I was told after breast cancer surgery and node dissection not to lift anything over 5 lbs with that arm because it can cause lymphedema. I did not take any sick selfies but I did use this as an excuse not to vacuum for a very long time. I also read that article that said David was jealous of Yo's celebrity and another that the families didn't blend well. I think that's just Yo putting her spin on things.
