her think about it for a little while would have been the professional thing to do. Maybe Marcus thought the husband would interfere with her deal if he gave her (them) time. He probably would have.
  6. She was not moving. She said it near the beginning of the show, and she guaranteed it by sabotaging the deal at the end of the show. That might have cost her a couple million dollars (eventually).
  7. This was an odd episode. Near the beginning, Marcus was told that the father was the majority shareholder. But he doesn't talk to him until the final scene. Odd. And isn't it crazy to go into production of new toys without asking kids if they *like* the toys? At one point Marcus rattles off the bottom line for the previous three years, and it sounded like they had lost money for three straight years. But I didn't get a clear read on it. Maintaining a high amount of debt for a long time means they could not pay it down. They were treating it like a permanent part of the plan. Maybe they were adding debt in the last couple of years so they could pay their own salaries. Not a good recipe. One more thing - can I borrow that credit card? :)
