  1. He can't! Because Zack is Jasus and Kelly is Sam and Patrick is...Jeff.
  2. I truly apologize for putting this idea into the universe. It's SO Ron, though. And of course a subsequent scene would show Robin being attacked by a wildebeest.
  3. That moment/conversation reminded me of something they might do on a CW teen-centric show. The girl tells the boy she never went to prom and he surprises her by recreating the prom in his living room. I seriously expect Patrick to do this.
  4. I'd definitely describe them as "stable" because the writers are hellbent on keeping them together no matter what. In a way it's nice because everyone else swaps partners every two seconds.
  5. I will eat this up like it's freaking seven-layered chocolate cake. TPTB best write Sam in character because there's no way in HELL she'd ever, ever, ever be conflicted when it comes to Jason. And I need her to be Robin's personal assistant for at least a year. Haaaa. I wonder if BM decided to watch some of Burton's stuff to get familiar with the role.
  6. I think you put it perfectly. Patrick can be worried about Robin and the Victor threat and still want to divorce her over the Jason stuff. While it would be hypocritical because he seemingly doesn’t care about Sam’s bond with Jason, those two things don’t have to be separate. And LOL, Patrick doesn’t even look guilty when he’s with Sam. Even today, when Sam was like, “What’s your secret? You HAVE to have a secret,” he was so unfazed by it. But, yes, please continue to watch the show for the pretty. Trust me, you’re doing it right. I just drive myself bonkers! Like Tiger said, I believe Robin is back on Wednesday. It’s just for that day that I know of. I think Billy Miller is a great actor and he’ll out-act the majority of the GH cast. If you ever have a chance, look up some of his clips from Y&R on YouTube.
  7. HAHA. I also thank you for my daily laugh, Rancide. That was gold.
  8. YESSS. I'm biased, but whatever. Chick has been on the show on/off for nearly 30 years. Asking for the character to get a happy ending shouldn't be too much to ask for.
  9. I know, isn't that crazy? There's so much violence and camp. Almost every relationship is clouded with lies. The romance and actual solid couplings completely disappeared. And you're right, the family stuff is non-existent, too. Except if you're in Dr. O's family. Wow.
  10. Oh, yeah! Forgot about them. Do the functional ones barely have screentime?! Haha.
  11. Was just randomly thinking about the current couples on the show and realized that Molly/TJ are the only functional one. Am I right about this?
  12. I completely understand. I also think both Patrick and Robin have done things that have been out of character that I assume the writers believed they had to do because of dramatic purposes and KMc's departure. I guess it's frustrating because I personally see so many more options than what they decided to do. And I think it's stupid that I'm supposed to fall for the "coincidence" of Patrick/Sam falling for each other when in reality all I think about in their scenes is, "Really, Patrick? You're hitting on the woman that your wife was trying to HELP by bringing Jason back to her?! The guy you wanted to leave for dead!?" That's where I'm like, so out. Ha.
  13. Hahaha. That just made me laugh for real. I'm all for the actors/characters getting a chance to be happy on-screen for a change, but it's the happiness that's juxtaposed with Robin being held hostage...again...that annoys me. And that brings me to your OOC talk. I agree with you somewhat there. There is a part of me that doesn't believe Patrick would actually just completely forget about Robin or her situation, so I do blame the writers for a lot of that stupidity. Now do I think Patrick likes to quickly jump into bed when he feels scorned? Yes. So, yeah.
  14. I honestly don't think Ron is writing Patrick as in the wrong for anything he's doing. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if this was ALL about making Patrick feel bad about what he did to Sabrina. That's right up Ron's alley. Because, to me, if Patrick were to maybe learn something, it's to understand that people (Robin/Jason, for example) can have non-romantic friendships and connections to others and want to help them. Of course, that only works if he didn't want to hop in Sam's bed, but alas. I'm with you. I want Robin to cut her ties with Patty once and for all and they can both move on. Sadly, I don't see her having this revelation. More like, "I made you sleep with Sam 'cause of my lies!" I will say this, I'm happy to see Patrick not crying for a change, but that will end soon. As much as Sam/Patrick are all smiles now, the frowns and tears and yelling will be coming around the corner, I'm sure.
  15. I don't know if ME checked out or if this is Silas' natural reaction to Nina.... It's not as though the writing is Silas all HIP HIP HOORAY about her, ya know?
  16. That was so, so weird. Nathan's smile while it was happening was also strange. Glad Levi/Peter/Blah is finally gone, but the whole story was an epic fail on so many levels.
  17. Agree. It mostly kills me that they couldn't properly explore Carly/AJ. There was so much there. But instead it's Sonny/Carly Part 98. Sigh.
  18. Heh. It's frustrating, though, because it didn't have to be this heavy-handed and obvious. I see why fans are into them because I think I would like them too...under a different story. I would have wanted Robin to have been completely free from Patrick before they went there. They don't need her to do a Jason/Sam/Patrick triangle, especially because she's not even on-screen.
  19. Patrick sucks and this PLOT DRIVEN STORYLINE SUCKS. The “Let’s hook up Sam/Patrick now that Jason is coming back!!!!” nonsense is so forced, from the writing, to the acting, to the directing. Patrick calling Sam a “smartass” and “Sammy”? Sam jumping on his lap while he opens his fortune cookie? All the shit written in the fortune cookies!? The AWFUL CHEESY SMILES!? Help me. Someone. Anyone. I wish I saw chemistry between the actors because it would maybe help me forget the horrificness of the story. Sam is EH to me in this scenario. My only gripe is that while her and Robin weren’t besties, Robin has done enough for her and Jason and her family that I feel like Sam should take her into consideration just a little bit. It’s a woman-to-woman thing for me. Patrick, on the other hand, is so done in my eyes. No longer can be redeemed. Over. Done. Bye Felicia. You win, Ron! All I want now is for Robin to officially be freed from his stupid ass self. The not-yet-an-official-divorce stuff isn’t working because it’s based on LIES. I need everything to be revealed for Robin to know that while her LIFE WAS AT RISK, Patrick was sexing up Sam and didn’t give a single shit about her.
  20. No matter how hard I try (and I've tried, I swear!), I just can't get into Sam. I don't hate her. And it's not like anything she does is truly offensive in the grand scheme of soap characters, but there's something about her that is uninteresting and low-energy to me. There was also a few years there where she was always in the hospital for something or another and it got so repetitive. Like, how many times can the chick get shot?
  21. I freaking adore the older stuff with Robin/Anna. KMc/Finola had such a real connection from the start. And this was back when GH actually wrote kids as...kids. Parents as...parents. It's so embarrassing comparing that scene to what's happening now with the current younger set.
  22. Word x 10000. I thought TB had chemistry with EVERYONE...excluding Mo. Loved her with Ingo and Chad Brannon, too. Speaking of that beef, was this anything more than SK wanting more of a story and a romantic interest?
  23. Bwah. Well, between the blinks, stares and shrugs OH MY, I'm gonna need him to kiss Robin's ass and sing her praises to pretty much anyone who will listen. This includes small animals and children.
  24. I always thought they'd bring Jason back, but I didn't think it'd be this soon. I do think BM was special enough to them that they made the move to get him quickly, though.
  25. I want the character of Jason to do something different than what we've seen him do since the mid-late '90s. Give him a bit of a break from Sonny/Carly and that whole scenario for a hot minute. Now that BM is in the role, see how he works with other actors. What may have worked with SB might not work with BM.
