Honestly, as long as Robin/KMc is off-screen, I don't think she'll be a factor in any emotional way. Most likely the "Robin is a liar who lies!" route (as Dandesun posted), if she's mentioned at all.

It's also strange that they've chosen the Robin hostage/kidnapping story again because, at some point, it's going to have to come to an end. And then what? She leaves AGAIN? They've dug themselves into the largest hole ever for no reason.

I feel like I'm the only one who thinks he looks like more of a douche as long as it's NOT official. Every other episode Patty's like, "I'm almost free!!" Just makes him skeezeballs. I really don't get why Ron is playing with Scrubs fans, though. I know they had a very large fanbase (possibly still do? Don't know for sure), but what's the point of it? Does he think ratings with drop? So strange.

I just think it's weird that it's taking so long to finalize. It's like it's not official yet for a reason. I don't get it, though.

I'm not really fond of him sometimes because he has this weird look in his eyes. Like, almost diabolical. Or maybe it's boredom, I dunno.

I don't know much, but I do know BM will rock whatever material he's given. Part of my problem with Jason for awhile was Stevie's performance.

Eh. I haven't taken a formal poll, but I'm pretty sure most of the audience, especially the long timers, appreciates Robin/KMc and what she means to GH. I just don't think killing the character or recasting is in the cards. Cartini would have 1. Never brought her back to life, or 2. Would have done it by now.

Yep. Why Ron chose to tell a story that makes the characters act ridiculous and rude, I will never know. Because forget Patty, if JASON doesn't care about the person who BROUGHT HIM BACK TO LIFE, that's downright insanity.

Lol, while Dr. Doucheshit has been on our screens from his conception, I still think the writing right now is in a class of its own. On Skype, Robin said she's broken, is a terrible mother, makes wrong choices, is never coming home, and then ends the call saying she LOVES Patty. And Patty responds with, "Sam is so hot. Me like Sam. Me like to sleep with Sam." That's low even for Patty.

Exactly. I don't understand the KMc blame game. She doesn't write the show. The storytelling is on Ron and Co. And if they don't want her showing up sporadically because it doesn't work for their story, that's their choice to stop it. KMc has been on the show on and off for nearly 30 years. If she feels like she wants to come back whenever and Cartini allow it, she has the right to do it as much as anyone else.

Yep. That's the problem. Patrick will never be "free" from Robin as some believe. Why? Because Ron is greedy. He wants to keep Scrubs viable while also allowing for Patrick to get some on the side. But for many viewers like myself, it doesn't work under "hostage" circumstances. There's nothing appealing to me watching a character who has been taken away from her family (for the 2nd time) while her husband screws someone else. Is that romance? Is that love? Shouldn't the husband be instrumental in saving his wife? You could say this is KMc's fault for not signing up full-time, but she has nothing to do with how the story is written. Scrubs could get a divorce normally and call it a day. But that's not what Ron wanted to do. So Patty will continue to look like a douche who doesn't question why the supposed "love of his life" is never coming back. And it's not anything being Patty's "fault." It's the fact that he has to be written as clueless, selfish, stupid, hypocritical, etc, for Ronald's brainchild to work.

You summed it up perfectly. I couldn't care less if Patrick moves on. But the way it's being written is hard to swallow in context to the entire story. The mother of his child just told him she's NEVER COMING HOME. And the only thing on his mind are his feelings for Sam? I just can't be a cheerleader for this, no matter how hard I try. It's not about her chemistry with all her dudes, though. It's how the writers chose to tell Liz's story with them. There's a way for her to have several love interests without them ALL being "the greatest love she's ever had ever." That's my issue. When every relationship becomes ~soulmates~. They're flipping gorgeous people. Like, they hurt my eyes.

I agree, but as long as Robin is being held hostage and Patty doesn't know, how can the character truly move on with someone else? There will always be that unknown secret just lingering there to the viewers. And for me, I'm mad that the writers ruined a chance for ME to like Patrick with Sam because my main problem is the Robin factor. All they had to do was let Robin be free. SMH. ...... In terms of the Liz talk, while all characters on soaps are fickle in the love department... 1. It doesn't change every week, and 2. Most have ONE major love that is >>>> the rest.

Is it sad that I was sitting here contemplating the pros and cons of Robin with those guys? That's how much I hate Patrick right now.

Can Patty be sucked out of the plane, too? But, yes, Sam's hypocritical opinions on Alexis/Julian is pretty dumb. But I will say this about the writing for her. At least she acknowledges and is able to discuss her feelings on Jason, Silas and Patrick, even though her having feelings for three men is just baffling. Patrick's only dialogue is, "I know you said YOU'RE not ready. YOU are having issues moving on right now. I'm ready and willing to take my pants off. Just let me know."

I'll take Robin with anyone but Patrick. Anyone.but.Patrick.

Thank you show for reminding me why Liz grates on my last nerve. This woman has a new love of her life every.freaking.week. It's Lucky, then it's Jason, then Nik, then A.J., then NOT A.J, then Lucky, then Nik, then Jason....stop this circle of death. Please. Just stop. And now it's Jason again because...YOU GET A PLOT POINT! AND YOU GET A PLOT POINT! AND YOU GET A PLOT POINT! I seriously CAN'T with anything that has to do with Sonny/Carly. I have never, ever, ever, ever liked them. And never, ever, ever, ever will. Ever. It's funny Patrick and Sam were drinking in their scenes because I need a vodka whenever I see those two interact, especially when they go down memory lane. Their conversation was SO reminiscent of things Robin and Patrick used to say to each other. "I hated you and thought you were a dog!" "I couldn't stand your love for mobsters and you're stubborn!" Sorry, Scrubs did it better. Patrick makes NO mention of Emma, randomly drops his divorce as a way of flirting, and then says, "Don't worry, I'm not going to kiss you!" And I'm supposed to believe this man CHANGED? Or feel sorry for him? Someone explain to me like I'm Sonny how this man is in some kind of hard place. There are no complexities in this story. He's not struggling. It's gross.
