  1. Chronologically it might make sense for the Rinna/Eileen vs LVP beef to still be going on, but I just don't think I have it in me to watch a full season of the soap actresses making it their storyline. I was bored with it last year.
  2. Caroline Stanbury (Ladies of London) was raised by nannies until she was sent to boarding school and look how great she turned out :) What does Kim and Kingsley have to do with Kyle's ability to train a dog? Kyle's dogs seem pretty well behaved overall. We've seen some doggie hijinks from them, but nothing like Kingsley. And her dogs are not new, she's had them.
  3. I couldn't roll my eyes hard enough when poor Lisa Rinna was talking about how she deserves a pass because her life is so hard because she has teenagers. I'm so confused about the food at the party. Was there food and it just wasn't being passed and it was a staff issue or was not enough ordered and it was a planning issue? I hope the whole season isn't the same boring Rinna & Eileen vs LVP shit from last year. IDGAF about that and cannot sit through another season of it.
  4. Don't worry, the husband and nurse will get their own POV episode next week so we can see all the detailed nuance involved in his eating of yogurt. I was kind of enjoying Brendan Fraser being all Misery with his very own number one favorite author and was inserting cockadoodie into his dialog in my head, then the line was crossed from creepy into dangerous.
  5. I find myself rolling my eyes and thinking "Jack Bauer would not put up with this shit!" or something similar constantly during this show. Every time Kirkman is duped or waffles on a decision or just looks like a putz my patience is worn thin. At this point I'm only in it for Kiefer and I'm not sure how long that's going to last. The younger of my two is only still alive because she's so damn cute. Buddy looks like he has a lot of fun and gets to do a lot of cool things.
  6. I laughed so hard at Jax saying he pays for everything and supports his girlfriend because that's just how he was raised. I wonder what Stassi has to say about that.
  7. I bruise easily and I'm clumsy. If I do any kind of physical activity I look battered. Fri/Sat nights out drinking would always end in giant knots with gnarly bruises from bumping into things, now weekends of yard work and house work accomplish the same. If anyone grabs me, not even hard, I'll get a handprint bruise. When I was in college one of the doctors at the health center tried to make me get domestic abuse counselling -- I was single at the time but had been working craft services on a student film and was covered in bruises from carrying things. He was super hardcore in his insistence too. I almost went just to appease him. I think Vicki's supposed $25k loss was over 3 weeks of being out of work. I doubt both that she lost $25k and that she was injured badly enough to miss 3 weeks of work.
  8. I get so annoyed by the kids that it takes me out of the show. I especially cannot stand that the oldest always sounds like she's on the verge of tears. This episode featured the shrieking kids early on made it hard for me to get to the pay off at the end.
  9. I had a roommate in college that had to do AA as part of her sentence for a DUI. She just met a bunch of people to party with (the other judicial assignments) and continued her downward spiral, but at an increased rate. She'd always crawl home the next morning after an AA meeting completely fucked up. If I recall correctly, it's been posted somewhere that Kelly's brother has an arrest record similar to hers. He also seems to spend a ridiculous amount of time challenging people to fights on Twitter. I don't think Jerri Blank nailed it at momming. Don't underestimate Kelly, she'd have her crazy drunk rage to fuel her. That's my dogs' favorite part of a car trip. They'll be dead asleep and as we draw near a ranch their little noses start twitching and tails wagging. By the time we're in the thick of it they are wide awake and whining to get out and chase cows.
  10. I've never been a Noah fan, but I enjoyed him this episode, so of course he maybe died. A real highlight for me was his student lecturing him about never feeling safe anywhere because she's a woman but being completely oblivious to the fact that Noah seems to be suffering from PTSD from some kind of trauma that he suffered in prison and/or was being stalked and actually knew what it is like to literally not be safe anywhere.
  11. Even if they do, is it usually done 5-6 months into the relationship? Given this was filmed several months ago, present day seems like a long ass wait to DTR.
  12. I must have been translating from idiot to English in my head and not realized it. Is anyone besides Vicki hard up enough for cash that a filming bonus would be enough to get them in the same room as Kelly? Tamra might not be as rich as the others, but I don't know if even she would bite. I'm glad I wasn't drinking for either of these. My new laptop would have water damage.
  13. I am so excited that the premier is so close.
  14. The editors are the true stars of this show. They were at the top of teir game tonight. The jump cuts between Tom and Katie talking about wedding budget got a chuckle out of me, but James talking about how he's young, hot, and DJing in LA followed by his lost Toyota Mickey Mouse key announcement is Emmy worthy. Scheana has definitely been working on her summer bod. Don't forget, doggy yoga starts at 2 o'clock.
  15. I think she said that if she hadn't had the anger management courses she'd be beating the crap out of Tamra, so her current lunacy is actually an improvement.
  16. Given it's Vicki that said it, I expected it to be some kind of bizarre racist insult, but she was just trying to keep from saying "Brooks".
  17. Yes, she is clearly overweight, but so far there's been a post saying it is a surprise she doesn't have diabetes, one comparing her to Jabba the Hutt, and at least one snarky comment about how much she must eat. She's not that overweight and given her medical condition, it's probably not due to overeating. Again mileage may vary, but to me it seems fairly over the top and bordering on fat shaming.
  18. 2 weekends ago my dad was going on about how he really wanted to do a vow renewal with my stepmom. He was going on about doing it at the same place as their wedding 25 years later and all kinds of other stuff. He was super drunk though, so I don't know how he feels about to topic while sober. Stepmom was not into it at all. I told him that if he watched the RHs he'd know it's the kiss of death. She's not that fat. She's sick. And if I'm not mistaken has had at least part of her thyroid removed. I guess Vicki has a thing for pushing people into walls and yelling at them given it's already been revealed she did the same exact thing to a producer. Milage may vary. but to me Heather and Terry were obviously joking when this was said -- just like Jimmy was obviously being sarcastic when he said he was sad about not being able to make it. And that type of speculation is exactly what Vicki and Kelly were hoping for. Megan's baby bump was super cute. It was tiny, but it was finally really there and not just Chipotle. This episode was kind of meh for me. More of the same shit. Kelly and Vicky still suck. Shannon, Tamra, and Heather suck less but are definitely not showing themselves in the best light. One thing that really gets me about Kelly is when blurting out on the bus about David "beating the shit out of" Shannon she then says "and it's all out there now! How about that!" To me that's not just someone that lost their temper when backed into a corner but someone that wanted to blurt hurtful shit out on camera. And "of course" she "isn't like that", "didn't mean it to hurt" and "would never do that" and whatever other phrases she always recycles for her apologies. ETA: I wish I had been paying better attention all season, I could have made Kelly Dodd apology bingo cards
  19. He said meat and two veg, not vag, meaning a penis and testicles. (bolding in quote mine to emphasize what I'm replying to)
  20. I had an Aflac policy a long time ago that did that and if I remember correctly you got certain lump sums depending on diagnosis. I can't remember if it was specifically for cancer or for other illnesses too. You also got money for having certain preventative maintenance done like pap smears. I also had an injury policy through them. I was always too lazy to do all the paperwork to get money so I cancelled both plans.
  21. I don't even know them in real life and I can be described as "having such a hard on" about Vicki and Brooks faking cancer to get casseroles and make money promoting some shitty snake oil detox that "cured" the fake cancer. If anyone bought into their Club Detox scam and decided to go with a juice cleanse over chemo because it worked so well for Brooks, it could have had devastating results. So there's the insult of co-opting a terrible plight that many people face just so Vicki could get casseroles and sympathy and then there's potentially putting people's live in danger to make money, both are disgusting. Add to that the fact that Vicki started a fake cancer charity to get insurance leads, and she is utterly reprehensible and has obviously not learned her lesson and is still acting like a shitty fucking excuse for a human being on an ongoing basis. It's hard to put something in the past when the perpetrator keeps on keeping on with their bullshit. ETA: For me, if the lies were just for sympathy and casseroles that'd be one thing. It'd be gross, but easier to get over. It's adding in the scams that gets me riled up. And then I am reminded of it every week with her self-righteous "Before you judge me, you'd better be perfect." No, I don't have to be perfect, I just have to have never faked cancer to sell juice cleanses.
  22. Does the pissed off ghost of a man that was burned alive while wearing a pig head really need logical motivation? Could it just be the horror and confusion he felt at the moment of his death? Do ghosts even adhere to logic?
