  1. Sam and Patrick were never that close or friendly. I'm pretty sure they only interacted when Sam or Jason needed medical attention. But I'll bite. They formed a quick little bond out of thin air because Sam was there for Patty during the Gabriel and Rafe stupidity...and bad wifey wasn't. So to make the story more dramatic and cray, wouldn't it make sense for bad wifey to be around? But, alas, this story is not about Robin or Patty's struggles. It's about SAM and her struggle in the midst of two (three if you count Silas) men.
  2. I think the most frustrating thing is how Patrick, Anna, Robin, Scrubs, etc, have to be destroyed and twisted into pretzels to serve Jason and Sam's story. And what's more is I'm not personally invested in Sam and Patrick to care about the dramatics surrounding his secret. Their whole relationship was sped up to the point where any downfall doesn't carry an emotional punch. Plot point to the nth degree.
  3. Oh, I wish. Because as much as it doesn't make sense for Patty to not give Robin another thought, it makes even less sense for Anna. With my luck, though, Anna's main story will probs be pushing Patty to move on with Sam.
  4. It's not about him trying to interpret every single lie Robin has told since she left months ago. It's about knowing that Robin would never CHOOSE to stay away from Emma if she could come home. She would also never willingly stay away from him. They've been together for nearly a decade at this point. So it's about using THAT information to question that something doesn't add up. Hell, he even said it today. "It's like she's a completely different person." That should be enough to maybe investigate a bit more. Not go on another adventure with his adventure buddy.
  5. Yes. Yes. Yes. Patrick's priority should be to figure out what's up with Robin. Not take what she's saying at face value. Fly to Paris. Come up with a plan with Anna to get Robin back home. His next move should not be to start ANY type of relationship, sexual or emotional, with Sam or anyone else. This is where the way Patrick is being written is not my cup of tea. It doesn't necessarily make him a VILLIAN. It makes him a douche. Not husband-material. An ass. A dick. And that is why the story Cartini chose to tell sucks.
  6. I tried to come up with a deep response to this, but then I realized that Ron wants to have his cake and eat it, too. I really think this is more about giving Patty a free pass to screw around than developing him and Sam/fill in the blank into a viable love story. So when the time is right and Patty has had his choice of women, Robin can come back and he can pretend he was acting out because of Robin's lies.
  7. I get you. After everything they've already written, yes, it would be unreal for Robin to just be like, "See ya." They've dug this hole and now we're here. I guess I'm just confused as to how they're going to move forward from here. I wish we knew a bit more about KMc's future with the show. I understand that some people want to see a recast or Robin's death, but I personally think if it's too late for anything, it's those two options.
  8. I'm stubborn and don't even want this. I don't get why Robin can't be happy off-screen without Patrick. Why does she have to be held hostage or in a coma or something dramatic, you know? When did Robin's character become SO TIED UP in Patty and Scrubs?
  9. Exactly. RC, for some reason or another, doesn't think that Scrubs would ever break up unless it's like a hostage/kidnapping/lying situation. But like I've stated too many times, the only way this even works is if Robin is THERE for long periods of time. Then, yes, the story can be about Scrubs and their ~undying love~.
  10. I don't even know what to say about that. Because what "future"? KMc, as of now, isn't there full-time. And I doubt they'll do a recast, although nothing surprises me at this point. So they're going to have Patrick in limbo until when? None of Patrick's relationships with anyone else will ever be rooted in anything real because Patrick doesn't know the truth about Robin. So why would anyone invest in Patrick/Sam or Patrick/whoever. I don't get it.
  11. It's so odd because I feel like they're doing this to keep Scrubs an option. For some reason, the writers don't just want to break them up and have them have joint custody of Emma and call it a day. Because wouldn't that solve everything? Then Robin could randomly come as she pleases/when KMc is available, when Emma is off-screen she could be with her mother, and Patrick could move on to other romantic interests. Am I crazy? I just don't get it.
  12. LMAO. LMAO. Patrick/Robin/Anna has me like, WHOA. 1. Patrick FINALLY spills everything to Anna, claiming that he was sworn to secrecy. Except he told Sabrina. 2. Patrick tells Anna that Robin was threatened by Victor and was basically given no choice to go along with everything or Jason would be killed. But he sees Robin a few weeks ago and acts like a complete asshole. 3. Robin tells Patrick/Anna she's in Paris while sitting in a limo and in purple scrubs. 4. Patrick/Anna don't even question Robin or think she might still be in danger while they're talking alone? They actually believe that she's just lost in life and needs to stay away from her daughter? Hey, Patrick, if you think she's a completely different person, maybe there's something at work here? 5. Anna is soothing PATRICK at the end? When she should be hopping on a plane to Paris? 6. LOL @ Patrick telling Robin they can "talk about this" when she was talking about the divorce. Yes, Patty, let's talk about you and Sam, too. So both Patty and Anna are going to drop this until Robin/KMc is back for another batch of episodes? Until Jason is known to be alive? This whole thing is one big fat fail. So many characters have to be completely stupid in order for it to work.
  13. THIS. I'm such a broken record, but hey, so is Ron, so we'll call it even. To me, I'd rather not see a recast, so I'm all for just writing off Robin until KMc wants to come back full-time or they work something out where she's at least there on a semi-regular basis. Otherwise, I'm over it and just want it to end.
  14. My problem with the entire storyline is all the characters, especially Patrick, are being written OOC. While I agree that Patty can't really backtrack, I'm fairly certain that whatever happens with Robin will result in Patty moving on with Sam, Anna not searching for Robin, and Jason with no memory. How the writers get there will be nothing less than hilariously bad and unrealistic.
  15. I think it's because the story isn't about Robin coming home at this particular time. Anna, Patrick or even Jason looking for Robin would mean the story was about her life and her family, when the writing is clear that it's more about Jason's arrival and Jason's reunion with Sam, Danny, Sonny, Carly, etc. I'm speccing that before Patrick says one word about Robin/Victor/Jason to Anna, Robin calls him up and says she's OK and the divorce is on and to not tell anyone, including her mother, about what she's doing. Because 1) They can't have Patty look bad by still pursuing Sam while Anna alone is searching for Robin, and 2) This gives them a reason to keep Robin/KMc off-screen. I'm pretty sure the "Where is Robin?" story will come to a head whenever Jason remembers everything. I'm assuming he will lose his memory because it wouldn't make sense for him to know who he is and not search for Robin first thing.
  16. Pretty much. This show is ass backwards. Usually the characters that...um...risk their own lives for each other...are the ones who are in love. Sorry, I'm just not entertained at all watching a woman being held hostage and tortured (for the 432804832 time) to save her family while her husband is falling for and/or screwing someone else. I'll pass.
  17. The only good thing about the whole Carly/Sonny/Franco mess is watching RoHo. Franco is vile, but seeing him fuck with Carly is kinda amazing, so yeah. I'll take it. Couldn't care less about anything that has to do with Ava or Sonny or Shawn or whatever was happening today. MW is a good actress, but the character has me yawning. Jordan looked hot, though. Patrick continues to be the biggest freaking dumbass alive. Everytime he talks with Emma, it's like he's surprised she's upset about Robin or the divorce. Him trying to kick her out of his bed? Like, wow. At least Emma has some brains to QUESTION that maybe her mother wants to come home or doesn't really want a divorce. Why can't the douche even ENTERTAIN that thought? Robin STRAIGHT UP TOLD HIM, "Please give me more time. I'll always love you." But, nope, nothing. Oh, he has to have sex with Sam. I got it. I don't know if it was intentional, but I kinda liked how Finola played Anna in the scenes with Sam/Patrick. She was almost timid to say anything around Sam and looked sorta uncomfortable. I laughed when she told Patrick, "Sam is really going far for you," or something of that nature. All the while, ROBIN is ruining her stupid life to keep him alive. The episode was kinda worth it to see Patty shitting his pants when Anna told him about the clinic blowing up. I need Anna to go off on him. Please, Ron, grant me this wish. Of course, Patty's guilt and freaking out will probably last about 5 minutes. Robin should have just told Helena to kill Patty. It's OK, honey. Sacrifices have to be made. It's so pathetic that she keeps on saying that Jason will save her. She has NO hope that her stupid husband will actually try to figure out what's going on and try to help her. Divorce his tired ass, please.
  18. I was thinking Faison, as well. Robin was weirdly looking downward in that preview. It looked odd.
  19. Dude, I have NO idea. PLUS, we have Patty all up on Sam while Robin is nearly waxing poetic about Sam's happiness. It's sick.yowsah1, I'm down for whatever has Patrick far, far away from Robin. I need Ron to finally free Robin from him.
  20. I'm hoping any interaction with Patty will be brief. By the way Robin was talking today, it seemed like she had kinda accepted the divorce and just wanted to see Emma. It gives me hope that she won't be begging Patty to take her back.
  21. LOL at like, 4 people at Franco's birthday. I still don't know what Carly feels for any man. Are we supposed to believe she deeply loves both Franco and Sonny? I ain't buying it. Lucy/Bobbie/Scott is such a complete snooze. I miss Kevin. Sam looked pretty. But any scene with Sonny angers my core. The shootout at Ava's apartment looked lame as hell. I liked Faceless!Jason! last week, but I was less than impressed today. Robin is gabbing up a storm about her kid, missing her family and her divorce and Jason just...sits there??! No touching at all? Not even a damn handhold? Just so completely not how Jason would act. And then SEPARATING at the end? Jason would never let her go off by herself like that. Just....what!? This whole thing has been such a waste of KMc/Robin. I'm ignoring this plot point shit until BM arrives. And my poor freaking Robin. Talking about the happiness of Sam, Sonny, CARLY, and Michael. While no one really gives her a second thought. Ughhh.
  22. I dunno, I do believe that Robin saving Jason's life meant something to Carly. And I think this time she should be kissing Robin's ass for sacrificing everything for Jason AGAIN. That doesn't mean Carly isn't still a beast, though. Ha.
  23. LOL. Trust me, I agree with everything you wrote. Carly was jealous of every woman who took Jason's attention, Robin obviously included. But I do believe that over the years, at least medically, she turned to Robin and expected her to save Jason. And I do believe she was grateful for that. And she should continue to be grateful once she finds out about Jase being alive thanks to Robin.
  24. This is exactly what I expect to happen, as well. Sadly.
  25. are true, I now wonder if they will have any scenes together. I'm assuming KMc will eventually have scenes with BM when she films again. Because I don't think this storyline will come to a head or be able to come to a conclusion until everything has been revealed. GHScorpiosRule, I can't stand Carly, and I especially think she is a complete moron when it comes to her dislike of Robin, but I think over the years she began to accept and semi-understand JnR's history and relationship. Obviously, a lot of that had to do with Robin not really being a threat anymore in terms of Jason's romantic attention (Sam and Liz got that hell in the past decade and longer), but I also think she started to respect Robin (as much as Carly could) being a doctor who had a hand in helping A LOT of her family members. I really liked Carly's appropriate reaction to Robin's "death." I think she told Johnny that while they couldn't stand each other, Jason loved Robin. And then she rushed to the hospital to be with Jason and yelled at Sam for keeping the news from him. She said, "Don't you know their history!?" Which was cute coming from Carly, really. That she was the person who knew and acknowledged JnR's love and importance to each other. And I liked that Carly wanted to bury the hatchet a few months ago when Robin came back. I'm actually really looking forward to Carly/Robin's relationship after everyone knows Jase is alive.
